Within two weeks of having our Yukon Denali in the shop they were done. We have done to the multiple times and have been completely satisfied with their customer service and how fast they are. These are the pic of before and after. They are absolutely awesome!!!

My kia k5 got rear ended in August, took awhile to get into the shop but it was worth every second. Dropped it off December 11th and it was expected to be done on December 29th, I got my car back on December 22nd, a week early and right before Christmas! They called me with updates regularly and even gave me a ride to and from the rental car place. Customer service, 10/10. Body work, 10/10. Paint job, 10/10. They detailed my car in and out as well, I felt like I just bought it off the lot again.

I had a fantastic experience with these guys. Got into an accident a few months back. It took a little time to get in, but they made it super easy. Plus it was more my insurance that took the longer time rather than Carstar. They explained everything, and assigned me a representative. Mr. Ben called me each week with updates. My experience was so easy, considering that I had a wreck. They did all the legwork with my insurance company. I cannot express how helpful these guys are. We currently had to get a new mirror on the driver s side door after our old one was torn off in an accident. CARSTAR got the new mirror ordered then painted and scheduled us to have the new mirror installed which took about 30 minutes.This is the second time we have had CARSTAR fix something on our car and they are the business we choose every time! They are fast, dependable and friendly! We highly recommend CARSTAR!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

10 out of 10 recommendNew customer for this location. Due to demand. I waited over a month for my appointment. I have no regrets waiting. From beginning to end, nothing but professionalism with great communication. My appointment was on Monday, July 31st. I received my car back, Aug 4th. 5 days sooner than the expected time. The Leavenworth Car Star is an amazing business. We have had two cars worked on there. The work was done quickly and professionally with great communication at every stop. Recently, on my Camaro, one of the rockers had popped loosed. When I stopped in to have it looked at, they informed me that there were some broken and missing clips. Within 15-20 minutes, they had replaced all the clips and got everything back together at no cost. I HIGHLY recommend the Leavenworth Car Star for your body work needs.

This place has gone down hill. I have used them a few times in the past with no issues but this time was unfortunate. They didnt care about customer service.Said they couldn t temporarily fix washer fluid container but my husband was able to in 10 minutes, didn t tell me about the nail in my tire which was the tire on the side of the vehicle where all the damage was done, used the new washer fluid container i had but still charged me for washer fluid, and didn t put my front license plate back on.

Did an excellent job on our vehicle repairs. It was ready to go when they said it would be finished and to my surprise they cleaned up the inside of the vehicle. Job well done. thank you

The service with CARSTAR was top tier. They kept me in the loop the whole process and made sure I understood everything that was going on. They got the work done timely even though they had more work to do then we initially thought. Everything went smoothly. The whole experience was was great

My car recently had car work done on the body due to an accident and you can t even tell that my car was hit! The personnel at Car Star of Leavenworth are FABULOUS! They are the secret ingredient to having a successful business and this organization has mastered the art finding personnel who go the extra mile to help out a customer. No one wants to have to get their car repaired especially after an accident, but Car Star made a difficult process almost seamless - even with my car being totaled! Highly recommend them for any service and would use them again if I needed my car repaired.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

CARSTAR repaired a fender bender and also touched up some paint that was chipped on the drivers side close to the fender and cleaned the interior of he truck. Thank you for a great repair and nice little extra

Very Friendly service and did a great job on my vehicle. I broke my side mirror. I called them and they weather proved the electrical and made it usable until the parts came in. They called that the parts where in and had me come in the same day. They took less than an hour to replace the mirror and it is working great.

Amazing service! Every time I called for a status update they were upfront and honest and gave me a play by play of what to expect which really set my worries at ease. When I picked up my car they had vacuumed and cleaned out all of the kid mess that was in the back. Thank you Carstar! We will be returning for any of our autobody work needs :).Service: Body & Trim

Car star did an amazing job repairing our Kia Carnival. There was more damage than the adjuster originally quoted (almost double) and they handled the supplemental claim with no issues. Highly recommend

Could not ask for a more professional and excellent work from a body shop!! I had communication with serval people there and each of them were just amazing. We have been take serval vehicles to Caratar and when they say they back their work with a lifetime warranty, they honestly do.Thank you to all the employees and management for making each of our visits so smooth.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I hit a deer in my truck car star repaired it updated me every Tuesday and Thursday till it was done. Told me it would be two weeks and it was just like they said. Friendly staff and very professional. When I picked my truck up they detailed the inside and out. Look like a new truck and the work they did looked great. Very happy with car star in Leavenworth and I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you for the great job you did on my truck.

Car star has been absolutely amazing fixing my car. Called me every Tuesday and sometimes Thursday to keep me up to date with what was happening progress wise with my car. They told me the repair time was around 3 weeks and got it done early! Dropped my car off at 9am on a Monday and by the next day they already had taken the broken parts off and had a new trunk lid already test fit! Extremely easy to work with and understanding to my situation. Genuinely good guys behind the counter and very personable! Will be using their services again in the future! Exceptional service and work!I needed bodywork done on my truck, and I'm very picky on who works on my truck. USAA highly recommended this Carstar shop, so I took a chance and I'm very pleased I took the recommendation. Within in an hour of submitting my claims request with USAA, Carstar called me to setup my appointment. They were very accommodating with scheduling and took care of everything with USAA. My work took a few weeks which was expected, but they called me multiple times a week with up dates. When I picked my truck, my expectations were more than met. The truck looked phenomenal, it looked like new, and it looked like they even detailed the truck inside and out. They even cleaned my heavy-duty floor mats and shined the tires.I could not be more pleased. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if needed.Way to go Carstar, A+++Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone I came into contact with here was a amazing, they did a great job at fixing my car after it had been hit by a deer. They called me a couple times a week to give me updates during the time they had my car in for repair which is MUCH BETTER communication than I have had before with car repair places and dealership maintenance. 10/10 would recommend!Service: Body & Trim
