Bought a Truck from Carlos, via the internet as I'm out of state, he was great on getting everything setup and responsive with emails and text, he kept me informed and the truck was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Truck only had one Key and he is getting me a second one and gave me factory touch up paint for any future rock chips that may occur. Great Guy to do business with!!!!

For the most part our buying experience was a good one. Tony and Gerald were great and really worked with us. We got a great deal on both the vehicle we bought and our trade-in. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star was because we drove an hour on Friday to buy a vehicle and they said that we couldn't do it that evening, so we had to drive another 70 miles Back up there on Saturday to make the deal. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good used vehicle.

Whether you're a first time buyer or the most experienced of customers, it is important to be able to trust your auto dealer!! At Andrade's that's exactly what you can expect!! Their customer service is top-notch and they were willing to go the extra mile to make my car buying experience very easy!! I never felt pressured and they led me through the entire process.They worked hard finding me exactly what I wanted! They were also tremendously helpful when showing and helping me understand all the details of the vehicle!I was also able to get a fair trade value for my old car. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process and they even made the "dreaded" paperwork super easy!!Overall the staff at Andrade's was very professional and never missed a beat! They definitely made my car buying experience very exciting and positive!!I would recommend Andrade's Auto Exchange to all of my family and friends and I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you guys for being so awesome!!!

I was in town for a funeral Easter weekend. I needed a rental car, but found that all the rental cars in town were taken. Tony and the guys at Andrade went out of their way to help me out, and got me into a car. I couldn't believe it. The rental rate and terms were also very reasonable. They didn't price-gouge me at all. I would definitely do business with them again.Oh, and the car was gorgeous... if I had been in the market for a car, I would have loved to have taken this one home with me. Thank you Andrade for making an unpleasant weekend a bit more bearable!

Hands down the best place to take your vehicle for Window Tinting & Ceramic Coating. Jaime does a professional clean job. Customer service is a A+. Explains everything to you. Will never take my vehicle elsewhere. Keep up the good work!!

Both my husband barry & I had our cars detailed by Justin Yesterday Dec. 6th, 2018. He was Excellent....super nice young man who came to our hose on time and worked hard for about 7 hours. We're both thrilled with the results.

I have to say, wow. Im old and have bought plenty of vehicles but nothing like this. These people will take care of you like no other u will be in and out in just a few signatures. My wife and I are so happy for wht we got and I am thankful. If u go here u will see how this is a class act place.

Don't believe their 3 month warranty. They only payed half of my brakes and sensors I replaced and that's only because I kept insisting. I am a huge supporter of buying local but you jerks blew your chance.

I'm going to go ahead and give you a good ready but there are four I would like a discount on the rental car I will go back on Facebook and give you the best rating that you ever had money's tight so therefore I have to wait on the insurance to pay the rental car which is going to put me out in the binder to pay my bills
