I've sure bought a lot of batteries here lately! Just one of those things owning three vehicles and two big mowers. Service is quick and the price is right. They have great turnover, so I get the freshest battery possible.

Man the fact you cannot make same day appointment for tire and battery anymore is a shame. I was told this store had openings today but I had to walk in but last I did that at this location I was just turned away told to make an appointment online. I dont trust that won't happen again and dont have time to waste. Sad this is losing money for sams club

Sam's Club Tire & Battery closes 6pm on Sundays. Nov 13th, 2022 arrived at 4pm, not to be greeted by tire associate Matt, as he was with a customer. We let him know we needed a tire, I went outside and got the size for him and we waited patiently.He kept getting messed up on the registers while ringing up the other customer's purchase, had to refund and re-ring, kept asking for other associates, cards & DL.We even talked your customer into upgrading her membership bc of the Plus benefits while we were waiting! Over a half hour we stood waiting as he fumbled with the calculator on his phone trying to figure out the math for her order. I interrupted to ask if he was going to have time for our tire and it was only then that Matt thinks to tell us that the customer ahead of us (that he can't ring up correctly) is his last and that he should've told us when we walked in.

There service is good and quick. The best price on tires I've found and buy all my cars' tires here. I've only had one issue where the order got mixed up when ordering in the store, but never had an issue with ordering through the app.

Purchased my tires a few days ago, they called me yesterday to say that my tires had arrived and to schedule my appointment for today at 4:00 p.m.. I took off work early and showed up for my appointment only to find a sign on the door that says at lunch will be back at 4: 20. I called to talk to somebody thinking I didn't want to be late for my appointment maybe there was a mistake, The supervisor I spoke with said everyone had called in so that's why they are closed. Closed? Sign says at lunch until 4:20. She said yeah they all called in didn't offer apology or any options, clearly did not care. I asked her what I should do and she said I guess you'll have to call back tomorrow. So now I have a $700 some odd dollar purchase that is up in the air. Horrible customer service.

I got a nail in my tire. Arrived at 5:00 and was told they could not fix it tonight cause they only one person in shop area and are not taking appointments. They close at 7:00 so not doing any more appointments or emergencies for two hours! Really? I paid for the tire to be fixed elsewhere to get it fixed tonight cause no way it could wait until tomorrow. Horrible customer service! I was going to buy new tires from Sams this fall but not now! Will take my service elsewhere. Very disappointed with the service tonight after being a long time Sams member.

I stopped in for them to repair a tire, they were professional and courteous. No hard sell, I asked about new tires for my vehicle and the employee came out to confirm the size. He then gave me a quote and let me know when the tires would be on sale.
