Went in for an alignment on my car, it tracked perfectly straight before I brought it in. just needed the toe aligned nothing else. It was after they closed before I realized my steering wheel is no longer centered and my car pulls hard to the right now. Not at all happy with good year right now. For $135 this is ridiculous.

After buying 2 sets of tires here, I can't say this is an auto shop that cares about its customers. On my first purchase they only had 3 tires in stock, not all 4. I was told they'd have it tomorrow.... and then 2 days later they finally found the correct size tire. When I had a tire going flat, they couldn't help me. They aired it up and said I needed to find another shop to repair it. I was left out in the cold w/ an unrepaired tire. Nothing at this shop inspires any form of loyalty to Goodyear.

Recently moved to Olathe and was looking for a Goodyear closer to my new residence. Adam was able to get my car's service history loaded into their system for future reference. Gave me the ok that my car is ready for winter and fixed a slow leak in a tire.. Very accommodating staff: knowledgeable, personable and patient. I've only met Jerry and Adam so far, but I get the sense it's a well-run organization. Thanks!!!

Great 1st oil change experience at this goodyear location. When booking appointment they confirmed they can do more than one oil change at a time so we booked my wife & my cars at the same time.Worked like a charm. We grabbed lunch nearby and the cars were ready a few minutes after we got back, oil change, tire rotation & all. As the terminator says "we'll be back"!

Had a great experience at this Goodyear. I walked in without an appt and Miguel squeezed me in their schedule. I ended up not having much of a wait to get my oil changed. All employees there were very friendly, especially Miguel.

The service representative called which I appreciated but if a person doesn't address the problem with a review or phone call problems don't get resolved. Impressive Goodyear follows up with customers. Paid for oil change and replaced TPMS checked the battery and windwasher fluids which they didn't not fill. Lazy employee and not getting the service I paid for.

This Goodyear location is a great place to visit to car repair needs. The entire team took care of my brake needs, explained what was happening, and offered me options. I felt like they cared about my experience. I highly recommend them.

Want to thank the guys at Good Year for the outstanding service we received yesterday. The rear driver side tire was running low on air. We were getting ready to go out of town early Saturday morning for a holiday weekend trip. So we pulled into the shop 20 minutes before closing on Friday. They were able to find the screw and patch the tire. They wanted us to have a safe trip so they stayed until it was completed. Thanks for going above and beyond to get us safely back on the road. The folks here are really great to work with. Can t thank them enough!

Have been using this shop for 2 years now for our Mercedes & 2 grandkids vehicles. They work well on getting appointments. Prices reasonable, vehicle always ready when promised. Never had a post-maintence problem with any work they've done. Highly recommend.

These guys are the best. After shopping numerous other places we walked in here and I m so glad we did. They answered every question with patience and knowledge. We ended up with new tires, front end alignment and inspection all at a very reasonable price. They communicated with us about everything and the end results are AMAZING. I highly recommend these guys and they all deserve an award. Thank you!

I picked up a screw in one of my tires and needed it changed. I made an appointment online, but when I got there to check in, they didn't have record of it at all. Thankfully they took my car anyway and stayed late to get it fixed. I really appreciate the effort. There were only two guys working with 8 bays full of cars, so I know they were under the gun. The manager was visibly frustrated, but I can't fault him for that when he has no control over what the online schedule stuff is like. Very thankful they helped me out. I would NOT recommend scheduling an appointment online. Not sure what the deal is, but I would advise calling to set up an appointment rather than doing it online.

I was in town for a soccer tournament and the folks bent over backwards to serve their existing appointments while squeezing me in as they knew my tire wouldn t make it overnight. Overall they didn t have any upside to help me but they did anyway, very professionally (found the leak in <10 seconds when I showed them what tire) and they DIDN T charge me. Regardless if that s a Goodyear policy I wanted to give kudos to this location. Thank you to what you did for me and for those in this area, try them out as if they treat one-time customers like this, they will treat repeat customers even better.

Miguel was so much help, he got me in and out in a timely fashion. Unlike other shops I ve been too. He had a great personality and it was pleasure doing business. I will recommend this store to all my friends !

