My car broke down several months ago in Lansing and the owner of this shop was more than accommodating when i called and asked to have it towed here. It was repaired in less than two days and it has had no issues since. I have also had my air conditioner charged this month. Everyone is super friendly and I m happy to have a local mechanic shop to rely on.

Rick and his team are phenomenal - I really appreciated how they communicated with me and let me know the prices up front for my repair.My front driverside axle broke (08 Honda Accord) on a Sunday and they had it repaired by Tuesday. I'm very happy with the result and would recommend them for any vehicle repair. I will 100% continue to use them in the future.Service: Steering & suspension repair

As I was passing through Leavenworth the serpentine belt came off.I called Advanced Auto truck & Trailer Repair. The person on the phone, was great. I told them what happened, they explained to me that the serpentine belt just done not come off. There is defiantly something not right. They told me that they do not know if they could get it fixed today. They would have to order parts, and get it in as soon as they could.When I got there, they informed me that they have already ordered the part. I was only one half of a mile away. I find that AMAZING, I dropped the keys off, then headed to the grocery store across the street to use the restroom. When I was walking out, they were pulling my car into the shop.Fourth five minutes later. I received a phone call telling me what was wrong, what they would need to do, how much it would cost to fix, and why it will cost that much. Nothing is cheap anymore, the price that they quoted me was cheaper than I thought it would be. I am defiantly okay with that.After few hours I realized that I did not have my work phone on me. Which I would need before that day was over. I called the auto place not wanting to check up on them, but to ask if I could get my phone out of my car. When they answered I told them who I was, and they informed me that the car was finished. They still need to test drive it to make sure.Over all I am more than happy with the service speed and communication from Auto truck & Trailer Repair.

I cannot begin to express how wonderful my experience was here. The serpentine belt on my VW Diesel Jetta shredded, again while in Leavenworth, I am from out of town. They were able to fit me in same day, diagnose the issue which was a crooked tensioner pulley, installed incorrectly at another shop. They then got the part ordered and installed that same day so that I could continue my journey home. Wonderful people, great service and would recommend them over and over again!!Services: Auto A/C recharge, Engine repair, Auto A/C replacement, Auto battery maintenance, A/C installation & repair, Auto maintenance

Rick is amazing! I have had him work on my cars and my semi truck! He is by far very knowledgeable & professional. I honestly hate to give him a 5 star review because I love how quickly he can get work done and hate to spread the word how great his shop is, but with that said if you need your car fixed Rick is the man.Service rate is about $80.00 an hourCall first to make sure he has room for your car in his parking lot, he is good so lot is often full.

Best shop in the area. Guy really knows his stuff. Does not try to swindle you (like Absolute Care Care), he is straight forward (unlike Absolute), and to make it better his rates are great. I have tried many shops in this town with nothing but problems and a serious dent to my bank account. These guys fix ONLY what needs to be fixed, they will quote you and that quote will not change (unlike Absolute), and they take care of you vehicle as if it were their own. I highly recommend them to anyone, for any type of vehicle. Although the shop is bearly noticeable, its right across from price chopper, make sure you stop by and check em out. I promise you and your vehicle will be glad you did.

Driving through Leavenworth and had a.c. problem with my food truck. I called Advance Auto Truck. they told me to come in. They got my truck in right away, diagnosed it quickly and got it fixed within an hour. Rick, in the office was friendly and kept me up to date. I was so grateful for this business when I needed it!

I have talked with Rick multiple times and finally got the vehicle to him to check out. I have got to say we will start using this company for any future problems or vehicle needs.Their honesty and professionalism is top notch and they did not try to over sell the problem and told us what to expect, when the failure could happen and how to know when it is time to repair. It is not a cheap repair and his concern, like mine, is this something that is needed now and he assured me it will not strand my family out in the cold or cause any harm to us and we can get this done at a later date.They did all this work and investigation and did not charge us a dime. I value your time and opinion so please accept a diagnostic fee or something in the future.Until next time,Bob

Went here for an roof mounted RV AC unit. We are in the middle of a cross country move and Leavenworth was a stopping point. I called to make an appointment to get it looked at, they asked intelligent questions to help diagnose it. After I dropped it off, they looked at it, found a loose connection, ran the system for a couple of hours before calling me to tell me it was fixed. They did a great job communicating all the possibilities and they did it in a reasonable amount of time and didn't charge me an outrageous amount to get it looked at. I'm very pleased and would return, as well as recommend this place to others.

This is a wonderful independent repair shopRick, the owner, is down to earth, honest & REALLY knows his stuff! We've decided he's our guy to keep our multiple vehicles in top shape. Highly recommend this garage.

I am giving this place 5 stars based on their willingness to help and their quickness to act. I only had a minor repair but I was expecting a minimum of $50: I was charged nothing even though I insisted paying. This has never happened to me before! Thank you kind people!

Helpful, friendly and courteous staff. They know about cars, trucks, and RVs. Been taking care of my vehicles for over 12 years. Wouldn't take them anywhere else. If you want it done right, this is the place!
