I came to Westridge Wash & Lube to get my new car battery installed that I purchased. They put it in and all seemed well until a week later when my car started dying again. After many jumpstarts, I was told my battery was weak. I was confused as one would be because it is a new battery. Turns out they missed one wire and that is why my car battery started dying again. I will not be coming back. So much money got wasted on trying to figure out the issue with my car. I would recommend doing a quality check after installing a new battery. I wouldn t want someone to go through the stress I did. Better to look up a YouTube video on how to do it yourself.

This is a classic car wash with a small automatic robowash and two hand held wand bays. I always use the hand held wand bays.They have plenty of power, using soap and hot water for the wash. The rinse is equally powerful. I always use the wax cycle, then finish with the spot-free rinse.I think that my cars get clean with no issues.It's really nice having this resource in our neighborhood!

Always get me in and out very quickly. I also appreciate that they don't come in every few minutes trying to upsell me on anything

My kind of place. They were quick and easy to relate to and they checked out something specific I was curious about and found something that they fixed that had been concerning me. I forgot to ask what make and model the old antique pickup truck was out in the planter by the street. 1930s it looks like.

Complete incompetence. Didn't put filter on correctly and destroyed engine. Arrogant and flat dumb response. Would not work with insurance or me. DO NOT GO HERE.

I dont trust these people. They performed an oil change and a few days later the plastic cover under the oil pan came loose, dragged on the ground and was damaged until i was able to get to a hardware store, buy some wire and wire it back into place. I brought the car back to Pennzoil and they claimed they fixed the problem. When I got home, I inspected it again and there werestill two screws missing from the cover plate. Shoddy workmanship and they lied to me.

I requested a regular oil change (website & sign said this was $47.99). When I went to check out, I was charged $72. When I asked why, they stated that it was the service that was done last time and because I had high mileage on my car. I explained that I did not request high mileage nor did I request synthetic oil, but I was being charged for that and I had never brought my car there before so there was no prior service to reference. They refused to correct the pricing nor offer any further help to resolve the issue.Service: Oil change

BEST IN LAWRENCE!!! If you have to drive across town to get to these guys DO IT! They have been non-stop amazing to me from the moment I had my first oil change with them. Great customer service goes a long way, they will beat the competitions price, time, and quality, always!

Quick and efficient if not overly friendly service. Wish they had a "stay in your car" kind of service, but that is just a minor inconvenience for not having to deal with the 3+ hour oil changes that happen at dealerships

They went above and beyond to install the lights on my vehicle which required the grill to be removed. It took quite a while and I was not charged fully for all of that time. The next week my turn signal went out and they replaced it for free. I had got an oil change as well but was not expecting any sort of free service for the lights taking time in fact I had expected to pay more. Great honest people.

Used the car wash paid by credit card. Their wash started fine fine you could not hit the button to keep it running it would shut off and you would have to reinsert your card very inconvenient and disappointing. I probably won't be back.

I'm 54. I've owned 19 cars in my life. I've NEVER had a more hassle-free car service experience than I did today at Westridge! The absolutely fastest, most convenient oil change I've ever had done. This place is awesome.

They are definitely fast, but that's not good. They didn't allow enough time for the oil to drain out of the engine. They should allow at least 10 minutes for the engine to fully drain.Also, they gave me a check list that they performed. It said they checked all fluids, but I know they didn't check the transmission fluid because it has to be done with the engine running. They also said they checked the wiper blades even tho one was torn up by ice. Expensive too - around $50.

This review centers on the car wash. The one star should be a dead giveaway that this won't be a happy story.This car wash finally upgraded to take plastic. Only issue is once you swipe your card you have a limited time to wash/rinse etc. If you want more time you press a button on the card reader. Other car washes let you wash your car for as long as you want and charge accordingly. Just a minor nit pik.The transition from soap to rinse is about 45 seconds. That's a little slow. You're losing time waiting for the soap to clear out. I assume the time between rinse and spot free is about the same.The wand tips are not plastic protected, just bare metal. If this shuts off while on high pressure, you might end up "denting" your car as the water pressure suddenly stops the nozzle will fall.Moving on to the vacuum, cost is 75 cents, but after 2 minutes I hung up the hose and left. The suction is so light weight. You will be more successful blowing the dirt out of your car with your mouth. Vacuum is a total waste of time.And finally, there is only 1 manual and 1 "full service" bay. Don't even think about using one of these on the weekend.This is a sad excuse for a car wash. I'll stick with Fast Eddies in North Lawrence.

