Kyle, owner, was very professional and accommodating and even squeezed us in to help my daughter when she broke down. However, he didn't discuss price ahead of time to set any expectations. When he finished the next day he said his rate was $135/hr. That's about 35% higher than most every shop around. He did good work and we'll pay but I wasn't expecting $655 bill to replace a thermostat gasket and water pump gasket only. No parts other than gasket and labor. He knows his stuff, has a clean shop and is obviously busy. I would trust him with my car again but next time set clear expectations for time limits per repair not just go off what that shop guide estimate is... I know things change as you dig into issues and sometimes take longer than expected. Clear pricing and communication is needed for unexpected expenses or additional parts. He's a solid guy, knows his stuff but needs to be clear with pricing before starting work. He found improperly installed water pump and thermostat, cleaned the old gasket off and installed new gaskets. Good work finding true cause of leak and not telling her she needs to replace the pump and thermostat which were brand new. So, he's honest, which is more than I can say for many other shops in the city... Just perhaps a bit high on labor is my only real complaint. I'll be checking the time he took from when I saw him start work to when he finished and called me... Seems like he billed for more labor unless he marked up the price of the two gaskets by a bunch... Summary - good shop, clean, smart mechanic but recommend you get it in writing on price before he starts. I think he's honest but pricey.

#1 in the Wichita area! Kyle has detailed a few different vehicles for me and they all have come out looking amazing!Most recently, I dropped my Mustang off with him after about a year of it being ignored in my garage. This has been the best experience I have had to date getting my vehicle detailed! The process was so simple: message to set the time, drop it off and then pick it up after work! Kyle was very knowledgeable on the products he uses. Wonderful customer service and a great price! I was traveling to Hutchison from Wichita when my skid plate came loose at the front. I was in a hurry and found Kyle's company on google. I chose it based on location but he was very kind and helpful. I did not have an appointment but he quickly jumped in and helped me. It was quick fix with only a couple screws, instead of up-charging me significantly, he offered the service for free and got me on his way. I was deeply grateful for his help and generosity to help me get back on the road. He is certainly not the closest shop near me but I would travel to him again if needed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I bought a used car I needed detailed. It was filthy so I was excited to get it in and cleaned up. Overall the experience was ok but it was pretty expensive for no better than the work was completed. I was dissappointed when I went to pick up my car that it was sitting outside on a windy day and was very dusty. I know they probably don't have room to keep it inside so I don't blame them for that. But the more I look at things the more I realize that it was cleaned but not a deep detail job. There is still a lot of crumbs and dirt in areas around the parking brake handle, in the slide tracks the seats are on and several other places I would have expected to be clean. Overall it was not worth what it cost me.Services: Engine detailing, Auto detailing

WHOLLY SMOKES PEOPLE!Kyle, owner of Wichita Premier Auto, did an outstanding and stellar job on the restoration of my 2011 GMC Terrain headlights! They look showroom perfect and I couldn't be happier! Kyle has been doing all of my vehicle cleaning and detailing, oil changes, general maintenance and repairs for almost 5 years!
