They let me know about all the specials running. I saved some money and got a better quality of oil put in. Plus, I didn't know where to put the radiator fluid since it's a newer car, and they showed me... the guy even put it in for me so I wouldn't mess up my shirt!

Took over 45 minutes to get a oil change. When I presented a coupon that I received by email the technician said I couldn't use it because it came from another JL, after haggling about it , he finally took off the $34 coupon. Just a Kluster.

No attention to my needs as a customer were met. Came in for an oil change was told the fleet company wouldn t approve it(which happens and can be dealt with) but had approved a spark plug change and started before an estimate was given. When I asked about the price of the repair. The response was who cares they already approved it . It was clearly seen as an opportunity to make extra money rather than to take care of my vehicles needs. The time estimate I was given was also significantly off. I was told it would take the same amount of time as an oil change. I watched at least 4 oil changes be completely before having to track down the CSA to ask for a time estimate. Also replaced windshield wipers without my permission. I m extremely disappointed in the lack of clear communication, as well as spending an hour and a half in your waiting area without getting my oil changed, which is what I showed up for.

This used to be a good place to go. I went there today & I always bring my own oil (b/c I use Castrol) & this guy tells me that it is "European oil" & they can't put that in my vehicle. It is the exact same oil they put in it the last time I had it changed there!!

Came in to have a noise/rattling checked out. I assumed it could've been a strut going bad. Dan Conley checked me in and came back with an estimate of $1300.00. I asked 3x so the noise is the strut. He assured me 3x as well that it indeed was bad. 3 hours later I pick up my car and the same noise is very apparent. Pulled back in spoke with Ashleigh the onsite mechanic. She immediately states... "I was just told you needed new struts and shocks, not that you had a noise" She then goes on to look around the vehicle trying to find the problem. She asked me if we could leave it there and she would look at it the next morning because her shift was over.This work also required my car to get an alignment following their work. I decided to take my vehicle to Burnett Automotive up the road. They identified the rattling/noise and provided a quote to fix my sway bar connection for $350.00.So I've called corporate filed a formal complaint. The franchisees/owner was supposed to call me Monday. Never heard so called corporate again and they asked me to give the franchisees/owner 3 days to contact me which was by Thursday and no word. So this business is clearly okay with blatant lying and theft.** on my invoice it even states that Dan Conley did a thorough inspection of my vehicle. Clearly not as you would've investigated the problem further.So all in all. I wasted $1300 on suspension that NEVER needed replaced. Burnetts fixed the damage to my alignment you caused which was $130. And also fixed the noise which cost me $350.This won't end well for the business. That I can assure you.

Jiffy lube service people ripped off my son with upcharges and non essential work that they claimed would leave him stranded. I sent him for an oil change and their upcharge salesman took him for $800 of unneeded work. I just had a new engine done by Kia and they not only charged for a high mileage oil change but charge for new spark plugs.Then they told him my brakes were gone and I needed new calipers too. I have not had a single issue with my brakes and there was no grinding of any kind. My brother drove my car to KState and back last weekend without issue. Dont you think Kia wouldve told me my brakes were deadly close to bald 10k miles ago when they inspected my car and replaced my engine? Jiffy said they were ruined yet there wasnt any grinding or sign of issues.Jiffy Lube on 87th St in Lenexa is not trustworthy.

Learned my lesson and won t go back. Brought my VW Jetta in and asked them for price on oil change and said it would be $89 which seemed high to me, but he said he has to use Euro oil because of my car. We just moved here and I was low on oil so I was fine with that price even with it being higher then I had paid in the past. Came back to pick up my car and they tried to charge me $140. They eventually brought it down to $105. After I brought the car home I opened up my hood. They had dented the tubing and got oil everywhere on the engine. They said they didn t dent the tubing, but you will see in the pictures they also stripped a bolt and had to call me cause they couldn t get it off. I went to Volkswagen to have them look at the dent in the tubing and luckily they can fix it easily. He also said they could do oil changes for $80 and that $100+, especially $140 is way too much. Jiffy lube has refunded the whole $105 to me and offered a free oil change which I will not be using. Don t recommend them and other reviews confirm they lack transparency on pricing (over priced in general) and have messed up simple oil changes several times. I should have looked at the reviews!

If you re looking for knowledgeable fest affordable and friendly service, this is your place!!! I was in and out, general manager was friendly, made suggestions to all the people that were in the room for their cars, made us laugh. It was just a wonderful experience all around. Thank you!

Dropped vehicle off approx 815 after calling the day before, left about 830 and was told it would take an hour an a half. 3 hours later I called and was told it would be another 30-60 minutes because a screw was missing in the brake kit and they had to wait for parts. finally received a call about 330pm that the vehicle was ready. The next day the vehicle broke down in the left hand lane on an interstate in Tennessee leaving me and five of my kids stranded. So not only did we not make it to our destination for the night causing me to loose out on money, also had to pay for the vehicle to be towed and pay for it to be fixed and pay for a hotel room for the night. The repairs involved labor to re-install RR caliper bolts and re-secure the wheel. Thankfully there were no collisions related to the unsafe condition my vehicle was returned to me after trusting Jiffy Lube.

