Outstanding service my tow truck operator was very careful handling my corvette. He even offered me a ride home after dropping off my car at Martens dealership. Did a great job!!!

My car was towed here by Leavenworth police. I had almost 400$ worth of groceries in my back seat they stole them all except the baby wipes and a case of soda. Along with my purse. When I called and asked about it they played stupid and tried to say the police took them. But why wouldn t the police take everything . These people think they can do what they want and get away with it. They ve been reported to the better business bureau and also to the city of Leavenworth. They might be a good tow service but will hop on any opportunity to STEAL. If the chance is presented . HORRIBLE PEOPLE

Awesome tow service!!! They contacted me about a car that I had sold to someone (but the person never had the title changed). They are based out of Kansas city and i live all the way in Wichita and they were able to work with me and bring me the car. VERY TRUSTWORTHY! Professional, timely and organized could not be more happy with the service!!

4/3/2023 (9:30am)Called my roadside assistance through StateFarm. Statefarm quickly scheduled me with this company. I placed the assistance order before they opened. Within a few minutes, I received a text of the ETA. At opening hours, the driver called me, alerting he was on the way. Quickly came to give me a jump start. I appreciate the communication. Thank You

Tow Rifik was a lifesaver. Right outside Platte City, MO, my truck overheated and they promptly responded to request for tow service through USAA. They recovered both my truck and packed U-Haul trailer. Complete pro's.Their service center did a great job diagnosing my truck's issue, finding, and installing the needed part. I was back on the road within hours whereas other maintenance shops quoted me days.If you have an auto need, I recommend checking them out!Service: Car towing

The driver arrived in less than 15 minutes when we were told it would be, at least, 90 by the roadside assistance people. He said he wanted to avoid any extra inconvenience to us. He went above and beyond to help us solve our problem, which saved us both time and money. It is unbelievably hot outside, after hours, and a federal holiday, yet he still showed up with a smile on his face and was just happy to be working in a little bit of shade. You don't find service or kindness like that in many people or places anymore. Thank you so much! I would give you more stars if I could because the service was beyond exceptional!!!!

Had a good experience for the circumstances! We live a hour and half away, car broke down, called for a tow, they were there less than 30mins. The driver was super nice and polite. Fee was $85 cheapest we found on a Saturday afternoon. Thank you for your service! I pray I never need you again, but if I do you will be my first call, and will recommend to others!

Awesomeness at its Best! Had to get my son s truck towed because it wouldn t go into gear. Brian Y worked with me. He was able to temporarily fix the truck and saved us money and time. Given Towrific through my Roadside Asst. I am extremely greatful for that. They went above and beyond...and not for the $$. My husband even forgot to tip the driver. He still delivered my vehicle home perfectly safe & sound. I would highly recommend for their professionalism and understanding but mostly AAA trustworthyness.

Thanks guys! My insurance was trying to play me to the left like there was no one available in my area. Called Tow Rifik and they told me they had people available! I just needed a jump. They told me have my insurance company call them, lol...I do have no cost roadside assistance. The gentleman got there in a few minutes got my car jumped, made sure everything was working right and I was good. Tow Rifik is 24hrs service! For anyone who needs friendly help, lol.

Predatory storage charges: couldn t lift a finger or a phone to help an 82 year old woman get a car repair resolved. Preferred to sit on the car for days and collect storage fees. The tow truck driver, Andy arrived on time. The young was extremely curious. I advised the driver that I was unfamiliar with the area since the truck broke down while I was visiting my brother. On the way to the repair shop the driver made sure when we were crossing streets and going through intersections that I was able to make it through the intersection as well. It's the little things that matter. He said the words please, thank you, ma'am, glad we could help. Thank you for the wonderful service and doing it with a smile.

Highly recommended, great service overall! Brian came out with the wrecker within 10 minutes of the initial phone call. Hooked up the truck and hauled it off.

When My truck broke down, my roadside assistance contacted TOW RIFIK to tow my vehicle. I was told to expect them to get to my location in about 30 minutes. They arrived within that window. The operator of the tow truck was extremely courteous and professional. He was kind enough to give me a ride to my house. TOW RIFIK would be my first choice if I ever need this service again.

Very fast and helpful. From arrival to drop off at mechanic was maybe 10-15 minutes. Driver even offered to give me a ride home. Pleasant, efficient, and friendly.

They saved our lives, well it felt like it. We were broke down 25 miles outside of Leavenworth with my kids. It was a million degrees outside and they brought us ice cold bottles of water. I think they only charged like 10 extra bucks over the in-town rate. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
