I placed a $270 pick-up order online. I get to the store, and the guy behind the counter claims he can not find my order in their system. A few minutes of the cashier not being able to digitally find my order, another guy came around the corner with a long recipe and said " I'm work on her order now" and asked the cashier to go get the 8 sparkplugs I ordered,(He only found 3). He then started to freak out because their system showed they had 0 of those sparkplugs, but he was holding 3 in his hand. When I say freaking out, I mean this boy was literally pulling his hair and turning red trying to figure it out. I told him to substitute them with another brand. By this time, I had already been there 30 minutes. I told them I would come beck tomorrow to pick up my order.The next day, I check my email to get the barcode ready before I get to the store. There was an email stating my order had been canceled. I called the store, and again, they could not find any record of my order in their system. So I get to the store, and I get ignored while they help 3 guys that came in and got in line after me. When the employee looked past me and asked the guy behind me, if he could help him. I spoke up and said no I'm next. I got to the counter and had the guy scan the barcode from my email, and again, there was no record. He then said, "I dont understand, I started filling your order lastnight", while pointing at the counter next to us, where some of the items from my list sat. I showed he the email that said the order was canceled. Then he tells me that since they did not have all 8 sparkplugs, my entire order was canceled. He then told me that I would have to reorder everything. I asked if I would be charged again because the $270 was taken from my bank account when I placed the order. He actually asked me if I was sure the money was taken from my account. I pulled up my bank statement and showed him the transaction. He then tells me that I would have to pay again when I reorder. I told him, " You have got to be kidding me." He then tells me to come back on Monday when his manager would be their. Keep in mind that I placed the order on Friday afternoon.After this experience, the next ,which will be the last time, I will have anything to do with this company, will be Monday when I go in to speak with the manager.

The staff has always been helpful here. Anytime I visit they greet me with a smile and go out to the way to make sure I'm assisted.

Was on hold for 24 min after being hung up on 3 other times before that. And then they never picked up the phone I stayed on hold 10 min past close and they just left me on hold and left I m assuming . All for just one simple question

I didn't think to get the gentleman's name, but he was very friendly and helpful. Helped to find the correct wiper blades and answered all of my questions on the use of ac recharge kit.

The staff was fairly knowledgeable and very polite but there was only 2 people working so they were pretty backed up

Hardly ever go to autozone. But had to get a few things that added up to about 45 bucks. Well to find out my transaction got duplicated and talked to my bank who informed me it was on autozones system that charged twice. I called they showed the receipt but couldnt help went to the store multiple times just to get the run around and told the manager wouldnt be back til monday... We're wednesday now and no call. I had asked for corporates number they wouldnt give it to me and the fact that they charged me double put that account in overdraft, charging me a fee so not only did they take 40 some dollars from my account but also cost me 35 dollars for an overdraft fee. Never will i go there again.

Had the parts I needed and very informative made sure a had right tool for the job before I left the store. It was great not to have extra trips back while in process of working on my car

Helpful staff. Would recommend that training and Customer service be more of a top priority. Jesus is the best one around. Very smart guy

I always that if your going to work at a part store shouldn't know about parts they know nothing I myself ever time go in their I have look for myself and on the computer

what can I say it's China zone they don't sell any Toyota parts they don't even sell parts by the vendors that make the parts for Toyota like Asin.. Denso.. Tekein..and Advics. However no auto parts store in town is like that first business to go up that sells all these Toyota vendors will make a fortune no Kirk's import doesn't sell the stuff either he has to order it..
