Easy place to find and get to. Van trailers use North entrance. Stop and see the people in front then the docks are through the gate and behind the building. There is enough to get in the dock but not a lot of extra room. I was unloaded pretty quick. About twenty minutes or so. The guys I talked to were nice. Not sure if they have facilities or not but they might since they are retail place. Over all it was a good place to deliver to.

I had a detour coming from MCI Airport, I hit an animal and hit something that caused the tire to pop. I had to stay at a hotel to get my vehicle fixed, a trucking company referred this tire shop. The next day I go and had such good customer service. I have two children and I was happy they sold me a good used tired for the safety of my children. They actually cared and Andrew did such a great job replacing the tire and double checking the air for me. Chase came out to asiste and interacted with my kids and asked if he can hand them candy. Very very good people and a great place to get service ASAP in emergent situations! I would definitely drive back from Salina and purchase new tired from them. Thank you Andrew and Chase! Steven thanks for the great customer service with the register and phone! Multi tasking. I was super excited they accepted Apple Pay!

I have used tire town a number of times to get tires for my vehicles. This is all they do and they do it very well. No waiting around forever. Dropped off a couple of tires that needed to be replaced and they were ready within one hour. There were plenty of other tickets in front of me as well! Good team. Keep up the good work.

I droped my wheel and tire off around 1pm to get old tire taken off and new put on. One of the tecs asked me if i coukd leave it for about an hour. 4.5 hrs later and still no word about my wheel and tire. I called again and was told someone would call me back...it appears they will be keeping my wheel and tire overnight...never again will I go there.

Terrible. Told me first come first serve. Guy at the front desk slid two of his buddies in ahead of me that rolled in waay after me. Had an attitude when I confronted him about it.

Installed my tires with an impact hammer set WAY above the standard 105 ft pounds of pressure used on most all lug nuts. How do i know? Because i caught another nail a week after getting new tires put on by tire town.

I have contacted Tire Town about their ads for heavy truck tires and tractor tires more than once. They ask for my number and said they would call me back with information. Never get that call as promised. Get my tires elsewhere.

I went here to get 1 new tire for my car. They had the correct size when no other store in the area had one. After I got it the tire went flat again so I went back to the store and let them know. With no hesitation they replaced the tire again and I have had no more problems. They worked fast and got the job done well giving me a good price on my tires. If I ever need tires again I will be returning

They was great. Very helpful. Would recommend to everyone. They got my car fixed and got new tires same day. Little wait time. Great prices. I will go back every time my car needs anything done 100 Thank you guys for actually caring about your customers. Keep up the great service.

I came in to get a set of rims and tires for my car. They were very helpful in figuring what i wanted, could afford, and what would look good on the car. Everything was orderes and installed in less than 24 hours.

Wish I could rate lower than 1 star because I couldn't even get tires ordered. I call, they said they'd call right back. I call an hour later, they said they'll call back. I call again an hour later and no answer 5 times then get hung up on. This place is literally called Tire Town and I couldn't buy a tire.

I had a nail in my tire after driving down to Kansas from Nebraska. They were very busy that day but still got me in and repaired my tire quickly. it was also very affordable. Thanks!!

They have always taken care of me. Even when they don't have exactly what I'm needing they figure out a way to get me on the road with safe tires.Shop guys are really attentive and everyone seems to be interested in making sure every customer is getting a high level of service.

Definitely recommend these guys. They all work hard. They work with you on price. THIS IS A SAFE PLACE FOR WOMEN TO GO. They are honest. Work quickly. And all very kind. They deserved some ribs and beer at the end of everyday. They work fast and efficiently. 10/10.Spend your money here. It s worth it.

I have used this place for several years and had no isses but recently I had my tires rotated there and they damaged my new bronco. I called that evening unable to leave a message, called back two more times and spoke to several different people without any resolution. Finally I got the manager and was told that they didnt see anything on the video that only shows one side of the vehicle (which was not the side that was damaged) so they were not responsibility for it. I told them I would like to see the video myself and he said that he would have to check with the owners. I will never do business with them again. Please do a walk around of your vehicle before you leave so that this doesn't happen to you.

Spent $850 in tires and had them only put 2 tires on since my other 2 still had tread. One will got my truck back I noticed the front 2 rims which they replaced the tires on were scratches and had deep gashes in the rim. So bad they can t be repaired. Then I tried to get in touch with how they would repay me or buy me new wheels and Robert the store manager has the worst customer service I ve ever seen called for him Call multiple times and he always said he would call me the next day never called multiple times in a row then had to come into the store to talk to him because he never returned any of my calls over a 4 day period. I ve never seen communication in a company so bad. Every time I called he didn t come to the phone so I had a co worker leave a message and he never called me back. Still fighting for my repayment. Didn t want to leave a bad review but it has come too far.

I urgently needed a new tire. Gary held the last tire they had in my size. Arrived Gary was very helpful but the other guys didn't say a word to me when I arrived. They just stood there talking not asking how they could help me or anything. Brand new tire very reasonable pricing. I will be back to replace my other three tires. I highly recommend this location ask for Gary. Really appreciate the great customer service from him.

Never got a call back...but I did get in to get my alignment and they did a wonderful job and for a very reasonable price thank you

Fabulous! Very clear on phone regarding what to expect and then exceeded expectation. Got set of Yokohama tires for my Lincoln, Nautilus. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and it took less than 30 minutes.

Had an appointment for an alignment on a Friday at 1pm before a 1400 mile trip that Monday. Dropped it off and didn't receive a call to pick up. When I called they said they could not get it done to bring it back Monday. By them not calling I was unable to get it in anywhere else over the weekend after already waiting on this appointment I scheduled in advance. No apology. Think I will pass on ever doing business with you. Unacceptable and it will probably cost me a tire. (I will buy that elsewhere as well) Don't go here.

I m guessing They re still in old times not servicing blacks. I literally walked in to a shop I ve 5 men all chatting it up. 5 min go by finally one man out of the 5 that laid eyes on me said give me just a sec.. they proceed to conversate and laugh once 10 min go by with no help I just walked out and the man said that works too. Mind you everyone was just talking and it didn t come off work related to me! Shops like this make me regret moving to Leavenworth do better

Alignment guy very unprofessional. Bought many tires for vehicles. If you have a appointment, then to be told it's going to be awhile. I have no problem taken my business elsewhere. Be prepared to stay awhile and be desperate. Customer service is how I determine where I do business. Disappointed!!

I ordered tractor tires and had them shipped to michigan, delivered on date expected when I looked them over I noticed I was sent the wrong ply tire by accident one phone call later they promptly sent out a set of heavier ply than I ordered and was sent shipping labels to send the other tires back. They (Scott) went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with several follow up phone calls I would have no problem recommending them for future use.

This guys not only get it done quickly, but they don't break the bank doing it. Honest guys for sure. This is how business should be done. Doesn't matter of it's a farm truck or a Lexus, they fix the problem and get you on your way. No high pressure sales here. If you have a flat, or need a new set, skip those other guys and just come here. You'll be glad you did.
