If I could give a negative star I would!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE!! I had insurance have them replace bumpers and grill. I got my truck back with a BROKEN parking break! When brought back to them Brain Walter s admits his workers broke it and refuses to make it right and pay for it out of their own pocket! Pathetic shop. They do not treat customers correctly. Not satisfied! Now I have to put my money into lawyer to get my truck done properly! DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They will hands down hide breaking something and when caught they admit it and refuse to fix what THEY BROKE!! DONT TRUST THEM! 100% have proof!

Being fully transparent, this wasn't my choice of shop after I had my accident back in November. However, it was a shop that my insurance worked with, so I went in blind (and a bit apprehensive) but was pleasantly surprised.Everyone I met with there was kind, courteous, and efficient. When there were some mix ups with insurance and hoops to jump through, the CARSTAR team took care of me. I was genuinely impressed at every turn. Brian was awesome at keeping me updated and making sure everything was done right. The work on the car got taken care of and looks great. They were quick, excellent with communication, and great to work with. Genuinely a pleasant surprise - dealing with a car accident, insurance, and repairs isn't fun. They made this part easy and I am so thankful for how stress free the experience was.

My daughter's Mustang now looks fantastic. She hit a deer back in October (not her fault) and it really messed up the front left, and even the door. Now it looks brand new again!

My experience has been great. I'm thinking of causing another accident so I can relive my experience.Seriously, the folks at Carstar have been professional, friendly and even sent e-mail notices about their progress with my car. And, one more thing: They did a great repair job. Thank-you, folks.

I brought my vehicle in for an estimate for a small bit of damage. A representative took it back for a mechanic to look at the problem and was able to fix it in a few minutes. Very friendly service!!

They repaired our Genesis G80, it not only looks good as new they finished sooner than they estimated! AND they washed and vacuumed it out!! They were also amazing with communication via phone and texts with updates. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I've literally had this 2024 for two weeks when my daughter hit a coyote doin 70mph. Carstar did an amazing job, looks brand new and the staff were all very friendly. I really appreciate the communication the whole way through, which was just about a week.

My Toyota Camry was hit the day before I moved to Lenexa. After turning in my claim I was sent here by my insurance. Just got my car back Tuesday and it looks brand new. They did a fantastic job and the work was done in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend them

It is a few months since CARSTAR worked on my Toyota Tacoma after an accident. I am still amazed at the beautiful job they did and in a very timely manner. CARSTAR contacted me minutes after I spoke to the insurance adjuster and had me in the next day for an estimate. Scheduling my service was prompt and my car was finished before the promised date. When I picked it up it was spotless, inside & out, in spite of miserable winter weather.

After I hit a deer, this was one of the places recommended by my insurance company for repairs. They did a great job, it looks like new again & it was done in the expected amount of time. They even replaced our hubcap so that it would match the rest as one had been knocked off at one of those automatic car wash places. The attention to detail is much appreciated!

My Pacifica came from the garage looking like new. The high tech stuff functions like new. This is my third repair with this shop (2 cars) and all cars are still functioning as new. Excellent work. Carstar Lenaxa.

I had a great experience with Crystal Carstar. The repair was completed as scheduled (it was scheduled for a week, and it lasted a week). The staff was always kind and personable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They worked with me on specific requests, and left me with a repaired, washed, and vacuumed car.
