Honest and helpful. I scratched my door and needed an affordable solution to prevent rust. They made a two-stage paint and even applied it at no charge. They met my requirement while saving me hundreds. Great experience with a professional, small business. Would absolutely use them again for any auto collision needs.

Took my RAM 3500 in for rear bumper/tailgate damage. From the first day to the last, the entire staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I was late in dropping my vehicle off and I also had a hard timeline for getting the repairs done. I needed my truck back in a week. They had it done and ready ahead of my request and it looked fantastic.Top notch customer service and excellent repair work.

Recently had work done to repair a damaged front bumper. These guys worked quickly and got the job done ahead of schedule. Throughout the process they were the utmost professionals and their work was flawless. Unequivocally would recommend their service to anyone who needs repair work done.

Usaa gave me a few options to choose from and I'm glad I picked Vetters. I was nervous because red is a hard paint to match, and I wasn't sure of their process, but Josh walked me through everything and it looks great!Josh was nice to work with as well.

They were quick to respond to my Facebook message, quick to diagnose the problems with my daughter's car, knowledgeable about solutions in our price range and even referred us to a place closer to our home that could perform the service when they were unable to perform the service in a timely manner. We found them to be kind, helpful, and honest, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for body work.

There is nothing fun about having to have repairs done on your vehicle. Thankfully Vetters made the whole process easy from the start. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. They did a great job on the repairs and to top it off they even cleaned up my car! Excellent repair shop. Quick estimate, ordered parts, they received the parts and painted them, then asked me to bring my car in once all the parts were painted and ready. All that was left to do was installation. They also cleaned the entire inside of the car and washed it. Josh and Jimmy were great to deal with. NO shady stuff going on at Vetter's, totally transparent every step of the way!!!! Great job.Service: Body & Trim

I took my car to Vetter's for damage to my front bumper. They called me just a couple of days later to tell me it was ready. I was impressed by how great it looked and how fast they had it fixed. Plus they vacuumed it out and washed it which was awesome! Josh, Jimmy and the rest of the crew are wonderful. 10/10 recommend!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had to get some repairs done here after getting rear-ended. They did a great job, were very thorough, transparent, professional, knowledgeable, and helped arrange the rental car and everything. I hope I never have to come back, but if I do I would not hesitate to bring them my car again. Well done! Thanks guys!

I got rear ended a few weeks ago and Vetter s was the place the insurance company wanted to use. I m so glad they did. They did a great job! My car was ready earlier than expected and everyone I interacted with was so so nice. And they even cleaned the inside of my car! Excellent service! My car looks brand new again. The guys did a great job of keeping me informed of the repairs and fixed, not only front end damage from a deer collision, but also rear end damage from another driver's bad parking habits.

I bought a car that really only needs a sand, one layer of spray the same color for some dings and to match the color, and some clear coat. I don't think they felt like it was worth it because it wasn't wrecked. Quoted me $11,000 dollars. There's no way without by damage it should cost that much. I'll find somebody else to do it.They did a good job on my friends dad's truck but insurance paid for his. It's the only reason I gave them stars.

Great experience so far! Took my wife's car in for an estimate. They looked at it and deemed it undrivable and are getting us in for repairs.

I m cautious when going to a auto shop because I m a woman and you know... I didn t know the owner, I didn t flirt with anyone, and I didn t play the veteran card and they still fixed my rear bumper for free. You can still see the duct tape that I used to hold everything in place in the after picture but it s fixed. I shall return in the spring to get the paint job done.Ladies, it s safe to go to this body shop!

We took our SUV here for collision repair. The staff was kind and respectful, completed the work on time and BONUS - they cleaned my vehicle inside and out upon return! I would recommend them for sure!

I dented the corner of my Ram 2500 and broke the rear window with my camper. Vetter's did an amazing job with the repair. I expect it to look like other repairs I've had done at other places, but was completely amazed at the quality of the dent removal and paint. It looks as good as new! I looked at it 2 or 3 times and just can't believe how good it looks. We are all having a bad day when we drop out vehicles off to get repaired. Vetter's made my day with their repair work. My daughter had an accident on her way to work and stopped by Vetter's to make sure her car was ok to drive. They took the time to inspect it and secure all loose parts at no charge! Vetter's collision repair was professional and personable. They were in constant communication with me about my vehicle and updates. They also worked with me to find the best parts for my price range. To top it off they vacuumed and washed my car which was quite the undertaking. excellent experience, well worth the 30 minute drive for me.
