He helped me change my battery & was very kind. I'd also interacted with the manager before & he's knowledgeable & very helpful. I'd choose here over anywhere else time & time again.

Got new wipers, all 3, also bought a set of batteries for our key fobs. Weird though, turns out the batteries were glued into the package, so had to return for a new package the next day. Customer service was great.

When getting parts the stuff at O'Reilly makes it go smoothly. Employee's are friendly and I've always got great customer service there. Recommend for your auto project needs.

James was very helpful. Got me the part I needed, helped me choose an antifreeze and asked if I would like some clamps that are easier to put on. Yes, I did want those clamps but didn t think to ask for them. A very nice experience. As a woman I have had bad experiences with auto parts stores in the past. I highly recommend this parts store.

Fairly knowledgeable staff on parts and products, more so than most I ve done business with. They do their best to get the proper parts and answer questions best they can.

Check prices before you buy in store. Most of the time they are the best but sometimes online is better. They do price match if you find it at other physical locations cheaper.

Forget it, I talk on the phone in the morning and they answer me with a yawn and lack of desire to help me. Forget it, I'm going back to Autozone.

Went In to buy tie-down straps, I thought I would be able to get help with using them. I go in and buy the straps, I then ask the clerk if Someone was able to help me, he then laughed in my face, told me it was simple and I was told to go somewhere else. Stick to Autozone.

O'Reilly Auto Parts is my favorite store of any store they are always friendly and helpful knowledgeable and I can't say enough good things about O'Reilly Auto Parts and the reason I feel that way about OReilly's here is because the O'Reilly Auto Parts in my hometown in Montana just made you feel like family and if you even looked across the street at Checker Auto they were unlocking the door early if they weren't open yet to make sure that they got your business and took care of you so I brought that with me I mean the first place I went when I got here when I needed a part for my car was O'Reilly's they can't be beat

They just close early every time I got there two minutes til closed and doors are locked. They won't even let you in when you need a part. Place needs better ppl working there. All the old guys have left just for that reason.

Ordered parts doin could finish a project over Thanksgiving. Wrong parts. Had to use some old parts to get it done. Manager knows what he is doing. Some others, not so much.
