I went in last week to get a couple of chips in my windshield filled and they were very quick and got me in and out in about fifteen minutes. Super helpful and friendly staff. I'd recommend them to anyone!

PGI made my windshield replacement easy. I hardly had to handle anything on my end. They communicated quickly and via text which I appreciate with my busy work schedule. They offered shuttle options to get me home while they worked on my vehicle and picked me back up when it was done. Really great service.

PGI was able to get my rock chip repaired very quickly before my windshield needed replaced. They even waited after hours for me to pick up my vehicle. I would highly recommend then for all your glass needs!

They did a great job replacing my windshield. The courteous receptionist helped set up the appointment and followed through with everything during the repair and billing process. Even drove the car around front for me when it was done.But the biggest plus was that she called me ahead of time to alert me to an issue with my insurance company so I could contact them and try to straighten things out.

I could not be more impressed with my experience at PGI. Their pricing was incredibly fair, they were able to set up my appointment in a matter of days, and when I dropped off my car the morning of my appointment, they went out of their way to make accommodations for my schedule and had me taken care of in just a couple of hours. I don't know the last time I experienced such thoughtful customer service. It really made my day better and was so appreciated

They were AWESOME!! We were visual Lawrence, got a chip in our windshield on our way there, they got us in at 4:00 on a Friday, when all the other places I called wouldn't. One did not even return my call!! They were highly professional and I would use them for any glass work they do that I would need done if I lived there!! Highly recommend!!

Wow where do I start? My passenger side window needed to be replaced. This is my first time having to replace a window so I wasn't sure what it would cost so I started calling different places to get a quote for the repair. I first called Professional Glass Installers and got a quote. They told me if there were other places with better deals to call back and see if they could possibly work something out. This was a great first impression because this company (unlike many) was actively trying to get my business. So, I also called other companies as well to compare prices. Kennedy Glass Partners LLC offered the best price for the replacement. I ended up calling Professional Glass Installers back and they were willing to offer me a better deal! I said yes and they replaced my window in no time and done right! My car also happened to die there and they were able to assist me with a jump start! These guys made getting my windshield replaced stress free and painless. Gave me a ride across town. Fixed the rust and corrosion as best they could on my old truck, and didn't charge extra for it.Nothing but a positive experience.Thank you!

My almost 20 year old car's rear view mirror glue failed and fell off.Called PGI, and they said to bring it in.It took longer to get out of our driveway (we live on a busy street) than for PGI to remount the mirror.Very fast and friendly.

This is the only place I would go to get glass installed in the Lawrence area. I ve been here multiple times for glass replacements and they are always well priced, the process is straightforward and they do outstanding work. The owner and all of the folks who work here are also really approachable and friendly. I can t recommend them highly enough!

My experience with PGI was excellent. They did a great job, were efficient, and very nice. They made sure to explain the process, as this was my first time needing a windshield repair. Prices are also very reasonable, especially considering the excellent service.
