Such amazing customer service! I was hesitant to buy a used car and was referred to The Selection. Ended up purchasing a Toyota Corolla from then for my daughter who goes to school in Lawrence, because you know Toyotas last forever!Looked at 7 other dealerships with mediocre attention and care, who knows what they would have helped with after a purchase if I went with one of them!?Anyway, the alternator went out on my daughter s car and Brandon at Selection TOOK CARE OF IT!! Got the car from a shop in Manhattan KS, assured me that they have their own shop with 6 mechanics and they would fix whatever needed to be fixed! The Manhattan shop couldn t tell us what the issue might be but Brandon just called me and told me the alternator was bad, they put a new one in and the car is good to go ALL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!!!To say I m relieved is an understatement! I am so glad we took the referral and met Rachel, Brandon and Jeremy!I definitely recommend The Selection at 845 Iowa Street in Lawrence Kansas to anyone needing to purchase a car in the future!!! Amazing people and an amazing dealership, if you need a vehicle go see them! Thank you Brandon, Rachel and Jeremy for your help!

Brandon and crew do a really great job. If you are looking for a quality used premium car, check here first. They take their time to go through the car and fix and replace anything that needs repaired. The prices are fair for a high quality premium vehicle. This is my second car from the Selection. When I need another, I will look here first.

Jeremy was very professional, got me a great deal on my first car ever. He even stayed 30 mins past closing to help me secure a car. Loving the car so far, will update periodically. Very good dealership experience thus far. 10/10 would recommend.

I rushed here recently to snag a low-mileage 2013 Prius these folks had just listed, and Jeremy and the team here made the purchase process very smooth for me. I had to obtain a title signature from a co-signer in another state, and The Selection s team was very patient about the wait. They gave me more than anticipated for my trade-in, and, when my new vehicle needed a small surprise repair, they covered the cost labor and parts. Definitely impressed with this retailer

My Husband and I came to Brandon looking for a car for our daughter. He was extremely helpful and by far had the best price of anywhere I had been. The selection of vehicles are next to none. I know that he searches for the best and most reliable vehicles to put on his lot. I trust him and will be referring him to everyone that I know.

I bought a car from The Selection in late 2022. Immediately, the first week we had the car, it was in the shop with needed repairs. The team did get the car in the shop quickly and resolved the issue. In early 2023, the car was already out of commission. $10,000 later and an extended stay at a dealership, I ll have a working vehicle again. I m giving two stars because when I reached out to the company to let them know about the issues/see if they could assist, they ve dodged my attempts. Now I m paying the price of a brand new car for a 2013. I know things happen with cars, but the lack of response and ownership is enough for me to say shop elsewhere.

Had my first experience buying a car recently and with todays market it was very stressful. But the second I walked into The Selection I knew this is where I would buy my car. The owners are the most down to earth people and you know they only want to help you. I was lucky enough to work with Jeremy and felt very much taken care of. The selection goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and confident with your purchase.

I purchased a Mercedes from The Selection yesterday and I couldn t be more happy. Not only am I satisfied with the car but also the excellent customer service that I received. I worked with Luke Dell; he was extremely friendly, and as far as I can tell, so is everyone else over there. If you re hesitant on whether to check this place out, wait no further. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely fantastic dealership! Worked closely with Luke, who was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Found my car online that was in excellent condition and emailed Luke. He responded right away and we got the ball rolling. Super easy to deal with, great price on the car, very simple and straightforward steps, simple to trade in, and the financial piece was perfect and always clear to me. I drove all the way from Oklahoma to do business here and would do it again! Truly a premium selection of cars in excellent condition that fit any budget. Incredible car buying experience with excellent help from Luke!

My experience with the Selection was hands down the best one I ve had buying a vehicle. I was expecting once I got on the parking lot to be sharked down by a salesman and hounded but that did not happen. I had to approach them and when I did was handed the keys saying if you have any questions I d love to help you out.The people at the Selection were kind and helped me get into my dream vehicle at an adorable price. Helping me get a lender for pricing made it even better. Honestly I ve never been more impressed with a used car business before but they went above and beyond.Shortly after purchasing, I had an engine code come up. I brought the vehicle back after checking with O Reilly s what the engine code was. I had a catalytic converter fault to the point of needing a new one. When I left my vehicle with them, the next day was called back saying they have ordered a new catalytic converter and would be able to put it in the truck coming up in June because of inventory back order.The Selection DID NOT leave me high and dry. They could have said, pound sand sorry kid; but they didn t. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

They gave me suggestions and advice, but not in the pushy way you come to expect from a car dealership. they made the process quick and painless and I was able to get a great vehicle at an awesome price!

This place is a joke. The only reviews they have are because they hound customers to give 5 star reviews before even leaving the showroom or purchasing a car. If you would like to spend your hard earned money being weaseled by a used car sales man This is definitely your guy. Luke was able to sell my little sister a Mercedes with a malfunctioning mass air flow sensor causing the car to stop in the middle of the road and highway. Although this is an obvious safety concern, and an issue they promised to fix prior to driving the car off the lot they have already received her money and sold her car used as trade in so unfortunately for her she is being ignored and told there is nothing they can do because it s not their priority. You would think a business called premium selection would sell at least a decent car but unfortunately for us they sell lemons disguised as nice cars.

Luke Dell was very helpful with our online purchase. He personally did a walk around with me on the phone. The car was everything we hoped for when it arrived.We live over 500 miles away, and Luke arranged for a private driver, Anthony, to drive the car to our home. We was on time, friendly and very professional.Five star rating!

Return Customer - I recently purchased a 2014 GMC Denali Truck, this is my second vehicle at The Selection. I appreciate the way Brandon does business, he is no BS, honest and transparent about how the purchasing process works. Luke did a great job helping me through sale an paperwork, super easy straight forward. Brandon and Rachel are good people and want to create long term relationships for their business. I've know Luke Dell for years and when we decided to look for a hard-to-find car I contacted him. He searched and found a car that met the parameters of what we were looking for and then went over & above when getting it ready to be picked up.
