I went in yesterday with a car with a dead battery. The gentleman helping me was so kind and helpful. He spend over an hour in the cold putting the battery in my look little car, having to dismantle what seemed like a third of my car to reach the battery. Even watched to make sure I was able to start and leave. Can not recommend highly enough!

I have been going to Oreiley s for many years. Today, I was blown away by an employee named, Pedro! He was extremely knowledgeable, curious, helpful, professional and friendly! He went above and beyond to help me..all while answering, 2 phones and working!! I ve never seen such an epic, person, working.. at a parts store! I was completely blown away! Such awesome help all to get my son a Disney die cast car located in Overland Park Kansas, helping to have it sent to Olathe, making it convenient and easy to save me time and money! What great customer service! He was amazing! Definitely manager material and if I was running a parts store I would hope that my employees worked as well as he did and as hard. I couldn t have asked for a better experience .. he definitely should be a manager, so he can train people to work like that!! I m still in shock I have been to different O Reilly stores from Kansas to Washington to New York SERIOUSLY, I ve never seen anybody work the way he did to the T and be as spot on, with everything in the store! I HAD TO CALL The regional manager to tell him about this!What an experience highly recommend this store go see, Pedro!!! Overall, I would say with every part store, that is known, PEDRO, has outdid every single one !!! I will definitely, be using this store location, from now on..for ALL my parts!!

went there to get a brewery tested. i dropped it off to be tested and charged (keep in mind this battery was bought a few weeks ago for a project car) and when i went to pick the battery up they said it failed the test and wouldn t take a charge. i thought that was pretty shady so i went to advance auto. advance auto parts said the battery was good and needed a little bit of charge. i will be going to advance auto parts from now on. DONT GO TO ORILLEYS.

O'Reilly Auto Parts stores ARE NOT all the same, The one in Tonganoxie has the worst manager ever. The one on 23rd Street in Lawrence hires lazy incompetent old men, the one on 6th Street might as well be ran by teenagers, I recommend the one in north Lawrence or the one off of Kasold. Those two stores usually have a good group of knowledgeable employees. A lot of their parts are bad right out of the box, very common. Always try to buy name brand parts if possible. The store off Kasold does an excellent job turning rotors.

It was a Sunday morning. I needed to buy a new battery for my pickup. The clerk was very negative. It looked like he was hung over and had no interest whatsoever in working. I was able to buy a suitable battery and my good buddy Sam helped me install it. I don't recommend this store unless you like really lousy service.

Close to home and they typically have most things I need. They used to price match rock auto but I was told they no longer do that. Would give 5 stars if they continued to price match online businesses.

I realize the manager was trying to be helpful but she really lost track of what she was doing. First helping me with the order, then before finalizing it. Ie paying she starts helping everyone else customer and employees. It would not have been so bad had I not been in a time sensitive situation. And when she did finally finish she forgot what all I ask for. Long day I guess

Took a relative's vehicle for a battery test. Young lady tested and said, "it failed." I asked if there was a print out to show my relative but she said, "no, this is just a general test." I've never heard of such a thing but thought it could be possible so I politely said I'll relay the information. Well, AAA came to the house to test it and stated it had 84% health (and showed us the printed results).

Great service and home delivery of a part I needed after someone broke into my car, killed the battery, and stole a part from the fuse box. The manager helped me locate fuse number 106, and delivered it with a smile on their face, during hour of need. Awesome job folks. Thank you,. Tobes

Parts are sometimes in stock, staff are knowledgeable but often depressed and unexcited. They have several wonderful products and no doubt they help lots of people on a daily basis. The staff is mostly quite young and more than likely underpaid. I tip my hat to all of them as they have helped me out numerous times with diagnosis and finding my needed parts. Management should step up and give the staff additional benefits to get excited about, they help so many without reward.

Always get what I need for my cars here. The Lawrence Kasold Dr. location has the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever worked with anywhere. I recommend them 100%.=

Tristton was amazing! He showed me all the options for headlamps and was understanding when I told him I could only afford the single stock headlamp. He installed it for me on the spot. This store and their employees know how to treat their customers right and with respect. Thank you thank you!!!

Even while understaffed, a guy at O'Reilly came out and not only changed my brake lights (two of them) but noticed that one had an issue with the wiring and fixed the wire for me, too. In the heat. While busy. He was very good-natured and seemed happy to help. I really appreciate it. From my experience, they definitely deserve more than the 3.3 stars. :)

Helpful staff with good knowledge. Store is clean and well stocked. They seem to go out of their way to help people which sometimes might create a minor wait. Personally I think quality service is better than quick service any day.

I wish I could leave two reviews.5 stars for Gabe! 0 stars for the management not caring about those of us who believe in science and know how things work.Gabe was a big help and carried my brake rotors to my truck because there was an unmasked customer standing next to them.I wish they were still enforcing the mask rule, and the older gentleman who works there did put his back on when I mentioned he was talking over my items without it.Gabe said he wished he could enforce the masks, but was told he could not by management. Yet another store allowing a few people to bully them into making us less safe and possible killing us. What is the worst customer service? Having a customer die because they shopped at your store.

One of the wipers we bought wouldn't fit. The counter guy with the neat lugs came out and tried to get the wiper installed. No luck. So he found one that would work. Thanks for the great service.

So I shop at O'Reilly's for all my car parts I did not know that the reward only is email to you which I never check. Is there any other option for my rewards to be texted or phone call that way I'm actually getting to use the rewards that I think that I'm gathering every time I shop there. I was told by one of your employees that every two months or months possibly the rewards expired and that doesn't work for me especially since I don't look at my emails please see if there's anything you can do to help me with that cuz I'm sure I've lost out on a lot of Rewards

Not one to leave reviews but this is the absolute worst service I ve ever had I have gotten 4 wrong cv axles all for the same car within 2 days and then we go to order a 5th it was supposed to be here on a Wednesday and it s now Saturday still not here I had to call 3 times for them to let me know when it s supposed to even be here. Wouldn t recommend this place at all.

Stood at the counter for 2 minutes right in front of these d bags faces. Apparently we re helping another customer but didn t even acknowledge me when I walked in.Garbage service from garbage people.

Understaffed when I went in and there was a line. Staff didn't recognize the customers in line and was obviously more interested with the customer he was waiting on (for a long time). I chose not to make a purchase and left the store.

Always have to order my parts and never receive a call when there in. Only one guy there that knows what they are doing.
