Gone here twice for issues with 2 different cars. Scott and his crew were amazing both times. Not only do they do efficient, high quality work, I have never experienced a shop as thoroughly communicative as this one. For both issues, they called me to talk me through what was going on and helped me understand the possible outcomes. They were clearly interested in my well being as a customer, and not about driving up the price point or making a quick buck.They set the standard for what a repair shop should look like. High recommendations to Scott and his crew!

I love Scott's. He's the best man for the job you need done. He goes above and beyond to make sure you get all you need. He's the nicest man I've ever met. Wouldn't do anything with my truck w/o his ok. He gets real busy but he'll do the job, do it right and quickly as possible. If you have to wait a bit, get over it. You won't get better service anywhere. My word on that.

Took my elderly aunt's car in to get taken care of. Scott was up front and honest with us about everything. He went above and beyond to make sure my aunt's car was fixed correctly , and was safe for the road again. Repair was done in a timely manner and at an affordable rate. Will not take my family's vehicles to anyone else from now on. Thanks to Scott and his crew for taking care of us!

Scott is very professional trustworthy knowledgeable reasonable and knows how to treat his customers right!! There s no doubt when you pick up your car it s gonna be fixed right out the door. He takes his time to explain what he diagnoses and saves the defective parts to show you what was causing the issue!! I highly recommend Scott s Muffler & Repair Shop you won t have any regrets.

Took my granddaughters car to Scott s Muffler and Auto Repair to have them inspect it and let me know what repairs were needed. After the inspection they called to discuss what they found and we moved forward. All the repairs were completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I have been a customer of Scott s for many years and highly recommend them. Howard

Scott gives me a fair shake every visit. Whether it's a water pump issue or just a simple oil change. He tries to keep my bill as low as possible while providing A+ service. This is my go-to mechanic - I will happily drive from grandview missouri for appointments

I am so glad I found Scott s Muffler. He did an excellent job repairing the muffler on my Kia Forte. Not only does Scott do excellent work, he is affordable, fast, honest and professional! I highly recommend his business.

This is the shop you ve been looking for! HONEST!!! Reliable, fair, and a step above the rest. I have several friends who are mechanics and I use to follow them from shop to shop because I trusted their honest opinions. When they moved or moved too far out, I ve jumped from shop to shop, until I found this location.From the start they were upfront, honest and actually do their inspections before they start just trying to add parts hoping to fix a problem. I ve been here a few times and each time I was treated with respect and honest answers and suggestions. If you re looking for a shop because you need something fixed or looked at, just know they looked it over and will suggest just what is needed vs other shops that teach people to oversell and under promise.Please keep in mind this is a very busy shop, but there is a reason for that. You can tell they earn their clients and know how to take care of them. My Jeep has me concerned and they did a very thorough job at looking it over and corrected the problem another larger name shop could figure out. Trust you gut and take your vehicle here if you want honest reliable work. Thank you guys for all you have done, I know I found my place for our vehicles.

I took my GMC Acadia there it was stuck in gear they fixed it they thought it was something else that was real expensive and they called me back and it was a lot cheaper to fix it it was something else they found they're awesome place to get your automobile fixed just had my exhaust system replacing my 2001 Toyota Camry they did excellent job I will not take my truck or car anywhere else these people are absolutely awesome

Extremely helpful team. Great service by Extremely knowledgeable professional staff. Honest as the day is long. Repair prices are comp to other shops but the overall satisfaction of a clean shop and professional staff make it a better place to have your car/truck serviced.I would not go any other place for my vehicles to be serviced

I took my car to Scott at Scott s Muffler and Auto Repair. They did a total checkup on my car. Checked the brakes,fluids,belts oil filter and tires. Scott is so fair with his pricing and never tries to sell you a service that is not needed. I take my car once a year to get a check up and it makes me feel confident to drive with no worries.
