Quick, Friendly, and Professional. After my headlight was smashed to bits, these guys got it replaced and fixed up same day as i dropped it off. Cleaned up my car too! Great customer service,keeping me updated during the entire payment process. Shoutout to Tommy especially!

I took my truck in back in August after having a deer strike. I will never be taking another vehicle to Allen Clark nor Levanders that has bought them out. Allen Clark tried putting a salvaged abs control modular in the truck and went ahead and fixed the body damage with out notifying my insurance company or I that the abs control Modular was on about a 10 month back order. I know someone from Allan Clark or Levanders will try and come on and try and say I m not telling the whole story, but the fact is I was left without a working vehicle for months due to Allen Clark s need to just make money. On top of all that,the work they did was horrible. The hood is 3/8 from being flush with the fenders at the worse and clips were left out of the fender well. As for me I will never go take another vehicle to Allen Clark. I hope no one else does either.It s nice that Alan Clark body shop has an excuse for everything. In fact I told by not only an employee at Alan Clark but also by the dealership mechanic, that you put in a salvaged abs control module in the truck to try and have it synced with the main computer. If you had told the insurance from the start that the part was on back order I would not have had to wait almost 4 months in limbo to finally have the truck totaled. Like I said Alan Clark is only out to get money with no other concerns.

Staff at Alan Clark Body Shop were courteous and efficient. They kept me informed on the progress on my car throughout the process. My car was finished before the estimated time frame. I am very happy with the completed repair.

I am very happy with the quality of how my vehicle was returned. I am also very happy that I decided to take my vehicle for what seemed to be a simple deer accident. They did three pages worth of work to include replacing sensors, testing sensors and ordering OEM parts. Great customer service as well. Super understandable people that work their.

I ve taken a few vehicles to Alan Clark and I ll keep bringing them. We have a tight schedule running our fleet vehicles and they always accommodate us. Pricing is very fair also. Never had a single complaint about the quality of work either. Highly recommend!

Alan Clark made my experience easy. I had destroyed my bumper bottoming out in a pothole after some sever winter weather. They were communicative and even worked with me to make pick up easy around my busy schedule.

Took car in for minor work on bumper that they did wrong about 18 months ago. Since they were bought out they wouldn t correct it. So they fixed part of the problem but didn t touch the other part of the bumper. Shame on me for assuming an obvious repair need would get fixed in its entirety. Service rep was condescending and acted like I should have known better. Save yourself the headache and shaming and go elsewhere. Pictures are after the work was done and said I needed to tell them to fix it.Service: Body & Trim

They told us on Thursday that our car was ready... We live 30 minutes away and couldn't make it before they closed. So we drove as fast as we could Friday after work to drop my husband off to get his car before going to my daughter's game in Clay Center.. Make it barely just to be told it wasn't ready! I had to take hill all the way home, missed the whole first quarter of game. Ugh

Avoid this place like the plague. They told me that the wheel well liner was damaged before the deer that I hit. They told me that I hit a curb. I do not hit curbs and the only damage to the car was from the deer. They also replaced my new windshield washer reservoir and told me it was because the brackets were broken, except I was looking at the intact one, because I requested to keep all the old parts. They lie and cheat to increase the cost and charge extra to the insurance company. Plus the work took twice as long as they said it would and the paint has several imperfections. Which when it chips I am sure they will declare rock chips to get out of fixing the subpar work. I will never go to this place again, they are rude and dishonest.As you can see the response from Alan Clark Body shop is defensive. I did not exaggerate anything in my review, I did complain to the service manager and there was no responsibility taken for any of the lies I was told, there is no way I would call again to get more dishonesty. Furthermore; I posted my experience to Facebook and have several friends who have had the same rotten experience with this place. I reintegrate, go elsewhere unless you like to be taken advantage of and your insurance company being overcharged.

Fixed my vehicle like new and in a timely manner through my insurance claim. Very satisfied with the quality of work that was done. Great work by great people! The staff communicated very well on what needs to happen, how long it will take, and how things are going while my car needed fixing. They were helpful in working with insurance and made that process less stressful!

