Had a great time purchasing my daughter s first-ever vehicle! The employees were very helpful and kind, especially Kellen who worked with us the most. Kyle explained things fully to us and was super helpful and nice. Great conversation with everyone there. They made this stressful process super easy. We are very happy with the vehicle we got, and will definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for a new car.

Worked with JR to buy a Ram 1500 Classic Warlock and had a great experience. I was able to get everything setup with him despite being out of state and they made the process easy and had one of the best deals in the country on that specific truck. Flew in and picked up my truck and was on the Road within 30 minutes. They get some really nice vehicles in for a nice price keep an eye on them especially if you are in the area.

I have been in the market for a car since May 2023. After being referred by a friend, Kellen reached out and was a godsend to the car buying experience!! He handled everything with ease and I was not worried at all!! Upon showing up, he washed my new car and took care of everything I was very worried about!Kyle in the financial department was so funny and explained everything in detail! I walked out with no worries and a new car within my budget!!I know I got the best deal with these guys!! Definitely will be going back and referring everyone I know to this company!!

Morgan in Hutchinson is the best. He listen to what I wanted and when I got there, he had already researched all the information I needed about the cars we talked about. He could answer any question I had. He was totally patient with me and not in a "car salesman" way! I will go to him for my next car too!

I love that I can drop off a vehicle for service in the morning or night before and know my vehicle is in safe hands. I love that our family has bought all our vehicles +10 over the past 20+ years, because they treat everyone like family. The prices are fair, price matching is a thing, and if they don't have what you're looking for on the lot they are happy see if they can find it for you , bring it to Luxury and take that risk just for you, no pressure to buy.Let's chat service. We have to vehicles over 250K. They list the faults at oil change time with no pressure to have them do the work, you can do it yourself or use there excellent services without crazy up charges. OR they will help you make a plan. What is critical and what can wait. And not once have they said, your cars are old and beat up, don't you think it's time you talk to the sales department? They got to be thinking that... that day will come again for sure but just not yet. And in all my years, I always leave happy with my choice to stay loyal to Luxury.

I bought this vehicle in feb it has been to the shop over 7 times and still needs to go back more. I requested my traded in vehicle back prior to the 7 days after purchase and was told they would fix everything wrong with this vehicle. They Have not still. Every time I take it to the shop they fix one thing and something else is broke when i leave. They wont give me a vehicle to drive while they actually fix the vehicle there is a point I want a lawyer for the lies that I have been told . literally fix this pos or give me a car that isnt broken all over the place that you promised to fix hell they didnt even get the cup holder for the driver area that belongs to the vehicle. and took my vehicle manuals which i need

Working with AJ has been our pleasure. We love working with a sales person that is top of game. Knowledgeable on the variety of vehicles we looked at. Honestly gave us options that worked best for what our needs were. I think AJ would have brought 20 vehicles up for us if we'd asked and known the particulars on each. No pressure sales, just a knowledgeable, very nice experience. The sales manager, Tony was to the point, how can we help you get what you want. All in all a very nice experience. Highly, highly recommend.

My husband just stopped in to look the other day. We went back today and had an amazing experience. Kellen was our salesman but he really wasn't that. No pressure, didn't push us to look at this or that. No push to buy at all. Kellen made it fun and very laid-back. Thanks Kellen we'll get you fixed up.

Great place to buy a vehicle. Friendly knowledgeable sales staff. I found my car on line and it was actually at their other location they drove it from Junction City for me that day. The finance team went above and beyond to get me approved at a great rate. Buying a car doesn t have to be awful!! Luxury and Imports made it easy. They have a huge selection . I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The staff was very helpful in getting me in a vehicle and gave me a fair deal on my trade in that had extensive hail damage. Selso was a great sales rep and the finance guy was great also. Tony was great as well until less than a week had passed and I had realized the car I purchased did not fit my lifestyle. I called several times and struggled to get a call back. I explained the issues and Tony lost his interest in helping me. Based on the first encounter I d absolutely go back but after the second encounter I won t be returning.

My husband and I have spent months trying to find the perfect 3rd row car for our family. We found a 2018 Dodge Durango R/T at Luxury & Imports that we absolutely loved and reached out to the dealership about. We were linked with AJ who was very receptive to our needs and got us set up with an appointment to test drive. We were reluctant because we live 2 hours away but AJ absolutely made it worth it. He went above and beyond for us. The Durango was out front and ready when we got there. He was even understanding when we were late because we were busy with our newborn. AJ also had a list of other cars for us in case we didn t like the Durango. We actually ended up test driving one other that he found because it was so cute. We ended up leaving with the Durango with $0 down and an awesome interest rate. I can t remember the guy s name now but the finance guy was also amazing. He was so kind and got us the perfect payment, interest rate, and warranty. If we ever buy another vehicle, we ll be going straight to AJ. Him, the finance guy, and the dealership were totally worth the trip! If their supervisor reads this, you ve got a dang good salesman and finance man. No matter how much they make now, they deserve a raise asap!