Self-service car washPros:The pressure of the gun was good. The timer up on the wall is visible from the whole garage.Cons:The foam brush didn't produce any foam, just soapy water. If you are using a card, you have no idea how much you are spending. I believe it charges you a flat $10 and then adjusts. But as to how much one dollar gets you????

This is one of few places I will ever take my vehicles from now on. I took my van to Meineke for an oil change and the next day it was leaking all over my driveway. Meineke told me I needed a new oil pan and it would cost me $500. I took it to Westridge and they looked at it for me and Meineke had put the wrong plug in and put it at an angle to make it work. I did not need a new oil pan. These guys fixed it at no charge. they were kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. I m so glad I did not do that oil pan and I took it to Westridge!Service: Oil change

I ve been going to this location for years and it has always been 1000 percent consistent. No matter what day. No matter what time. Hands down STELLAR service. I almost don t even get a chance to sit down in the lobby chairs to wait and my oil change is already done. Keep it up boys.

Did not have a "professional experience." When I very reasonably addressed an issue the employee just stayed quiet, didn't apologize and refused to give me my money back. Is it really going to kill you to give good service or at least descent service? He just stayed quiet over the phone after i was finished speaking and if you're going to talk to your boss about a customer complaining at least put the phone on mute. I'm never coming back here again simply because they didn't want to refund me $6 for a wash after spending $80 on my first visit for a FS oil change. Only spent $55 for a FS at Walmart on Iowa... great price, oil and service. And by the way, what separates a good running business from a bad one is how the unsatisfied customers are handled not the happy ones.

Cost for car wash is good BUT do not use the vacuum!!!! There is not enough time to even vacuum the backseat floors of my car (which cost $1.00)!!!! The vacuum has very little suction! I had taken out the car mats & trash before starting the vacuum, leaving small crumbs & dog hair! There wasn t that much dog hair because we don t have a dog, just the occasional dog sitting!!! Very disappointing!!! Won t go there again!!!

The guys here are so helpful and friendly. I went in for a routine oil change and the people who did my last oil change did it wrong and caused damage to my car. The guys made sure to update me what was going on and went above duty to fix the problem. Definitely will be getting my oil change from them now on.

Convenient in and out car wash. Self serve wand wash or automatic, reasonably priced. I haven't used the oil change service but getting your car washed anytime you need it is a great service.

Automatic wash is terrible. Would not remove a few bugs and stuck grass clipping on the side of the car. The spot free rinse only does the center and passenger side. Just a fine mist on the drives side window, nothing on the body.

This use to be a great car wash but over the past year it has really gone downhill. The last four times I ve been either it eats your quarters, the dial to select your wash hasn t worked or the brush doesn t produce soap. I think I m officially done with this place.

Quick turnaround oil change. Friendly service and options include synth blend or full synth. You can also do a quick turn through the car wash when done. I just wish they'd send the text coupons BEFORE my visit rather than the day after (has happened a couple times now)

An 8am oil change lasted 4 minutes along with secondary fluids. Parked and left with 6 minutes, staff was helpful, responsive, and respectfully maintained a 6' distance.

went in to get my oil and differential fluid changed. diff fluid was leaking out of the valve because they overfilled it. had firestone and carstar tell me the differential fluid was leaking so when i went back to penzoil to tell them to drain it and fix it they were extremely rude and told me the 2 other shops were wrong (which they weren t) so took it to firestone for them to drain and refill it and now no more leaking.

Excellent speed and service. 11 minutes from handing over my keys to getting them back. In that time, I had a cup of kuerig coffee and my daughter looked over all the cool cars on display.

I've been doing business with these guys for a little under 10 years now with no issues no problems whatsoever. The last time I went I ended up with a question about a charge on my bill when I went back to speak with the owner about it we figured out that it was completely a misunderstanding on my side and he still gave me $20 off my bill.