The service advisor was quick to get to me, told me the run down on wait time, not an issue while i was filling out my info on the tablet a tech pulled up in a customer car kinda fast and braked hard, which is not cool drive it respectfully its not yours, i was walked to the lobby, my truck was pulled in shortly after, here where i can tell its younger employees with no care for customers vehicles, yes i have a lifted truck with an exhaust, when they pulled my truck in it was fast hearing it blast over the wheel ramps and when they put it in park the revved my truck a few times to hear the sound of the exhaust, just as a common courtesy ask the customer before treating them as your own, other than that service was fast and fine, just remember its a business not a car meet

The employees are very quick and friendly. The young man that greeted me held my car door and the door the the waiting area open for me. Went to have my fluids checked. I pulled into the lane where there were no cars. The person checking customers in came out got my information. He said it would be 20 mins. The car that was in the bay pulled out when he came out and told me I needed to wait inside. I then noticed he had moved my vehicle out of the way and took the other vehicle which was waiting on the other lane. He said customers are not allowed to drive vehicles in. This is as I watched the vehicle with was in the lane next to me pull her vehicle into the bay. He tried to blame the manager for having me go inside. BE A MAN AND DON T LIE TO CUSTOMERS!!!!!! One can take honesty over being lied to. I would seriously look at who you have working for you if that is what they are doing. Will not return to this jiffy lube.Service: Oil change

I always put off going to get my oil changed because I feel like I m constantly being sold on things I didn t need/ don t understand. Quoted me 25 minutes, didn t tell me they had to order my oil. After the initial quoted 25 minutes had passed, they finally informed me they were waiting for the oil to arrive. Overall process took almost an hour and a half with a $19 discount. The attendant let me know they would always have my oil going forward I guess that will help the next customer who needs full synthetic. Won t be back Service: Oil change

I have always had an amazing experience with Jiffy Lube. They clean our my car, my windows and are always courteous. No matter is it is 100+ degrees or freezing. With the rising cost of everything I find their prices are still affordable.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The service is terrible, I was definitely taken advantage of as a young woman. They purposely wrote down my email wrong so I didn t receive an email receipt until my mom called and then they lied to her claiming I was told the price up front. I WAS NOT! So when my total for a simple oil change was over $100 I was shocked. When I finally did get the receipt, I noticed I was supposed to have signed also. Someone there forged my signature. They made me feel very uncomfortable, and are liars. I would give zero stars if I could.Service: Oil change

During my oil change the tube for my dipstick got off set so the dipstick wouldn't go in. Ended up being a quick fix once the mechanic got there, but the process of getting him there was very frustrating.First off, the person checking people in and out blatantly lied to me at least twice during our interactions, one of which was him saying a mechanic had looked at my car before i found out a mechanic wasn't even in the store yet. When they couldn't get it fixed they were expecting me to just leave without my dipstick put back in correctly instead of calling the mechanic to come fix it.Very disappointing experience.Service: Oil change

They didn't reattach the lower engine cover properly. Heard rubbing on the ground. Got down and checked. They didn't replace 2 screws. Now the cover is damaged, and I have to go out of my way to get the screws for it or tie straps to keep it from damaging further.

What can I say? Jiffy Lube is simply a better oil change experience. Yes, it is cheaper elsewhere, the that s not the end of the story. Jiffy lube always has coupons to bring costs down and the peace of mind you get is worth the extra. I can usually get in and out in under 20 minutes unlike that 2 hours one can spend at other shops.The staff are qualified and communicative. They keep a record of everything on their extensive check list. They fill up all your fluids. On top of all this, is the free services between oil changes. I have pulled up more than once because of low tire pressure or other emergencies... they are always gracious to fill it up and won t charge a dime... when you are in need, you are going to want that jiffy lube sticker certifying your status as a customer.

I was quickly greeted by a super nice guy named Kyle! He ushered me inside to wait, especially because it was hot as heck outside and they didn t want me waiting in my car in the heat. When I got inside, since it was hot, I asked for some cold water, only to be told that it didn t work what was the point, in me waiting inside then? There was another guy waiting in the lobby looked like he was about to have a heat stroke, he mentioned the water as well, and I felt awful for the workers! That garage gets hot and if the customers don t have water to drink while they wait, what are the workers drinking throughout the day?? I felt bad for them, but nonetheless this isn t good business practice for any establishment!Service: Oil change

came in yesterday and had an oil change. only waited about 45 minutes despite the first come, first serve basis. the gentleman that was helping me out was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. he respectfully recommended other maintainence on my car without being pushy. they even vacuumed my car and applied a coupon to my service purchase. will be returning!

this was the third time in a month that i was told they were closed. This time at 12:47pm everyone went to lunch at the same time.does that make since to anyone. I go there because it is close to where i work. not because of the customer service. it is horrible there. the constantly complain about the job. i am directing are employees to take out company fleet elsewhere. at Big O's has open hours and stick to them. i dont expect or want a response as what good is it anyway. the best way i show my concern is to have others pull business away. not that the techs there care anyway

Ill be honest; I haven't stepped foot in a Jiffy Lube for probably 15 years as they used to be pretty ran down and the staff seemed they could care less.My impression of Jiffy Lube totally changed today. I went to the 87th street location and everyone I interacted with was very knowledgeable and personable. They did my job quickly and just as they said they would. They even applied a coupon without me having to dig it up.I was prepared to be unsold (they said everything looked great) and even requested a tire rotation but they advised me it wasn't needed.Will definitely be back. Keep up the good work.

I do not recommend coming here. I came for an oil change. My dad taught me well growing up so I know what's what when my car is concerned. They tried to convince me to buy many other services that I didn't need (haven't been able to find a place that doesn't do this). I politely declined and was satisfied with the service I received as I left.However, the next day my car started shifting gears hard and when I checked my transmission fluid it was at a dangerously low level.I can't say for sure that this was Jiffy Lube's doing, but I do know that when there is no leak transmission fluid does not disappear over night.I value honesty most when choosing where to take my business. If you do too I recommend going elsewhere.
