Yesterday I opened my car hood to find the oil filler cap gone. I stopped at AutoZone to buy a new one. The employees were extremely helpful and respectful! I bought a new cap as well as all three new wipers. They replaced all four items on my minivan very quickly and kindly! Great experience. Please commend whoever was working on Sunday afternoon 2/4!

The non-commercial manager at this location had zero customer service skills and was probably the most unhelpful person I've encountered at any business in years. The other employee I worked with however was extremely helpful on the other hand. If I ever go back here it will only be on days when I wouldn't have to deal with him otherwise I'll be bringing business elsewhere moving forward. Shout out to the employee that DID help me though, the car was totally fixed, not a single problem since.

I needed to get my wipers completely removed and every local mechanic was closed. I showed up to Autozone near closing and Alexander A. did this for me without letting me pay anything! My wiper controls were broken and unable to turn OFF, and I didn't have a torque wrench to remove them myself, so he was a lifesaver! Just want to put in a good word for him, THANK YOU Alexander!

AutoZone on 87th is an overall great location. I've purchased enough parts from them to get to know a few of the employees. Not everyone is a super star in my opinion, but they do have a few of them.

I went there for a back windshield wiper. An older guy helped me, first he said they only had the cheapest in stocks after telling him I wanted a better one. Then he told me I had to put it on myself, I'm a 68 year old woman. I don't know how to do that. He said he would help me after he helped the person next in-line, I waited 20 minutes before going back in the store. A really nice younger guy said he was so sorry and went out and installed it. It took him less than 10 seconds! Please let your employees be better at service like that young man was.

I ve been into this store several times. The employees there have been super helpful helping me change wiper blades, put antifreeze in my radiator in super cold temps-all without complaint. Trustworthy and don t try to sell unnecessary items. Highly recommend.

I ve went into store 12800 w 87th parkway Lenexa Ks numerous amounts of times. Store Clerk by the name of Curtis has helped me every time. 90 degree weather didn t stop this man from going above and beyond. I d give 100 stars if I could! Thank you!!

Went to buy parts for my husband at AutoZone and the staff member was very helpful. He took the information looked all parts up to see if they were in stock. He went above and beyond by locating them at another store n making sure they had and pull them so when I went to pay and get them, they were ready to go. I am just sorry I didn't get his name, that was my mistake because there are few people willing n able to take the time and effort to help the customer !

I was in today to replace my fathers bad battery that had a warranty. I cannot remember the gentleman s name but he, along with coworkers, we re very professional with trying to help given the circumstances. I would highly recommend this store as you will get top notch service.

I never was dedicated to a certain parts store until a few weeks ago. Usually I would just choose the most convenient location but not anymore. I'm dedicated to AutoZone and especially this particular location.In the last few weeks I have been here for parts for our fleet vehicles and my personal vehicles. Headlights, thermostat, radiator and more. Tonight, I was having an issue with my battery staying charged and realized I purchased it from AutoZone. Brought it in and they tested it out to find out the battery is bad. But since you purchased it from us and it's still under warranty here is a new battery for you at no charge!But I really want to thank Corey at the location. Met him a few weeks ago when I came in. He helped me out and thanked me by name as I left. Came back a few days later for some other stuff and he welcomed me by name as I walked in. I have probably been to the location about 10 times in the last few weeks and he's always there with the same great customer service. He is extremely helpful and gives you his honest opinion/recommendation. He does not come off as being pushy but just straight honest. You don't feel afraid to say, "no I will take the cheaper option" but you also truly believe his opinion that sometimes leads you to purchase the better (sometimes more expensive) option. He is just very nice and so was the other guy working with him tonight.I run a business, have multiple employees and customer service is extremely important to my company. So I often find myself just watching and observing employee reactions with customers while I'm out. Everyone that comes into the store has to walk out feeling the same way I do when dealing with him. I see him treat everyone that way.I highly recommend going to this location and I hope you get the chance to have Corey take care of you. (Longest review I have ever written but just could not stop with how awesome they are.) KUDOS to these guys and I hope upper management thanks them for their great customer service.

the only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because of the third and final person who helped me in any form or fashion that works at this locstion. His name is Alex. both of the first two guys were not at all helpful and didnt even seem like they wanted my business. the first gentlmen was rude immediatly for no reason it seemed other than I needed to be helped. the 2nd one tried his best I think but it seemed like maybe he had no vehicle knowledge so looking for a specific part with zero context has to be pretty darn difficult. especially being much older.I felt bad to bother anyone. and when i finally decided to go back in for clarification a part (i was about to just go to Oreilys and hope that maybe someone would at least be kind and helpful in my ignorance of car stuff) but i went back in finally and asked the other gentlmen i hadnt talked to. he directed me to another store that had the right part. in the first two gentlemens defense, i DID know very little about what i was trying to find. but they did not even attempt to understand me. and the first guys tone felt like he was irritated with me when i tried to explain what I was looking for. if i do go back to that store, it will 100% only to be in hopes that Alex will be there and Ill check out with him.but if I were him id probably find somewhere else to work if the same energy translats to work enviroment. he was kind, very helpful, and understanding of the problem just by observing. he went out of his way to print the picture of the product i (thought) i needed. and told me which autozone store had it in stock.i dont leave reviews very often, but i had to for this one. dont go to this location unless you are a man. or you are woman who likes being talked down to. or unless Alex is there.

