From start to finish Tanner was Awesome!!! By far the most helpful, honest and a nicer demeanor than most guys have working in this type of business.Later, when it was needed, both Tanner and Adam installed my battery and topped off my windshield wiper fluid, which was super helpful and did an excellent job. They were funny and smart and both had excellent customer service skills! Thank you for employing such awesome people! As a woman, even one who can handle herself around men, it can sometimes be super annoying to go to a store like this and deal with men, who know they know more than you and act like superior to us... which I didn't get that feeling at all during my visit today, which I appreciated!

Called ahead of time about a battery replacement, they said they could do it, so we made a 20 min drive through snow and rough road conditions only for them to tell us that it was not possible. Wasted our time and safety only to be turned down because one of their employees were incapable of checking before promising that they could do the replacement. 2 stars because at least the young man at the desk I talked to was respectful and honost, would have appreciated some sort of compensation though for the inconvenience.

Johnathan was super helpful! I went into to purchase a headlight bulb and planned to watch a YouTube video to replace it myself. He offered to do it for me and he did in 5 minutes! Terrific customer service!

So nice and helpful. We needed help getting a cap off to change our headlight bulb and the employee was phenomenal in helping us get it off and changed. Thank you so much for helping us on this cold day! We appreciate the patience and help so much!

They had what I needed when I needed it. The employee help was a little sketchy, and I had to buy a box of four bolts when I only needed one or two. Frankly I probably would have been better off going up to the locally owned hardware store up the street.

O Reilly s is great. I ve been using them for years, getting close to a decade, for all of my cars. From American to German they have the parts, and if not, a neighboring store does. I can t say enough good about O Reilly s. They have been the best auto parts store to work with personally and business, where they will even deliver parts often in under 30 minutes from the time of order. Every local O Reilly s I have been to has been great, they are open until 10pm, and hour later than any other store! You can call them and they ll call around to other stores for you if they don t have the part. The first place I tell people to go if they need parts is O Reilly!

If I could give 0 stars I would, first I get charged for an online order and it gets lost in the system. Second I decide to charge my card again at the store so I can get the parts that said were In stock and they are not, what the hell are this people doing anyways. I guess their hobby is to mess up people s schedules and routines. Horrible.

I went to Advanced Auto to get my battery checked out. They had only 1 employee working the register on a Saturday morning. With 4 people standing in line, I knew the employee couldn't make time to check my battery so I came here. They had 2 employees at the front and Adam helped me as soon as I walked in. He not only checked my battery and confirmed it was bad, but installed the new one for me. Thank you for having more than 1 employee working on the weekend and for great customer service by Adam.

This is a brand new O'Reilly's at this location, and it is awesome! This store used to be at 9500 Marshall Dr in Lenexa, across from Costco, but is now slightly east of I-35 on 95th St, near Sam's.I recently had a great experience here, as I was searching for a very specific item, and Siri pulled up the old phone number, which connected me to this location, and the person who answered the phone went above and beyond in customer service. I was looking for a "seatbelt cover," an item which might have you shaking your head, but it is a soft fabric "sleeve" of sorts that fits over the seatbelt strap where it goes across your neck and shoulder, and it keeps the strap from cutting into your skin. That may just be a female dilemma, but especially in the warm months, when I'm wearing sundresses or sleeveless shirts, and more skin is exposed in that area, seatbelts can "bite" you skin and be really uncomfortable. But I consider this item a necessity year-round!The employee who answered asked me to hold a moment while he went to the aisle to check out the stock (as I told him I'd searched at several other autoparts stores) and came back to assure me they had several varieties (unusual), and even told me the colors and prices! He also directed me to the new store, and was just as kind and helpful when I arrived. This store is huge, very clean, well-stocked, very well-organized, and all the employees I interacted with were great. I think you could find almost anything automotive-related you need here! Add in polite and friendly service, and it's now a "saved" location on my GPS!

I was that guy, the 5 minutes to close emergency oil and mower plug. Retail is tough, I appreciate they provided great service. Especially the cat w the modified car... It was phat. Don't know what it was but I guarantee it's a woman magnet! Orfeted online, told them I may be 1 minute early or late. Whole team was pleasant. Hate last second retail customers.

Manager was extremely rude to me and did not try to help me find a part I had purchased.

Bought wiper-blades for my SUV. Staff was very helpful in selection and replaced the old blades while we waited. The whole process took less than five minutes. I will certainly go here for all my auto part needs!!!

Wow awesome experience at the oak park location! Tested and replaced my dead battery and installed broken brake light no charge. In and out in 20 min! Called 148 th Metcalf location and they said they could only test my existing battery. I'd have to install it myself. Told me to buy it at a Auto repair shop if I wanted it installed.

