Dealership at its best including the Kansas City area.It was really great working with Van Thompson for my 2024 Camry hybrid. I would definitely recommend the Crown Toyota to everyone for the best prices and excellent service.This would be my first choice for my next vehicle. Thanks again

I'm here to specially appreciate Olivia my advisor, she's the best and most supportive advisor I've ever come across.What thrilled me the most, is how promptly she responds to my messages.I appreciate prompt responses to my messages and it gives me good impression about people.I honestly had a great support from everybody during this period.You all are exceptional!

Edit: Changing my review a year later, as I m finding out that they missed some very serious and obviously overdue maintenance items, like belts that should have been changed 80k miles (5 years) ago, seeping radiator, cracking hoses, failing suspension and steering items. I don t think they even looked at my Highlander, but they sure did change my cabin air filter for $50 from one that looked pretty dusty to one that made my car smell like I had hidden old musty towels inside the dash.I initially gave them 5 stars to be polite and because I was happy that it seemed like my car was in good shape and that they had at least tried, but the in-depth vehicle maintenance inspection that I specifically went there for, and the oil change they performed that I did NOT ask for, made my appt here and money spent beyond worthless.Do not recommend.

Best dealership in the area, including greater Kansas City. Noel was incredibly helpful, possibly the most honest person I have ever spoken to in a dealership. Prices are way better here than at the other dealerships, and I always feel like people at the other dealerships are trying to pull one over on you.I will only come to Crown in the future.

Great customer service. Felipe was nice and professional. Got my oil changed and a multi point inspection done in about an hour.

I have been a service customer for many years. Then bought my newer car at Crown. Service is easy to schedule on Saturdays when needed. I drop off my car run errands and they call me when my car is ready. Service is polite and engaging in conversation. Last time I picked up my car Olivia walked me to my car, and asked if there is anything else she could help me with before my departure. I am a manager and deal with customer service, so I can pick up cues of good management and engaged employees that are sincere in deliverance. Keep up the excellent work!

Waited over an hour for tire rotation that I had an appt for, then had to ask for a manager because service advisor was clueless. Manager got it in right away which is the only reason this review warrents 2 stars vs. 0. First service here due to buying a new car on the sales side, but will be the last one I have here.

We have been buying our new and used Toyotas from crown Toyota for almost 25 years. We trust them. Prius, Prius, Avalon, Tacoma. They have never put a foot wrong. Or a tire hahaha