I had a very poor experience with Luxury Imports. The car was fine, however the paperwork and follow up from a customer service standpoint were nonexistent.Even though I traded my vehicle in, they mistakenly noted the cars value as cash down rather than as trade on the bill of sale, which resulted in $700+ in additional state taxes required from their clerical error. DMV said the dealership would have to fix this. No follow-up from Luxury after multiple calls to request a resolution to this issue. Why bother trading in the vehicle?The next issue was when they told me to commute back to the dealership to complete cleaning and glass chip repairs. After 5 hours of waiting, there was no sign they even looked at the car as same crumbs were in place and all issues were untouched.Additionally, their staffing was disrupted during the holidays and did not send out the new title for over 15 business days. This resulted in the opportunity to title the car within a few days to avoid getting penalized by the state with late registration.If the mistakes were even addressed, this could have been fine. However, a lack of communication and a sense of any follow-up despite multiple requests are very disappointing and have turned my experience very negative. I would advise to be diligent when reviewing their paperwork they provide you as their mistakes could also be costly to you.

Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle. Kellen was extremely knowledgeable, a great communicator, and made the process so easy. Also, cannot say enough great things about the finance, service and administrative departments. Everybody went above and beyond. We will definitely be coming back when it s time for another car.!!

Take a minute and read this, you will thank me. This is a typical used car lot, I bought a Lexus GS 350 and was assured by the sales manager that the car had new brakes and shocks and that a complete inspection of the car showed it was in great shape. I did not have the car one hour and the check engine light came on. I called that day and since it was Saturday my salesman said they would call first thing Monday morning and arrange a pickup and fix it. They never called so I took the car to my local Lexus dealer and they said that one of the shocks was the original one and the other was new and the differential was leaking badly. When I asked Tony the sales manager if they would stand behind the car he said no, it would cost me an additional $900 to fix the car. These guys are the worst. Save yourself time and frustration and stay away. They just want your money and will do whatever it takes to sell you a lemon. Below are the pictures before I fixed everything.

Went in with my best friend to look at a car. She walked out with a car and a great experience! When I say friendly and helpful, I mean Kellen made my friend's car buying experience as painless and fun as it could possibly be! He was very helpful, sweet and informative! Blew my car buying experience out of the water! Kyle the man in finance, was very patient and explained everything very well to where when we left, there wasn't any questions unanswered!I highly recommend this company and these guys! Amazing and fun to work with!

I came in stressed and needing my van fixed asap as it was the only vechile to transport my 3 people with special needs to all their therapies and school. Kimberly was so kind and understanding and put me at ease at getting it done asap. Something so stressful was turned around by her kindness. Still very thankful for them.

Great experience! Worked with Rick. Called ahead and when I got there the car was pulled up and ready to view. No pressure at all! Moved from Rick to Kyle for financing and he worked the numbers with down payment to get the payment I was comfortable with. Start to finish very accommodating.5 star service

My husband and I had the best experience at Luxury & Imports! My husband saw a truck that he loved online and called and spoke with Lukas, who ensured that it would be delivered to the dealership the next afternoon. We got there the next day and everyone in the dealership was super kind as soon as we walked in. We spoke with Lukas about our situation and what we were looking for and he offered a lot of beneficial insight that we weren t aware of. Car shopping isn t my favorite, but we were put at ease knowing that Lukas and the business manager really looked out for us (so sorry, I can t remember the business manager s name!). The entire process from beginning to end was so efficient and easy and I d highly recommend this dealership!

The best place to get a car. But there is more to it. Lukas and I believe Kyle the Business Manager made my shopping experience easy. I went in there with my wife hoping to get a truck. Well I actually got more than that. I receive respect, hospitality, communication, and just overall positive energy. These are things you want in a Dealership. They listened and went to battle for me to make sure I get what I want but also cover my needs as far as getting a car. I will definitely refer anyone and everyone to this cool place.

I worked with Lukas to get my family into a safer and newer car and the experience was fantastic. Lukas was knowledgeable and helped us narrow down which vehicles would be a best fit for us, he guided us through the purchasing process and made the entire experience pleasant and casual, no stereotypical car dealer vibes! We ve been through about every dealership in Wichita while shopping for our kids car and just didn t find a car that was safe and reliable for our daughter, and the dealerships seemed to just want to get a quick sale. Then we discovered Luxury and Imports in Hutchinson. Glad we made the drive. We actually not only found one, but two vehicles we loved. Thankful to work with them.
