None of the men working in there were able to answer my questions or even how to look up possible answers. One of the older men I tried to work with seemed as though it was a real bother to have to deal with me at all. Very disappointed in Louisburg O Reilly s. The guys that work in my hometown store in IL are incredible in knowledge and experience and service.

My car refused to start today. After being jump started I headed right over to O'Reilly Auto Parts where they verified that it was in fact my battery that was the problem. Cameron not only helped me pick the right battery- he was also kind enough to install it for me! I'm thankful they had what I needed and were willing to go the extra mile to get me going again!

I don't know if they have had a change in management or what but the expirence I had from a few months ago to today is night and day. Today's purchase will be my last. Hell Napa is closer 2 me anyways. Good job running loyal customers away.

Some of the staff are not as knowledgeable as you would expect. I ordered a part the was supposed to take two hours to get there. I got there and they said it wasn't there. Then they tried to sell me reflective tape for the taillight. The customers were not nice to be around either. Telling us to smile and poking me in the back, and touching my hair.

I have quit buying parts online. O'Reilly's is the only place I will go. They earned my loyalty because I bought a starter and had to come back later that day because it had to shipped from the warehouse (66 Dart) and I dropped off the core. I hadn't realized I was accidently charged for the core and the following day I received a call from O"Reilly's explaining to me that I was accidently charged for the core even though I returned it. They refunded my money over the phone. No one does that anymore. That is above and beyond customer service. I've had to return parts in the past and there is never an issue. I could go on and on but this is the best auto parts store around with the absolute best staff!!!

There was 4 employees standing around talking about where another employee was as I was standing for quite a while to checkout. I asked from across the store if someone would check me out but was ignored. Finally a young guy that appeared to be actually working checked me out. As soon as another customer came in all of the employees standing around jumped into action and got his part and was helped and out the door in under a minute. Will never go back and advise everyone to steer clear of this oreilly's. I will be taking my money elsewhere. The 80 year old lady that looked at me several times when i asked to be helped but ignored me should be fired. What a horrible employee! You're at work. WORK!!!!

Great customer service. Associates, except for one who is typically grumpy and somewhat condescending, are typically pretty awesome. This place is a nice breath of fresh air for Louisburg with the convenience it brings. I shop here regularly.

I went to my local O'Reilly for a battery. The manager and staff were very friendly. They put the new battery in for me and had me back on the road in just a few minutes. Thanks so much!

I got a new A/C condenser in my car and when I went to recharge it I was about ready to try and use the high pressure point instead if the low pressure. Thankfully, one of the employees had been watching from the window and he came out to help me, thus potentially saving my life and definitely saving my hands. Thanks O'Reilly!

Great place first the DIY mechanic. The staff are knowledgeable(which can be important) and usually have the parts on hand or fast turn around. Home delivery of online or instire parts orders

Why have the machine used to turn rotors if there is hardly anyone working there that can operate it? I inquired the day before to make sure someone would be there to do the job and i was told there would be. Then I inquire about purchasing new rotors and they only have 1 in stock.
