Everyone at Quicklsne was so helpful!!! My daughter left her house key on her keychain across the street at Ford and Michael was able to go over there and find it for us. The whole staff was helpful and nice.

Suspected the last time I was here they did not rotate my tires, so today I made a mark on one of them. My suspicions were founded - paid for something they didn t do. No explanation as to why they may have made that error. I know why. Not getting duped here again - never coming back.

Been coming here for years, they moved across 23rd street to New location. New place has nicer lobby. There price about average, they seem to be offering more services than just oil changes and tires. Or maybe I just needed additional services, but they do tie rods and front end alignments.

Took the wife's Mustang in for oil change and a TPS sensor replacement. Drove home and parked it. Two weeks later she drives it and low and behold a large oil leak under the car. We didn't take it in with a leak. Super not happy. The wife is furious.

The worst experience ever had in Lawrence KS. They don t gave me the correct information about my car problem and about the price. They tried to sell me things that I didn t asked. I don t recommend for anyone.

We left Topeka early on a Saturday morning for a trip to St. Louis. Before we made it to Lawrence, we had issues with our car. We pulled over on the side of the interstate and called Quick Lane. We told them what was going on and they told us to come on in and they would take care of us. We arrived within 20 minutes and they immediately remembered us calling, got us right in, fixed our issue and got us safely back on the road for the rest of our trip. They were fast, friendly, accommodating I can t say enough about our experience. Highly recommend this business.Service: Body & Trim

Classic predatory auto service center. Asked for a standard oil change, and they texted me saying that several items required immediate attention . A $199 coolant flush and a $159 brake flush. One is not necessary at all, and the other isn t due for another 40,000 miles.

If you want more things wrong with your vehicle than before you brought it in, by all means take it here. The service advisors don't listen or communicate with their customers and they will do services you specifically stated you didn't want done. Also not to mention the techs are not ASE certified and will hire anyone off the street to do WONDERS to your car. If you want Ford specific services, take it to Olathe Ford and avoid all Laird Noller properties like the plague.EDIT to respond to reply:Don't believe their response. Nobody tried to reach out or I would have had a missed call or text. Now y'all are just lying? 100% not taking my car here ever again.

This is my 2nd time going Quick Lube. They were about average on service. However, one of the mechanics was more informative than I expected. He explained why rotating tires are a good idea and the frequency. They also were able to get my tire imbalance light turned off. I would recommend them if you just want to walk in, no appointments.

I made an appointment for a brake inspection at 8a, which I arrived on time for. At 9:10, an employee approached me. I thought he was going to give my estimate to me. He said they would get my car pulled around and take a look. It was not until after 10 was given an estimate. This place will not get a dime from me- like ever. Overpriced (as I went to Midas and they asked for about $150 LESS) and inconsiderate!

Broke my oil filter housing and still sent me on the road with it broken, never said anything to me. Didn't find out that they broke it until my next oil change (thankfully at a different location). Beware!Edit: My appointment was scheduled under my husband's name. I reached out to them via the contact information provided in their reply on July 1. Recieved a "Thank you for the information" back on July 1st and nothing since (now July 13). Beware �2!Service: Oil change

I would highly recommend this new facility! Chris was professional, he was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Chris was upfront about the price of the work and the details of why. The work was completed quickly, Thanks to chris I was back on the road quickly and safely. Despite having an appointment for an oil change at 8:30, I was not done until 10. Not quick at all.I only came here because the dealer promised me free oil changes to make up for a horrible experience buying my car, but they keep changing the story about what they agreed to, and did not inform the service department about anything, making it very awkward and uncomfortable for me.When I bought my car the salesman told me synthetic oil is used, but they actually use semi-synthetic which I do not use in any of my cars.It is over $100 for an oil change when it is not even full synthetic, and it takes over an hour with an appointment!Definitely recommend going to Westridge instead- they are great and always done in under 20 minutes.Service: Oil change

I ve always had great service here. People are friendly and responsive. From a guy who works out of his car and puts lots of miles on it that s a good thing to have a team like Laird Noller Quick Lane.

Nothing quick about them. They are not knowledgeable at all, simple questions require phone calls to people not in this building to answer. Waiting room has an annoying buzzing noise.

Went in to get my tire patched but the nail was to close to the wall so instead of telling me I would have to get a new tire. The guy told me not 1 tire but 4 new tires. No I would not recommend them.
