Sage was an excellent salesman. We showed up and he was more than happy to help me and my wife get a family vehicle. He showed a few options, wasn t pushy and was very friendly and helpful. Less than 2 hours and we were out the door with a 21 Explorer with all the options we wanted! 10/10 would recommend this dealer and see Sage for sure. Thanks man.

Huge shoutout to Nick and River for all their help with the process of purchasing my new car ! I live 3.5 hours away and seen the listing online. We sent a text before they even opened and they responded almost immediately. They were honest and transparent before we made the trip down. When we arrived we were more than pleased. 100% recommend these guys! Thanks again!

I purchased my 3rd car from Zeck Ford today. It s also the third time I ve worked with Sage. He wasn t pushy. Told me exactly what I needed to hear. He was personable and accommodating. He was super busy today, but always took an extra second to make sure I was okay during my wait.Brandon in the finance department was just as great. I truly appreciate both of them working so hard for me today.

Cliff, our Zeck Personal Shopper, was great to work with and very knowledgeable about Ford vehicles as well as others we were looking at. There was no pressure to make a purchase and the whole experience was enjoyable. We would recommend Zeck to others and will look here again in the future.

This was seriously the best car buying experience I ve had. It was so good that when I left to sleep on it I only made it a couple miles and came back to buy our car!! Jeff George and Nino Williams were amazing to work with. There was another super helpful guy but I cannot remember his name lol. Totally recommend Zeck for used cars!

We are loving the "New To Us" car we bought at Zeck Ford! One of the prerequisites we had while car shopping was buying from a dealership with high ratings. Zeck definitely deserves the high ratings they have. We were impressed with Cole, he was knowledgeable about the car, and not over bearing. So thankful that after months of looking, we found the perfect car for us.

Our entire experience with Zeck Ford was amazing and we will be recommending them to all our friends and family! We called first thing on a Saturday morning and made an appointment to look at a 2020 navigator and drove 2.5 hours. When we arrived at the dealership, they told our salesperson Cole that we arrived and he came and got us and let us test drive almost as soon as we got there. Cole made the entire process for us extremely stress free and he was so willing to accommodating to our needs like a detail before leaving the dealership, driving 2.5 hours during the following week to pick it up for new tires and buffing out paint from previous owners. Thank you Cole for going above and beyond for us! Tanner was our finance person and he made the dreaded paperwork quick and efficient. He explained everything and made sure that we knew even the fine print before we signed on the dotted line. Tanner has a great personality and makes the finance process feel like a fun social event with his personality. Thank you Tanner!

This is my second vehicle I have bought with Zeck Ford. We had such a great experience the first time that we wanted to a buy a ford explorer from Zeck Ford. Jayden was great he walked us through the explore and all of its features. I will definitely be coming back when I buy my next vehicle.

Our experience with Zeck Ford was fantastic. Jeff our sales person was very patient and allowed us to work through a few different options. Not only was Jeff working with us. The sales manager and financial officer worked to get us the best deal possible. We did not feel pressured to buy. We felt like everything was very transparent and walked away feeling very good about our purchase.

We had a great experience at Zeck Ford! The no pressure sales policy made us feel comfortable. We were able to try to find what fit our needs without the pressure of a salesman trying to make a deal happen. Steve was awesome to work with! And he also has excellent knowledge of the city of New Orleans. We got a new car and advise on where to go, what to eat and what to do when we go to New Orleans this Spring. Total win win!

I had the pleasure of coming to Zeck Ford and had Sage as our Sales Associate. He was fantastic every step of the way. Sage was upfront about everything from start to finish and made the car buying process a pleasant one. He was very respectful and explained everything about the cars we were looking at in detail. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. I cannot put into words how great Sage and Zeck Ford are, but if anyone is looking for their next car come here.

What a wonderful first-time car buying experience! The people at Zeck Ford were very respectful and understanding when I was shopping for my car. They understood I was shopping at several dealers, yet respectfully confident that I would come back. After visiting said other dealers who did not make me feel taken care of, Zeck Ford listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push me outside of my criteria, and I ended up driving away with a beautiful pre-owned Edge. They were pretty busy the day I purchased, as it was a Saturday, so we did deal with some long wait times, but they were very efficient when our time came to sign paperwork. They even sent me away with a gift card as a thanks for waiting so long. Overall, great experience, and special shout out to Sage, who was my personal shopper throughout the process. He was fun to work with and made the experience less stressful. Thanks Sage!

River was very helpful. He didn't make the test drive awkward. He showed us what we wanted without the typical salesman bias. Management said hello but wasn't pushy or hovering. Facility is very clean and updated, and plenty to keep the kids distracted.Overall, great staff experience and good coffee A+ experience. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Andrew Pakenham was my sales agent. I couldn t have asked for a more incredible and helpful team. I am not a big fan of dealerships but I would 100% buy another car from these guys. From start to finish it was a very smooth process. I felt no pressure to purchase and Andrew was very patient with showing me any car I wanted to see and exploring options. Test drive was smooth, managers were engaged and finance guy was very candid. If you are considering buying a car I would recommend at least stopping into Zecks and have a look. You won t regret it.

Had a great experience shopping for a vehicle with River at Zeck Ford. There was no pressure to buy, River let me take all the time I wanted with three different trucks, answered all my questions, no upselling, and was straightforward about the process. Probably the quickest and easiest car buying experience I've had. Definitely recommend them!