This 5 Star Review is not necessarily for the store itself, but for a specific employee by the name of Joel . Not only did he find a way to secure a battery for me to install in my vehicle, but he was the only employee who even attempted to try to help me or figure out a solution. UPS had no tracking on the battery that was supposed to be delivered by 6pm as promised online through OReillys website delivery stating I qualified for free next day ship to home . The store is 2 minutes from where I live, but the 20% discount could only be applied if I purchased online and had it shipped to me. Not a huge deal until UPS could not find my order or relay and tracking information. If you ve ever needed a car battery, then you know there isn t a whole lot you can do without one and the task is considered a top priority. Not only did management seem to be bothered by Joel s attempt to go through the chain of command for assistance, but he was just as unsatisfied with the unsolved problem that was still very apparent to us both. I went through OReillys for a battery because multiple friends of mine that are beyond mechanically inclined, stated they are THE place to go for batteries. Honestly, Joel demonstrated what going above and beyond for your customer looks like, and as someone who is in a relatively similar business, I sincerely appreciate what he did for me and will remember who to ask for in my future endeavors. Hopefully this is seen by management and he is recognized for his excellent customer service.Thank you so much Joel!

I came in a couple of weeks ago to get a tail-light assembly (Store location: 9500 Marshall Drive, Lenexa, KS 66215) and wanted to say how impressed I was with the customer service I received from a tech named Jacob. He greeted me with a warm friendly smile and tone. He was very professional and and courteous and even though the store didn't have the part in stock, he was still very empathic to my situation and helped me diagnosis the issue further (Burnt connectors on the assembly). He a great asset to your company and should be commended for his outstanding customer service skills and knowledge!-Dan

Well I walked in and two guys were working and we very rude and not helpful. Every question I asked was answered in an condescending nature. The guy who originally helped me just simply said he doesnt know anything about any of my questions and offered no alternative solutions. The other gentlemen who actually some what knew of my issue or at least acted like he knew was very rude a d talked down to me. I would highly recommend going to a different oreilys with a more positive and helpful working staff.

All 4 employees on the phone for 5-10 minutes plus delivery driver just standing around. Then one got off the phone and just left. Didn't bother to try to help any one.

Have always had good service here. Parts are reasonably priced and the staff are helpful. Was in the store today doing some research on a couple of products to help slow down a vehicle oil leak and one of the employees couldn t speak a sentence without using profanity. O Reilly management, you might want to get that cleaned up.

I had an amazing experience purchasing a new battery for my car. I knew little to nothing about what I needed to do and Jeff was able to walk me through the whole process and install the battery as well. I appreciate the knowledge shared and the time spent to help me get the job done. I would definitely come back in the future and recommend others to do the same.

I purchased supplies for an oil change on Friday from Evan. I needed/ wanted Royal Purple 5 W 30 for my old Buick. They had the requested wix oil filter but were out of the 5 quart size. He asked me if I wanted to try a different oil and that is not possible. He sold me the 5 individual quart sizes for the same price as the bigger one. I don't like to shop at auto part stores but when I do I need all the help I can get. One stop shopping at it's best. (or convenient for an old woman)this is me not really updating but figuring out how to guide my customers

They took care of what I needed... Mostly. They have a new guy who's very nice but still learning the ropes. The big guy who seems to be a manager is decent when he's up on his feet, but kinda looks weird when he's sitting on a bucket behind the counter and picking keys on his keyboard from below. I recommend you look up your own parts on line and go in with them. Speeds things up ;)

The employee named Coby did not want to help me with teaching me what the transmission oils were, he preferred to be on his phone than to attend this to my help.

Had my battery tested because because I needed a jump everytime I needed to start my car. I then bought a battery and the store rep has amazing customer service skills. Great small talk while he removed and installed the battery for me.

This is a pretty nice store. The people are nice enough and helpful. They seem to have a good variety of parts and equipment to sell. I have only bought relatively trivial parts there, so I can not comment much beyond that. One time though I went there, and I needed something out of the ordinary, a clamp on replacement antenna shaft, and the guy behind the counter acted like I was asking for something unheard of and bizarre, so I bought it at Walmart instead... so perhaps it was not all that unheard of... so anyway I have to limit my rating to 3 stars.

I was one of the only 2 customers in line and there was one guy helping the other guy in line, but then about 4 people came out the back and just stood there. I literally waited and looked at them for 10 mins before one of them offered to ring up my items. Usually the customer service there is outstanding but this day it was ridiculous!

Excellent customer service!!! I needed a headlight bulb. They quickly located the item and rang it up. Then they offered to install it. It was a frigid morning, and they had to remove the battery to replace the bulb - - very impressed and appreciative!!

Amazing service! The employee actually informed me the more expensive item I was going to buy was not as good as the cheaper alternative. He even went out to my car in the snow and installed it for me and showed me how to do it so I can do it myself next time. Great service and that kind of stuff is what will make me come back. Bravo!