Alan Clark Body Shop made repairs to our hotel shuttle van. Their work is high quality, and their service is exceptional. We later experienced some issues with the door to our van. A technician went out of his way to get us going again without us having any downtime. Lori takes extraordinary care of their clients from estimating to scheduling to delivery of the finished product. I absolutely love the scheduling process. They order all the necessary parts and paint before scheduling so when you drop off your vehicle, they are ready to start working on it. Both times I have used Alan Clark Body Shop, the work has been completed in less than five days. This last time I received a call with an apology that my vehicle was going to take three days instead of two.Aside from the great service, the quality of the work is like none other. The paint match is perfect as are all the lines. My car looks brand new.Finally, the prices are very reasonable. I never feel gouged. The estimates given are the same whether it is a personal pay or insurance claim.I can't sing their praises enough. If you need body work, ACBS is the only place to go!

They gave me great guidance in working with insurance and took care of many things on their own with insurance to get my vehicle repaired. My coworkers had recommended Alan Clark Body Shop after I had gotten into a fender bender and I am so glad they did. My car looks perfect, they got it done a couple days faster than they quoted me, they were in communication with me the whole time, and were very honest about everything. I dealt with Lori and Steve and both were wonderful. When I went to pick my car up I had to take an urgent family call in the middle of it so I was rudely holding the phone by my ear but they were so understanding and nice about it. I can't tell you how much it means that they were so nice and friendly and understanding the entire time I dealt with them. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!!!Service: Body & Trim

Company is very friendly and professional. I had a lot of fine and deep scratches on my front bumper. They finished working on it in three days and did an amazing job. Received my car washed and vacuumed. Highly recommend for great service. They even offer a service where they will upload photos of the progress of your car, which is awesome.

A couple years ago, during a cross country trip with my dog, my SUVs tailpipe breaks. I stop in a tiny town named Manhattan in what felt like the middle of nowhere Kansas. I was pretty nervous because at this point, I was a lone female traveling with my dog on a cross country camping trip. I couldn't drive anymore without the heat from my exhaust melting through the back of my vehicle. The 2 guys working there could have charged me whatever they wanted and I would of had it pay it, I was stuck. Thankfully, they were extremely kind. They charged me $80 to weld the pipe back together, and put a small metal plate in-between the exhaust pipe and the underside of my vehicle to help deflect the heat. Problem fixed in about an hour and I was extremely grateful for to them for their kindness and honest rate. It turned out to be a great trip and wonderful experience

This is a terrible shop and I will never be returning or recommending their services. Their customer service is worse than any service oriented business I have ever encountered. I went in to get my bumper replaced due to minor rear end damage. I left with a new bumper but a messed up steering wheel. This work was completed at the end of November and I have been getting the run-around ever since. I am a very patient person and was trying to be understanding but this is completely unacceptable. I have had 12 phone calls and two in person visits and still nothing has been done. I have been told by both Chris and Blake that a new steering wheel has been ordered but it is on backorder. So, I personally called the Subaru dealership to see if this was true. They told me it would take five days to get one in and the part was not on backorder. On top of this when I ask for an update they always state that they will call me back but I have yet to receive one single call. Today alone I had two phone calls both of which ended with the employee stating I would receive a call back before end of business hours today with an update on shipping time for the part.

the only reason i wont give 5 stars is because i left a tire pressure gauge in my car when it was wrecked, went to pick up my belongings a couple days after once my car was declared totaled and it was no longer there. other than that, staff was friendly and answered all my questions in a respectful manner

Body work and painting were done very well and on time. I have a new chip in the windshield that I know was not there when dropped off, only small etches on the side were previously there. I would recommend them and probably return myself if I need work done. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Best work EVER! Not the body shop that my insurance company contracts with, so I was nervous about getting stuck paying for more than my deductible. Thanks to Ty, he handled everything and I only paid my deductible. The rest of the staff is super friendly and courteous as well. Thank you Alan Clark Body Shop for the amazing work u did on my car, for the wonderful experience and for the thoughtful goodie bag u left on my seat (that was a sweet surprise)!!!

I highly recommend Alan Clark for their excellent customer service. My car was nearly totaled last year after a brutal hail storm. Alan Clark was easy to work with and got my car looking good as new. I have since had a couple of hiccups with parts that were repaired but Alan Clark guarantees their work and has gone out of their way to ensure my vehicle stays good as new. This body shop is extremely honest and trustworthy. If I had not moved out of the area I would surely be a repeat customer if anything were to happen to my vehicle.
