Battery Outfitters didn't have my battery on hand but assisted me with installing a new battery from a different company during an urgent matter. Area Manager Cameron was very helpful as an installer and making sure my car was back in action ASASP. I'd highly recommend calling this company for any battery issues or needs!

I came in with a battery that had the connector wires stuck and was unable to switch them over to the new battery. All of the guys were very helpful to get the problem fixed for me. I truly appreciated all of the effort and time they took to make sure I was taken care of.

John and Andrew are the best customer service guys I have ever met! They ALWAYS stop what they are doing and fill my order. Today makes my 3rd satisfied time working with John and his team at the Battery Outfitters location in Lenexa, KS. They have batteries for every need.I have a motor home. I prefer the Trojan brand AGM series for their deep cycle performance and longevity. Battery Outfitters typically has those plus other brands like their Pro-Series brand which I had them install on the chassis. Great performing products.John has created custom cabling to connect in series or parallel, depending on the application. He explains his approach and checks his work. He s been helpful in identifying other wiring that needs updating for safety. He thanks me for coming back.I leave confident because of the products and quality of work performed and satisfied with the choice of where I ve spent my hard earned money. We couldn t ask for more these days.

I have been looking for a 12v golf cart battery for 2 months (supply chain problems due to pandemic). John was super helpful over the phone, answered all my questions, and held a battery for me to come get that afternoon. I showed up, they took my core, and loaded up a new battery into my truck. Awesome service and pricing was spot on!

This is the best place to go for batteries. I needed 6 (heavy) golfcart batteries and this was definitely the place to go to. John and his employees took care of every detail for my purchase and even delivered them. Plus, best prices in town!