I called on a Saturday to see if they could fit me in for an oil change and Melissa said they could. Dropped off car around 10:30am and Steve called to say it was done around 2:30pm. Steve is always nice to work with. The shop does get busy so I appreciated them getting me in

The other day, my brakes completely went out randomly as I was getting close to home. I had my car towed to a shop where they told me my rear brake pads fell apart because they looked so old and worn as if they d never been changed. I was shocked because I had gotten new tires and requested new brakes(they told me my brakes were still good ) only 2 months prior. To which my mechanic replied that my car s rear brakes are more difficult than the front to access, so he guessed they had been skipped over. Seems more likely than my brakes going from good to trash in 1,000 miles. Basically, because of corners cut during my brake inspection, I had a false security in the safety of my car, and that negligence could have gotten me seriously injured. Who knows what could have happened had my brakes failed on the highway! Not to mention the $700-$1000 I ll be paying to replace all the components of my brakes that were ruined.(Update 3/28/22)I met with the store manager and felt that my negative experience was taken very seriously with accountability held for. I wasn't sure what to expect going in, but was pleasantly surprised, and I want to raise my review.

Unfortunately I got a flat tire but thankfully Goodyear was able to take care of this unfortunate issue. We buy our tires from Goodyear so Steven was able to locate the tire that was needed in a timely manner replace the tire and put the spare back in its place. Cannot say enough kind words on the pleasant personalities and quick service I received today. Thanks!

They did a great job for me. I had a small issue after the service my car a week ago. They just took down the information brought it in fixed it no questions asked. I think that is outstanding service. I was expecting them to give me a hassle! But none whatsoever! What a relief! Very impressed and grateful.

Stephen is always the ultimate customer service rep. As busy as he is, he still takes the time to help you with questions. I have brought my jeep to this location for service for many years completely based on the service I get from those in the garage and from Stephen.

On August 11, 2021 i called Goodyear Tire Store and spoke with Kevin Posey about needing four new tires for my Honda Accord. He found the best tires for my car. Ordered them for me, and had them installed the same day, along with a alignment. I have had good luck with Goodyear Tires over the years. Love them.

Stephen Russell and his team are great! They got me in and quickly found the problem. They ordered, received, and installed the parts all in the same day. Everyone was kind and helpful even though they were super busy! I will not take my car anywhere else. Thank you guys!

Stephen and his team at Goodyear are nothing less than amazing. His team are professional and very helpful. I had a blown tire and left the car in the overnight drop off and they had me up and running by the end of the day. We had an unfortunate death and how to go out of town in a hurry and they took care of us like family. This has not been the only time. We have had a couple of emergency trips to Iowa for family and friends and Stephen, Kevin, Melissa, Steve, & the rest of the team made sure that our car was safe and roadworthy and treated us like family. We WILL NOT take our cars anywhere else. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS, we are truly blessed!!The Sackuvich s

Easily accessible from K10 Highway on the border of Olathe and Lenexa, Kansas, this auto center has fantastic customer service and reasonable prices for the great quality of work they perform. Not only do they do great and thorough work, they get it done in a timely manner. No waiting weeks for your car to be repaired at this mechanic. You won't need to worry about bringing your vehicle back after a repair or tune up a few days later with it still having issues, because they do great work the first time. Highly recommend this place!

Always thinking of the customer first. Doesn't add items to fix just because they want more business. Very informative. Steve Luft has fantastic customer service skills. Always their to fix the issue. I've been a Goodyear customer for years because of the trust built up over time. I'm glad that years ago I was able to find this place and know who to stick with. It's hard to find a mechanic I can trust.

I have to change this to a 5 star because of the local manager! He called me and apologized for the system not working the way it should and offered to get me in and did so in a timely manner. So in this case I guess I give Goodyear Corporate a 1 star for their system, but a 5 star to the local staff!!The people there seem to be good, but don't use the online scheduling system. I tried and got a call saying that they were already booked up. I asked why I was able to schedule online and was told that the system doesn't even see what they have on their schedule. Frustrating in this day and age that they don't have this figured out!!!

Terrible service. I was told they would have my car 2 hrs for a tire repair. They had my car all day and still waiting for repair. If they had been honest up front I would have used a different tire dealer.
