Went to get a diagnostic run on my car for a couple warning lights. The young employee did not give much information, just asked if I wanted the lights cleared out. Usually the employees here are more knowledgeable, helpful and informative. Disappointed this visit.

They were very knowledgeable & helpful but my paint didn t take only 1 hour like they said. It took 6 hours and I was busy when they wanted me to pick it up. Still a good place to go I guess.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a car battery from here back on 09/07/2022; my car battery has died and needed a jump on four separate occasions from today. On one of my jumps I called triple A and they said it was a bad battery so I drove back to this shop and the person there said there wasn t an issue with the battery. Then back on 02/04/23 when I get my oil changed, Valvoline oil checked my battery and showed me a graph saying that the battery was between yellow/red which isn t good. I m not spending another $200+ on a battery; this is ridiculous and when I went back the first time to the shop, I should ve been given a new battery. My car battery died again on me today on my way to work. The only other business this shop will get from me is me calling to speak with a store manager to replace my battery otherwise I will never shop from here again.

Had an awesome conversation with Steven today! I wish more people were kind, like he is. Hope is very positive and friendly as well! Shes usually the very first to answer the phone too :)

Came in to get my car check engine light figured out. I was helped immediately and given all the details. I wasn't sure about his name, but he was the manager and helped test my battery and even my oil for me. I appreciated this experience so much.

the other day I had a burnt out rear brake light and the two associates on duty, Ashante and Hope could not have been more lovely and helpful in helping me replace and repair it. I am very happy with my service

The people at this location are always helpful and eager to help. I ve had issues with other auto parts dealers where why get upset about asking for the free service of checking the check engine light. O Reillys employees have always been helpful but extra at this location. Keep up the good work!

I m not one to leave reviews, however our experience with the associate named Duane was terrible. I went in to replace my headlights and he scoffed and rolled his eyes when we asked if he could install them. I ve never seen an employee anywhere be so miserable. He was also rude to other employees and his negative attitude appeared to create a toxic work environment. He seems like a genuinely angry and disgruntled individual, and I hope life starts looking up for him.

The prices were good in this time of outrageous inflation. The staff was super helpful and knew exactly what they were saying but also simplified it so I readly understood the answers to the questions I asked. Their staff member named Brandy was the best!

SAFE FOR THE GIRLIES! Came in with battery issues and Jarrod was so helpful. Helped us get a new battery and even replaced it right there in the parking lot. Laughed at my jokes and reminded us that we have a 3 year warranty on the battery we bought. Give Jarrod a raise! PLEASE.

Great service! Fulfills most of your autoparts needs. If they dont have it you can order it and will usually arrive the next day! They can get some things wrong but if you have the receipt you can return almost anything!

The guy working here helped me replace my headlight AND joined me in doing the "Fonzie bang" on the side of the car to kick the wiring on. There's still a short but at least I know they'll empathize at O Reilly's...... Auto parts. wooo!!

We were looking for an item and out of nowhere, a store employee comes t see if we needed any help. In this case, I had what I needed, but my sister was still needing help. The young lady help and when a question was asked and she did not know the answer, but she went and asked someone who knew. Great customer service

Great customer service every time I come in for car parts or an auto problem. Today I needed the bulbs for my headlights. I asked the salesman if it was hard to replace the bulbs, and he came out and replaced them for me! Saved me having to find someone. The previous visit, I came in with a weird warning light, they tested my car to see what was going on and found the thermostat was bad. Very knowledgeable salespeople and always willing to go the extra mile!

My daughter is away from home at college and had an issue with her battery. I called the location in Lawrence on W 23rd St and spoke to Caine who was very nice and knowledgeable. When my daughter showed up he tested the battery and the alternator and neither had any problem. So even though we didn't purchase anything, ALL future automotive parts needs will be right here at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Lawrence. Big shout out to Caine for being so helpful and honest! It's tough to find service like this in this day and age especially with the pandemic going on. You can't go wrong with O'Reilly's Auto parts here in Lawrence.

The young lady who waited on me had a terrible attitude, commented how she "hates this place" while she waited on me. There was also an older lady in the parking lot struggling to install new wiper blades she had purchased. An employee walked by her twice and didn't even offer advice. Another customer who came out of the store helped her...

They were busy and understaffed but the employees are super nice and knowledgeable. Every time I'm here I get great service, I just sometimes have to wait a bit. I'll take that trade any day!

I bought car Bondo this morning from Menards for $7.94. I needed another one so I went to O'Reilly and paid $19.99 for the exact same product. If I can give them 0 star I would. Shame on them.

Went in to buy windshield wipers and asked the associate if he would install them for me. He told me he didnt want too because it was too cold outside. His name tag said duane. Very unprofessional