Ever since moving to Lenexa, I've generally been coming here for the past couple of years whenever I've needed to purchase auto parts as it's the one of the most convenient locations. Everytime I've been here, I've never been disappointed with the level of service I've received from any of the various employees I've dealt with, always nice and helpful with finding products when asked for assistance.Recently, I called to verify they had battery terminal corrosion treatment on hand, which they did. I didn't have the tool I needed to take the battery terminals off, but they said I could use their tool in the parking lot! They also were able to test the battery, and help confirm the next step was probably going to be an alternator, which was correct. I'm pretty sure Collin was the name of the employee that assisted, shout out to him for going out of his way to assist and being professional. I'm usually in and out of stores, but since I was there for quite a while using their various services, I wanted to make sure to put in a good word for this place.

Mr. Curtis has been so polite to me every time I've came in his store. Always have me good advise he's careing and has alot of patience with me andy Granny and what he doesn't know he will even look up for me and even has took time out to draw me pictures. This is amazing haven't seen anything like it. I want go anywhere else.

Had a very unpleasant experience yesterday. Upon entering the store, I had the "welcome in and you need any help" greeting. Luckily, I know what I needed to get so I was able to go straight there.Few minutes, I'm getting ready to checkout, the older gentleman there was on his phone. After waiting a minute, I say I'm ready. He proceeds over to the register and rings me up and goes back on his phone which was laying next to the register and I see a chess game in flight while he is on the clock. I'm waiting for the payment to go through and I ask him did you get the payment and he press a key on the keyboard for the total to show up and my payment went through. It was a mom and pop shop, I would somewhat understand but this is a national brand and to be on your phone while on the floor is unacceptable. I'll never step in another AutoZone ever again.

Incredible service. I usually go to the AutoZone on 95th and Antioch ( incredible service as well ) after the young man who helped me at this location I was just blown away. I support companies that hire people who have autism or any other type of disability. ( the young man was far from disabled ) he knew exactly where to look for my auto parts and was one of the most amazing, kind and knowledgeable people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. 10 out of 10

Awesome service! My first visit to this location. They promptly helped me find 3 needed products. The manager, Michele, was so helpful... accompanying me to my car to evaluate the weather stripping and advising what products and how to use them to resolve my leaky door. The other associate offered to put my fuel engine cleaner in my tank and completed that promptly and was very polite. Happy to support this new location closer to my home than my usual location. The staff here was so incredibly helpful! I came to replace a bulb I had purchased just a month ago. After some sleuth work on the part of the employee helping me, it was determine the bulb died prematurely because I installed it incorrectly. Even after determining this, the employee was going to give me a discount on the replacement, but the manager decided to cover the whole purchase because the previous employee who sold me the original bulb didn t help install it to ensure it was done properly.

Curtis not only checked my battery, but removed and cleaned it up! While another shop told me my two-year-old battery was dead, Curtis assured me it was not. He charged me nothing! Guess where I'll be buying my next battery when I do need it?

Some will have mixed reviews. A lady ahead of me waited three minutes to buy something, got impatient and left. I could tell the attendants were thoroughly helping each customer. When it came to me they helped me SO well. They had extra time and actually INSTALLED my alternator belt (which was NOT a part of their job description and was a pain to install). Then they helped install my rear blinker. Granted they smoked right outside the entrance and chewed tobacco in front of the customers, but their service was impeccable and I couldn t have asked for better attention and service.

One guys was working the Commercial side. Completely ignored the other side and didn't explain why he was ignoring us. Guy on our side was taking lunch and there were three people in line. One finally left. When he came off of lunch, he started to help me, but then finished with customers after me. I needed my battery replaced and wanted it done there. The guy on the commercial side took off for lunch. That meant the guy helping me had to quit and go in the store whenever anyone came in. I finally left my vehicle for him to fix and walked home. The guy working the commercial side was the worst. He came out and smoked and watched the other guy work on my vehicle. Did not offer to assist. He was also in a very bad mood and made that clear to anyone around him. I have never been so frustrated in my entire life. 1-1/2 hours and I still didn't get my car battery replaced.

These guys are great!My tiny dumb car needed a head light changed and it s SOO hard to get to. These guys worked on it IN THE RAIN until they figured it out and got it done for me.Curtis, the store manager, and Zac, an associate, were so polite and helpful. They worked as a good team to get the job done!Best experience I ve ever had at an auto store!

Wow. Car had to be jumped 2x in one day. My dealership couldn't get me in for DAYS! Stopped at nearby Autozone- they tested both my alternator and battery, dx the battery was the issue. Not only could I buy a new one they replaced it for me practically for FREE! Saved our weekend plans as we were about to go out of town with that car. THANK YOU AUTOZONE!Any time I've been to ANY autozone in America, I've been impressed & grateful.
