If you ever have tire issues on your car, go to Shore tire in Lenexa. I have been going to them for years & absolutely love them. I can trust that they are going to be honest, not take advantage of me & provide good service. That unfortunately is hard to find. My husband suggested going to the closest location yesterday when I got a flat from a screw. I insisted on going to Shore & am so glad I did. They took such great care of me, as always. I am so appreciative!

Hands down the best place to get tires, yes even Costco. The only issue is customer service is a bit "confusing" on the phone and in person. Somewhat unprofessional. It's worth the inconvenience and overall the best for anything tire related.

I moved to Lenexa in 1987... I have used Shore Tire every single time I have needed tires, I have used this amazing company.You never need an appointment... Just bring your car in and leave it or wait for it.I was there just before Christmas and decided to waited. I waited just over an hour. Because FoMoCo uses Hankook tires as original equipment I had Hankook's put on my wife's 2019 Ford Escape.I told them to give the car a alignment along with the new tires.When I went to check out I was told that the car did not need an alignment because it was checked and still in correct specifications. They could have told me that they aligned it and charged me, but being the reliable, and honest company they are they told me everything was fine.When you need tires or service,Shore Tire is the place to go!One Satisfied & Happy Customer!Bud OlesenOlathe, KS

Shore Tire is consistently wonderful. I went in this morning when they opened at 7:30a to get an oil change. I was going to wait on it to be completed. They got me right in, were so friendly, their waiting room was comfortable. I was done within 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

I needed a new tire for our HOA lawnmower and I called Thursday afternoon and they had it Friday morning and had the tire mounted for me in approx 20 minutes after I dropped it off. Very nice guys and their prices were competitive. The photo is a internet photo but I wanted to show the tire

These folks do NOT use a torque wrench or torque sticks when installing tires, which will make it virtually impossible to remove your tire if it goes flat as the lug nuts will not even come off using a 4-way lug wrench, let alone the flimsy tool that comes with your vehicle, it will require an impact wrench to remove them or a 3 foot breaker bar by a full grown man, NO woman would be able to loosen them, Do NOT use these folks....

Best bang for buck for tires in my opinion in the vicinity and they are done/are faster than expected each time. I never had to wait for the full time frame they gave me. Getting there sooner rather than later does help that a lot. They have been there for a long time and know what they are doing.

I recently bought an old truck that desperately needed tires. Called and spoke with Angelo. When I got there and mentioned my truck he remembered the call and got my truck right in.Not only did I get 4 new tires put on but he gave me a warranty, which I used later because a fault in one of the wheels.So I brought it back a week later and it was no problem at all. ANGELO, remembered the details of the truck and got me right in with no hassle and no charge.Wish I could of given a bigger tip, because they work hard at guest satisfaction. Thank you, for your recognition, hard work, knowledge and efficiency.Sincerely, a new customer for life.

Great Experience. I walked in for the first time needing two new tires, they had them changed within an hour and a half.Update: went back after 2 years to get 4 new tires. They have let quality slide. I had to go back three times because they didn't balance my tires correctly. It's very frustrating to spend over $1k dollars and receive sub par service. They knocked off my stick on weights and replaced them with hammer weights without consulting me first, the whole experience was frustrating, definitely not going back to Shore Tire. I miss the quality and friendliness of Shore tire 2 years ago.

I felt they gave an honest price for repair work on my car. The guys worked hard and did what they said they'd do in a reasonable time. They also didn't have a lot of pricey "shop fees" found at the dealerships.7/30/21 - back @ shore again. Phil worked on my car and was awesome. Great job, all!

This is truly coming from somebody that despises reviews. I feel that everyone has an opinion and sometimes they go a little bit too far in expressing their opinion. But I really wanted to take the time with this one, as in this day and age, good service is lacking. We have a 2006 Yukon that s had a knock in the front that has progressively gotten more pronounced over the years. We ve taken it multiple times to service departments and have even had it at GMC Dealers twice. We took it to Shore Tire this past week, thinking that it was probably a shock that everyone was missing. Rocky, a service tech at Shore, looked at it early in the morning and before lunch, had called to inform us that is was easy fix and something that was quite common in Yukons. He just had to move some grease around in the steering mechanics. He took it upon himself to fix the issue and it was ready to go. Rocky expressed that it was such an easy fix that there was really no reason for a charge. This is what I call ultimate customer service with an individual that had knowledge that multiple groups before him could not figure out. Highly recommend Shore Tire and highly recommend Rocky.

Edit: one year later and I continue to be a satisfied customer. I have aftermarket/performance suspension parts and they continue to accommodate me. I once had a concern about some work they had done and I was very pleased with how I was communicated with by the service managerI was recommended this shop by a dealer when they didn't have tires available, about a year ago. I've been coming here ever since. I wanted an alignment and they let me know what parts I needed to replace before I could get one (at no cost). I replaced what parts I could myself and had them do the rest. I recently brought my car in to replace a brake caliper that had gotten stuck. Every time my car leaves them it drives better. I will continue to come here and recommend them.

