Needed a rear wiper blade for a 2012 Is Chevrolet equal Knox. I was in the area soI stopped in and I back out PDQ. The store is clean and well organized. Plus they stock several brands of blades including my preferred brand Rain-X which seem to hold up longer when used in conjunction with the Rain-X washer fluid.

I always go to this Advance Auto Parts. Today I needed a new battery and Greg helped me find exactly what I needed, helped install and answered all my questions. Without a doubt it was a phenomenal customer service experience and I will be back.

I went in this past Sunday and was kind of shocked that there was only one employee on duty. Nonetheless, it was a woman. My thoughts ran a little rampant about her being alone and the fact that someone could hurt her or rob the place. Her name is Skye and she handled five or six of us like a juggling act! She was very kind about the fact that everyone had to wait. When in fact it should have been the other way around! I do hope in the future, that she is not left alone. There is strength in numbers even if there's only two people. Thank you Skye for your service!

Went in for a car battery for my son. Guy was helpful finding a car battery as I was having internet issues to look it up ourselves. Though he was surprised to see my son back inside after a few minutes with the core. Gotta show kids how to do it immediately themselves.

Randy was excellent to us! I went in to test my car battery and he informed me that my battery had to be changed and he installed it for me. Very friendly guy and I would refer people to him. Great service!!

Great store! I stopped in to get brake fluid for my car. I couldn't open the hood (I'm 60 and the hands don't work like they should) and asked an older gentleman at the counter to help me. He opened my hood and I got my fluid topped off. Thank you! Keep up the good work.

Advance Auto is my go-to when I can't wait a week for auto parts purchased online . I'm always surprised when they have multiple instock options, too. Today I needed an alternator for my 14-yr-old van and they had me in and out in 5 minutes! Unfortunately, one pays a pretty penny for "instock". Today's purchase was $100 more than I'd pay online.

i don't know what happened to this store. it was a mess like a tornado had been through there. empty & unorganized shelves. filthy bathrooms. just a mess.

Outstanding! State of the Scan tool just plug it in and take the receiver in where they gave me a two-page analysis of the problem and what it needed to be done. The next day at nine a.m. I got a call from a young lady who found my credit card in the register. I was so ecstatic about their help that I left without it. As a frequent user they had me in their database. Great performance by all concerned. Thanks again !

Great service from the staff, including some easy instructions to follow to replace the battery in a vehicle I had just inherited. I've never seen a battery located under the back seat instead of under the hood before and while the procedure was simple, there were a few differences from installing a battery under the hood. I very much appreciated the help.

Visited today to get a new brake light. Chris was very helpful, and spent time researching my issue. He came out personally to look at my vehicle and helped me understand how to get it fixed. Everyone seemed really knowledgeable and they were honest too. Great store!

I just bought a part for my daughter's car. LA and Charlie were so helpful in finding the part, came out and installed it for us, and ran a free diagnostic on her car because the engine light came on and the dealer wanted a fortune to run the same test. I have always had a great experience. 15 stars for LA and Charlie!

The guys are always so helpful here. Ward is especially great at his job. He's transparent about the process and always has great mechanic advice. This is my first stop every time my car starts acting funny.

Best service I could ask for! I thought my battery was dead, but the car dealer suggested it was electrical. Bought cables at your store, and the car still didn't start. Dealer offered to tow me, but your staff gave me some tips and I finally got the battery to charge enough to make it back to your store. Then your guys froze in the dark, cold night air, installing my new battery. Your staff was smart, nice, helpful, and saved me a fortune. Thank you! You have a committed new customer.

I went in to return some parts and they were happy to help me. One person was training another during my transaction and it went very smoothly. I would recommend this location for online orders as well as in store purchases and returns. Great staff!

The staff is helpful but I had trouble with the products they sold me. Out of a set of spark plugs and socket wrench, the wrench was the wrong size and one of the "new" spark plugs showed obvious damage from a previous owner. Both of my issues could have been prevented with a quick exam at the register.

They haven't ever let me down for parts. I pay about 25% more than ordering them online, but get the parts same-day to get the job done. Very pleased with the great, helpful service!

Went here instead of my usual place, (O'Reilly Auto Parts.) Very, very, very impressed, the cashier was actually very knowledgeable.. they are easier to talk to and never to busy like the workers at O'Reillys. I will be going back to this store...

Not a very good selection on products and the ones I needed were out of stock. Employee literally sat while a line formed for the other employee and it took forever to get out. Auto zone is a better deal. Don't waste your time. Store was clean though...

I visited Advance Auto today to find out that the cap for my master cylinder was off and I took that truck on the highway brakes work fine. Adam and Mark the two gentlemen at Advance Auto pretty much on 95th and Monrovia were a tremendous Aid today explanation point! LOL

Don't buy your battery here. They do not honor their warranty. Chris the manager very unskilled on vehicle batteries and the diagnostic machine that they have does not diagnose correctly. Went to the dealership and had it checked, battery is no good. They won't take a dealer diagnostic with way more diagnostic experience than these workers have. So I'm just out for now. Will contact district manager tomorrow. Now waiting on Brad the district manager to call me back.

Adam and dillon on 2/17/18 were of the most helpful gentleman I ve ever meet! Helped us the whole visit making sure we got the right wiper blades and the right oil for the truck!! And Adam also saved us a little bit of money bt showing us the ads newspaper of your daily deals! Thanks you!!!

Good: After a frustrating afternoon of trying to find a battery for my Toyota Tacoma, they had the exact replacement in stock and ready. Bad: even though they advertise free battery installation, including a big sign right on the window, they did not offer to help install the new battery I purchased.

The store was short-handed...and the clerk who helped us was a little stressed...but he pushed through and got the job done. If I were Advance Auto I 'd be glad he was working for me.
