We have purchased 5 vehicles from Jay at Chrysler Corner and we have been thrilled with every interaction with the dealership and service center. We've had a little bit of warrantee work and repairs done at this shop. We have been pleased with everything from the service center. We live almost an hour away and they always work with us on appointments and get the issues fixed in a timely manner while doing a quality job. The dealership is tidy, clean and a pleasant place to wait even with kids in tow.

I had some very extensive work done on my 2016 Cherokee. They were very professional. They kept me informed as the work was being done, and when it was completed, my car drove better than it was when I bought it new. I would recommend them to anybody.

Great Place I may not have bought my current vehicle there (my fault) but definitely will the next one. Anyway the service is great there I was in and out for my oil change in around 30min. 2019 Ram Classic Bighorn.

Had to use this place thru my insurance worse service ever took weeks to figure out what was wrong with my car then get the car back with little things broken talked to the so called manager gave run around still not fixed have to fix it myself if your reading this don't go to this place

Didn't really fix the issue I came in for, but we're able to give me a quick and affordable oil change, which eased my stress with my car trouble a bit. Thanks for being helpful and pleasant.

After calling several shops in town, I started to worry about my odds of getting my car fixed in Liberal. Finally I called Chrysler Corner even though I was worried a dealership would be far more expensive. In the end I was pleasantly surprised to find the costs would not break the bank and one of my repairs was even covered under an extended warranty. Had I taken it to any other shop in town, I would have spent so much more.Ivy at the service desk was awesome. Answered all my questions, kept me up to date when my car was being repaired and even helped me get home and back to the shop without having to walk in the winter winds as I only have one vehicle. Everyone I encountered was very polite and helpful. Hopefully it s a long while before I need any repairs but I would definitely return if I find myself in that position.

In the area working for few days, had a dreaded Exhaust Fillter message and thrown into limp mode 400 miles from home. Guys got me in and out quick so could get back to work and get home.Huge Thank you!

Will never ever go there again. Not even the manager could help me out. I was over charged i got my car back worse than what it was. The supervisor gave me a copy receipt not giving the acutal amount that i paid. Something fishy there. Then i ask for Corpate number and he said they dont have one. That place is a fraud. Hate to even give it one star

I brought my charger here because they were going to fix my alternator and because it was the closest. I live 1 hr away. When I picked up my car there was a terrible sound that was not there before so i turned back around and went and told them and they all looked like they could care less. One of the guys went to listen to the sound and said it was my shocks lmao okay! they quoted me at one thousand something to fix the "problem"! I was sooo frustrated and worried and the sound was TERRIBLE! I wanted a second opinion before driving 1 hr back home. I went to Safety Lane there in Liberal (very friendly and amazing people) and explained to him and explained i had never had problems or heard that noise coming from "my shocks", I asked the guy to please drive my car so he could hear the horrible noise. After 20 of him being gone in my car he came back in and told me he was so thankful i came in and didn't drive home because CHRYSLER CORNER had left my sway bar unhooked and that was the terrible noise i kept hearing!! He said if i would of drove back home like that i probably would of had a bad accident. He hooked it back and IMAGINE THAT NO MORE LOUD NOISE or should i say my shocks had been fixed lol. I called Chrysler corner and explained to the guy and he just said "okay" lol didn't even care. I spoke with the manager and he said he knew for a fact that my shocks were bad lol PLEASE DO NOT come here. I now go all the way to Amarillo yes its way further but they actually know what they are doing!

When my vehicle was in the shop for couple days, I had to leave it with them and they did not offer any loaner vehicle.That's no big deal because I had friends pick me up. Their "maintenance" skills are going down and their craftsmanship is going down which is sad. They used to be a 5 star place. In emergencies they get what you want fixed!On the positive side, they usually get what is wrong fixed and they do have the small-town feel.

Took car to them July 2017 and had to keep calling to finally get them to work on it. Picked car up in September and was still not right. Upon opening the hood there was dirty rag on engine and hose not connected. We were told to bring car back that it was on them because car was not working correctly. After continuing to call we were given the same excuses every time but NOTHING was ever worked on. Finally just picked car up and brought back home not fixed in December. Even called corporate and no satisfaction there either so lied to from the top to bottom.

Very poor work and no commitment to customer service. Nice people but absolutely don't recommend. Starter and exhaust had to be fixed at another garage after they installed very badly. Took two weeks for a transmissionTo be put in.

Have had my vehicle towed to them 4 times. I can't say any of them were a pleasant experience. The first time wasn't their fault it was the floods. However 2 times after that were their fault. First time they had to take out all of my fluids to put a new engine, charged my insurance for oil and transmission fluid but didnt put any in it. Then let me drive my vehicle 20 miles home like that and u can guess it broke down shortly after. Then the starter went out and they put a starter that wasn't a mopar starter in their and u can guess what happened. They let me drive it off the lot for it to break down not long after. I figured after that I'd be done with this nightmare and for the most part, with them. Fast forward to june.of this year my vehicle starts acting funny and then stops going in forward or reverse so i have it towed for them to tell me its the transmission filter and slapping me im sure happily (because i haven't been so nice) with a 340$ dollar charge because it wasn't "covered under warranty" supposedly. Only for a week later for me to be in the same position as i was last week. So i say if u wanna walk buy a dodge. If u wanna walk and be broke take that dodge to chrysler corner where it will take multiple times and tons of money!Oh also i didn't buy my dodge. Thank the Lord. And after this i will for sure forever stick with Chevy.

Awesome dealership. Parts and service have very good customer service. Salesman are very professional and knowledgeable. No pressure sales and they make you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Transmission went out in my wife s van so I pulled it up to liberal to a dodge dealer thinking that would mean it would be fixed properly by people who know dodge and while the staff was very friendly all the major mounting bolts were left loose and the brake line was left running on the cv axle my wife lost three of the bolts just driving home luckily recovered 2 of them and made it home without incident but it could have been so much worse and I will never take a vehicle back to such careless people.

They were really interested in what we were looking for. No high pressure salesman. Stayed with one person through the whole buying process. Felt more personal than being shuffled around from salesman to finance and so on.

Yes it s all great when you re buying a new car but when it comes to repairing your car the mechanics here don t know what they re doing you re just a bunch of fresh college kids that don t have experience.

Unfortunately, multiple problems with new vehicles, however, the service department works well with loaner vehicles and getting vehicles worked on in a timely manner.
