Zero stars if I could. Both times I've been there, employees were incredibly rude. I asked if I could get help with my battery install, I received an eye roll. I understand it was incredibly cold out, but the install is the ONLY reason I even went to the store. I had my infant son in the car after a long day of traveling and my battery had died. He also tried to convince me that my battery was in my floor board...which I knew was not true. He just did not want to help me. I ended up paying over $150 to have my battery, that I purchased from them, installed by someone else.

Good clean store and always has parts in stock vs the closer store in leavenworth, so I usually drive a few miles further. Poor management tho. Larry seems to care less about the goings-on in the store. Stephanie is great tho

The clerk was a jerk. I needed to 10 quarts of transmission fluid and a transmission filter and the clerk told me that I didn't need 10 quarts of fluid when I was just doing a fluid and filter change that I t.f only required 4 quarts and I knew that but I I wanted to have extra fluid on hand. I thought to myself why should he care how many quarts of fluid I buy

They sell vehicle parts and items too. Work on your car and clean your car, they are very helpful and they have tools that you can just borrow if you need to work on your vehicle right

Great store friendly employees mostly.. fella named Larry there doesn't have a very good attitude for someone who works in retail everyone else I've had the pleasure of seeing was friendly and helpful.

I usually have no problem changing my own wiper blades. I had hard time getting them off. I saw the sign for free wiper installation. The guy behind the counter was happy to help. He had a hard time removing the one blade and getting it on. It turns out the hook was a little more bent than usual. I am really grateful for the no judgement and friendly help. Thanks.

Went to get oil and a filter for my car. Looked it up in the book and got the filter. When I changed my oil the filter numbers didn't match. There book was wrong and I had no choice but to use the filter I got. It fit but not proper flow rates. Went back and had them double check and showed them the book was wrong but didn't offer to replace the filter at no cost even though their book was wrong. Always have them look it up on the computer

Best auto parts store in town!! Knowledgeable staff! Has found more parts than other stores and the staff don't blow you off like some stores in town. Extremely helpful! Mike,Liz,Allen and Becki are super great!!

Bad experience. Wentbin a two employees were leaning against the counter and looking at their cell phones. Seemed a bit irritated that they had to stop and help me. I asked for a new window wipers for my 2013 Ford Edge. I then asked if they could change them out for me. He said it depended on what kind it was whether he could do it or not. The other person started to ring it up. I said I didn't want it if they were not able to change it out for me. He slumped out to the car with me, looked at it, and said he wouldn't be able to help me as he would have to unscrew a bolt and pull it apart. I said thank you and left. Drove up the road to Auto Zone went inside, very friendly greeting from the staff, ask them same question, gentleman looked to see if they had it in stock. Went out to the car with me, snapped the old one off, snapped the new one on. It took about 10 seconds. Paid about 10.00 for the wipers. O'Reilly not only lost one small sale from me, but a lifetime of business. I will never go back to O'Reilly.

Great service. I purchased some windshield wipers based on the help of the knowledgeable staff and they installed them for me with a smile without me asking. Why is this important? It was -4 degrees outside. Fantastic job O'Reilly!!!

Unfortunately, as Marsha Shultz posted it is the truth. I do all service work on most of my family and in-laws vehicles. I do a ton of parts business. This store use to be my go to. The leaning on the counter and not willing to help has been happening more often, so ive been taking my business down the road.

Anytime I go in alone, as a woman, I am treated very well. I am not made to feel like an idiot as I have experienced in other places. Staff is always very nice and helpful. Prices are fair and the store is very clean.

Before freezing temperatures and they still happily came out and both tested and changed my battery for me. Great service.

Needed new fuel line. Was given the wrong one and had to return to get the correct one. Costing almost an hour of our time spent running back and forth.

3 times I have gone in this place and 2 out of them the customer service was very bad! They were very rude, the last time I was basically called a ller over a box. I will drive the extra couple mile before I step in that place again!!!