These guys are incredible. I've taken my 2001 Buick Regal GS there multiple times for alignments. As it is an older vehicle, I do all of my own maintenance. So I really value that they come and tell me what parts need replacement before I can get a lasting alignment. They take me into the shop to show me why said parts are faulty, and then i can order the parts needed myself and install them. These guys have NEVER tried to upsell me on anything i don't need, which is somewhat rare these days. They treat my vehicle with upmost respect, and I truly value their integrity.That being said, I took my car there a few months ago after replacing my rear struts. I don't know what kind of magic they pulled, but my car now drives like it's on rails! I couldn't believe it! They have a customer for life. I wish they offered an alignments for life deal, but I'll happily pay each time for their honesty and integrity. 11/10 work!

My family has been buying tires from Shore for 30+ years. Always a great experience. Just started using their service department in the last couple of years and have not been disappointed. The technicians are helpful, honest and straightforward. I never feel like they are trying to sell me unnecessary work. They just give me their diagnosis, tell me the options, and let me choose what I want to do. If you are a reasonable customer and explain your needs, Shore will work to find the right solution for you. The prices are always reasonable as well.My 84 year-old mom had work done recently and found out her tech was an Eagle Scout. She said "If you can't trust an Eagle Scout, who can you trust." I always look for businesses that want to earn my trust and when one does, I'll keep coming back. Shore has earned my trust and I highly recommend you support this local, family owned business.

I helped a friend pick up his car that had been worked on by Shore Tire a few weeks' back. As I was waiting in their waiting room I was impressed with how well they treated their customers. When I had a tire issue yesterday I took my car in. I had an excellent experience, was treated professionally and fairly. They went above and beyond good customer service and picked up me as a customer for life. And, all of this was offered at an excellent price. I could not recommend Shore Tire more highly.

This is my tire place. Best prices and fastest service around. Great staff. Been going here for years. I like how when I call for prices they are friendly as hell and do not place me on hold right away or act like they are way too busy and can't wait to get off the phone with me. And they always give me an out the door price and it doesn't change once I arrive. They answer all my questions and explain things so I can understand. Every time I have brought my vehicle in they get right on it and are done in no time. These guys are a great place to get tires from. And nitrogen filled is a good bonus. Recently got 4 new tires and an alignment done. Had vehicle back within an hour and a half. They called me twice during the service to ask me what I wanted to do about the issues they found and how I wanted the tires lettering. They care about their customers and take time to make sure they are doing their job to my satisfaction. Thanks for all you do guys I'll keep coming back.

Best tire shop in the area, but they also do some mechanical work as well. Fair prices and quick turnaround time. I've had several tires changed here on my work vehicle, and plan to use them for my personal car if ever needed.

From tire ordering to installation, there was a general lack of attention to detail or care for my vehicle. To start, I went in to the shop to order tires in person and repeatedly told the sales rep which size tires I wanted and what brand. The sales rep gave me the name of the tires he would order and I went on my way. When I got home, I went to the tire manufacturer's website to personally confirm the tires were the appropriate specifications for my vehicle. I'm glad I did. I could not find the name of the tires Shore ordered listed for my vehicle on the manufacturer's website, so I called Shore. A different sales rep answered the phone and checked my order. Shore had ordered the wrong size tire. It's a good thing I called or else I would have wasted more time going back to Shore for installation only to find they had ordered the wrong size tires. When I arrived at Shore for tire installation, I was told that the process (which also consisted of checking my alignment) would be fairly quick and that my vehicle would be done in approximately 90 minutes, so I decided to stay. I ended up waiting for 4 hours. I simply would have appreciated some notice that the process would take longer so I could go about my day. That afternoon, I examined my vehicle after Shore installed the tires. It appeared to me that Shore damaged 2 of my wheels during installation. I asked the manager to take a look at my wheels. I was told that the scratches and scrapes on my wheels, the same scratches which were also topped with lubricant and rubber, were a simply a product of driving on Missouri and Kansas roads. Unfortunately, I had not taken pictures of my wheels before leaving my vehicle with Shore, so I have no way to prove that this was not the condition of my wheels other than my own memory. I give 2 stars here because Shore was able to procure the tires I wanted in 1 day. Otherwise, I would not recommend going to Shore.REPLY TO OWNER: I called Shore Tire that morning letting them know that I would be late to my appointment, to which they replied "no problem" and said that they appreciated my notice. No subframe adjustment is noted on the paperwork you returned to me and I was not told about any subframe adjustment when at Shore Tire. The sales rep was more than shown a picture of the tire size, but also verbally told no fewer than two times the correct tire size. The discontinued model of Hankook tire you are referring to was discussed when the sales rep was apparently acting under the belief my tire was a different size. The other two wheels on my vehicle are in pristine condition and have no scratches, thus the explanation of the scratches as normal wear and tear (on an under normal mileage vehicle no less) compared to those wheels does not make sense.FURTHER UPDATE: 2 days after Shore Tire installed my tires a low tire pressure warning appeared on my vehicle dashboard. I checked the tire pressure and, sure enough, one of the tires was not properly inflated. Another example of inattention to detail.
