Horrible customer service when I was over charged on a part. Catalog showed it was $111 and some cents, girlfriend went there and put me on the phone so I can confirm what I wanted. Comes to turn out she wasn t paying attention and they charged me $150 and some. Now I have built my whole motor with this company, spent thousands of dollars never complained or tried to get price of things lower. All I asked is that I would be credited the difference from $111 to $150. They said no cause of price increases and than said they can give me a $15 credit. After a few back and forth they didn t want to give me the difference even though I told them I ll be buying a radiator, mini starter, fan assembly etc. easily a few more thousand with them. The manager didn t care and didn t want to work out anything. Never had a issue with these guys. Really liked the prices and products but am disappointed and felt taken advantage of.

I was shown a price of how much I would be charged. The price I was actually charged was much more and they refused to refund me the difference. I have worked retail and we always charged what the customer saw not. ESPECIALLY when the customer wasn t informed of a price increase!Very rude staff and owner who wouldn t let me finish a sentence before cutting me off. I support local but not when the customer service is this horrible! I wish this would have been resolved at very least. Don t trust the catalogs they give you or you might be caught in the same predicament I am in. Or just shop somewhere that has integrity!

WOW !!! Amazing :))) I thought all of the GEARHEAD shops were gone . The guy that helped me was top notch !! When explaining what I was looking for he didn't have that blank stare like most chain shop employees do . This place reminded me of Maple Hill parts shop ( that's a compliment) if I have the need for custom fabrication again I'll definitely be heading there again :))))) THANKS FOR YOUR HELP !!!!!

Very dishonest company. Bought tool from them only to arrive incomplete, missing parts and I could not even use it. Returned it and they charged a 50% restocking fee of more than $166. Then lied about the return, saying it was used. I was never able to use the tool because it was missing parts. Very deceptive and crooked company.

Great performance parts store! They sell on Ebay as well as in their physical location, in Lenexa Ks. The staff really goes out of their way to help you get the right parts, the first time. Great people! Great products!

incredible store they have all the ls stuff in the world in stock the price is fair however the guy that helped me out was not have been very experienced he tried to sell me a 454 balancing plate when I needed one for a 400 small block and he proceeded and got away with selling me a big block counter-weight bolt for the harmonic balancer which does not fit my small block Chevy thanks guys not going to make another trip out there

Star Performance is like having Summit Racing in your back yard. They have a huge selection of parts and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable of their parts catalog. Fortunately I work nearby and can stop in whenever I need parts!Pick up one of their free catalogs to look for parts or check out their website.

STAY AWAY from these guys. Ordered intake gaskets on ebay. Charged me 17.95 for only one (I thought it was a set). No where did it say one only. Even in their catalog singles are 6.94. Very deceptive. Never use them again.

These guys were more helpful finding the parts I needed than the internet was. Told them what I was working on and what I needed to do, they knew the exact parts I needed.Very quick, friendly, and professional. Will definitely be back.
