Excellent service! Great deals! Took the car in for an oil change and they identified the need for two control arm / ball joint replacements. Fair price on the parts and labor and the repair was completed in less than 24 hours. Best mechanic in the area.

Nothing makes me more nervous than taking my car in for service, whether it's a dealership or an independent garage. I've been customer of LA for a long time and I completely trust the team. They do great work at a fair price... believe me. I've shopped around and every time I choose LA. Phil and Chuck are good people and they make the process a lot easier to deal with.

Overpriced, didn't even give me a definitive answer about what was wrong with my car. When you take your car to a mechanic and pay them to diagnose your car. You normally expect them to tell you exactly what is wrong with it. First off, $140 for diagnosis is crazy. Most places charge at most 100. Second, they told me that my mass air flow sensor was bad and that they THINK it's the reason. Third, they want $435 dollars for a $50 dollar part and a ten minute fix. Trust me, I understand the business needs to make money, but come on. Stop overcharging and underdelivering, and stop taking advantage of people who don't understand cars. Never coming back and telling anyone who will list how bad of a mechanic this is. Don't bring your car here. There are plenty of other spots that will treat you right.

Great shop. They send you photos the technician takes during his inspection so you know what's actually wrong with your car. Phil is awesome. The owner is awesome. Can't recommend them enough.

As always, I had a very pleasant experience. I took my car in for an oil change. They found my brake pads needed to be replaced. The price was very acceptable. My car is happy & secure, thanks to Lenexa Automotive

This place is really great! I was in town for just a couple of days and developed an engine compartment rattle in my Toyota 4Runner. Phil accepted my walk-in request, got the car on the lift, diagnosed a missing bolt in a catalytic converter heat shield, replaced same, test drove the car, and returned it to me rattle free. This was all done immediately after my no notice phone call. Phil and Jake are the absolute best. But wait! When I tried to pay, they would not have it, and just sent me on my way! How can you do better than that?

Extremely kind and trustworthy mechanic. I was passing through from out of town with a wheel issue, came in right at close before the weekend and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I m so thankful I found this place, if I was local I d go here every time!

I was expecting a failed alternator. But, they were able to quickly find the issue (loose battery terminal). Alternator tested fine.I would recommend Lenexa Automotive

Quoted $300 and then charged $600. Took our van for an exhaust issue, was told the front shocks needed to be replaced and it would cost $300. Got a VM that afternoon they needed a little more time and it would be ready in the morning. In morning they called and said it is actually $600. I said no, just give me the van back and they said they couldn't because they had broken off bolts and had to do the repair anyway. To pick it up I had to pay...what a bait and switch! If they have a job that takes less labor than they expected, are they handing out refunds to customers?I went to pick it up and the desk manager said, "well you got a great price on your exhaust! Other shops would have taken advantage of you". So I'm supposed to be thankful that he supposedly didn't take advantage of me? That's a low bar and I certainly was taken advantage of with my van held hostage.I asked the desk manager to call the shop manager so I believe this behavior is reflective of the shop vs a one-off.There are simply better optios out there!Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair

We have been using this business for our entire fleet of vehicles for several years now and have always had excellent service from all involved. Easy to make appointments with and everything is done in a timely manner. Never have they tried to over sell me on anything. In fact they have recommended that I not do some things that weren't needed. They always call before moving ahead if they find something that needs replaced if we have not talked already about it. Great group of guys to work with and I would 100% recommend them to anyone.Services: Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change
