I was so impressed with the help I received (I believe from Mike?) as I had my infant with me. It was chilly out so he helped me with my car doors and keeping my infant from getting cold. Also, he brought my paperwork to me in the lobby to help accommodate me. He was very thoughtful and helpful.

Great service and communication throughout the entire process! Called a VW dealership closer to me in the Kansas City area about 50K mile service and was given a list of services, many of which were not required or even recommend at 50K miles. Reached out to Crown VW and was recommended only those services needed at 50K for my 2019 Atlas.

Crown VW of Lawrence is a shining example of what all VW dealerships and service departments should strive to be like. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and are the very best at their prospective jobs. I'm so lucky to have a dealership like Crown VW to depend on for all my automotive needs.

Funny can t find my previous review, so I ll recap. paid 380 for 40k service. Ridiculous by the way. Anyway next day tire pressure light goes off, I called and said what 380 doesn t covered air in tires? They of course apologized only after a bad review. And offered to send me an email with 15 percent off ( never got the email and today car won t start battery was bad. Nice job testing my battery Crown or is that also not covered during service, I bought my car from them and it will be the last time I visit this dealer for anything, please save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhereService: General repairs & maintenance

$1000 markups on repairs are not okay. I purchased my car here and had them work on it for 2 years under warranty. Since the warranty expired, every repair gets more and more expensive. VW Service charged me $1500 for my last repair. A online search said was a $500-$700 repair (maybe it was, maybe it wasn t but it definitely made me question their ethics). A couple weeks later I brought it back for simple question. VW service quotes me $1700 for a problem that they didn t even notice 2 weeks prior. Again, an online search shows the repair should range $700-800. A local shop quoted me $900 with two brand new parts. It s really too bad about the situation here b/c they have a nice shop, do a good job but price gouging is just reinforcing the rumors that dealerships rip you off. If your car is under warranty, go here. If not, go elsewhere.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Fast, friendly & looking out for my money! They didn't do services i didn't need and they found a coupon for the ones I did! Crown continues to impress me every time I walk through the door.
