Had the bumper of my van ripped off in an accident. Pearson got us in quickly for an estimate and were able to schedule us before any other place around town. They were easy to communicate with and did a great job! The day after I picked the car up I noticed the headlight was out on one side. I called them the next morning and I was able to bring the car in that same day and they fixed it for me. So pleased with the customer service and great work done by Pearson. Thank you!

As you can see, CUSTOMER SERVICE is non existent at this place!! I was told I had to have an APPOINTMENT TO GET AN ESTIMATE! Then to PILE ON, I was informed it would be AT LEAST A WEEK!I said NO THANK YOU as I went out the door as rapidly as possible!!

I had a great experience here after hitting a deer with my truck! It took exactly how long Mike said it would, and they were able to find all real GM parts for my repair.

Had damages occur while our vehicle was at a repair shop. Pearson did the estimate and scheduled us soon as they could get us in. Perfect customer support customer care and felt great the whole time. Totally made the process timely and explained all the issues thoroughly and didnt cut corners! I would recommend pearson to anyone in the area with estimates needed or damages assesed and very good comparable repair cost for labor parts and damages.

Mike Pearson, owner/operator of Pearson Collision in east Lawrence, does great work to repair fender-benders and other vehicle issues. He finds great prices for parts to help keep costs reasonable. Mike also has a great sense of humor to put customers at ease. I strongly recommend Pearson Collision for your body shop needs!

Mike Pearson the owner of the shop is in incapable of finishing a job. The car was hit while parked on 10/29/2022 and 2 1/2 months later we still do not have the car back from Mr. Pearson and are be told it will be another week. This was after being told a week before Christmas 12/16/2022 the car would be done in 2 weeks. All we have had is excuses after excuses why he has not completed the work. When possible I want to support locally owned businesses but I would not use Pearson Collision Repairs Inc in Lawrence KS.

Extremely friendly service, great work and a quick turnaround too. They completed a full estimate and emailed it to me before I could even commit to having the work done at their shop (insurance of person liable had not gone through yet). They made courtesy calls to both the car rental and insurance company on my behalf to help facilitate rental pickup and verify insurance payment. Most importantly, they fixed my dented drivers side door in two days and it looked brand new. A hassle free and very positive experience all around.

After my accident friends online suggested Pearson and I chose them over the insurance company preferences. So glad I did. These folks are awesome and I am so grateful for their kindness and advice. They really go out of their way. Mike and everyone there are truly helping me and my car get through this better than any body shop I have ever worked with. Wonderful people. Can t recommend any higher.

My wife and I have been conducting business with Pearson Collision since we moved to Lawrence in 1996. Mike and his team have always treated my wife and I with courtesy and kindness and the quality of the repairs have been exceptional. The pricing is always fair and Mike looks for options to reduce the cost, I.e. repairing vs. replacing the front bumper on my Lexus. I give Mike and the entire Pearson Collision team an enthusiastic five star rating!

As other reviewers have stated, they have the worst customer service I have received. Rude, and very unorganized. When issues arose because they are not organized its the customers fault. The air conditioner worked when it was brought in did not when we received the car back. I will say I had to deal with the owners Son once and he was courteous and helpful. Maybe the second generation will get it right, but for now save your money and the headache.

We were given a quote but they ended up billing us almost 50% more than quoted without clearly communicating the additional cost. Needless to say the final bill was a surprise and an honest shop would not treat their customers like this.

Had work done here a couple times over the years; even brought my mom here. Folks here listen carefully, work as requested, make good suggestions, and follow through on thoroughly explained estimates. Can't recommend any more highly.

I recently had my 2004 Pontiac GTO repaired here and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone that works here was very nice and my car was fixed in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend these guys!

The biggest issue that I had was the lack of communication, I had no idea that the work would take 6 weeks!! Otherwise I would have obviously made other arrangements, like renting a car. The work was ok, lines are straight, but I'm sure I have to take it back as there are issues with the paint. Overall, unhappy with service and work performed.

Worst experience ever! I am a high school student and I worked to hard to save up $700 to repair a dent in my jeep. When I picked my vehicle up there was damage there that was not present when I dropped it off. I explained my frustration and they refused to do anything. I now have to pay for a repair again at another body shop. Never go here!!!

Pearson Collision Repair tells you exactly what they ll do, seeks out the most economical way to do it, and follows through. Mike is an old pro who knows his stuff, and his crew and office staff are second to none.

Rude people who gave an estimate in writing and then tried to go back on the estimate. When offered to pay full fee in cash, owner hung up. Strongly recommend going anywhere else but here.

Great service, perfect repair. Took . It in for an estimate, got the car in quickly and it was done in a day and a half. Found damage under bumper that couldn't be seen and finished it off properly. Vert satisfied with overall ecperience.
