Chris Winans was excellent and very friendly and did his best to get us out of the dealership on time for our dinner that night. He even has gone out of his way to check on me and how I'm doing with my SUV.

Kaitlyn in internet sales was great at reaching out to me to help qualify my needs. She followed up as needed and kept me engaged. She is very personable and placed no pressure on me. Nick was the specialist who listened to my needs and then allowed me to test drive a couple of cars. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. I could not returnFor about a week but he followed up with me as needed. This was a hassle free no nonsense and professional experience. Kaitlyn and Nick impressed me so much that I knew there was no way I would buy anywhere else. Thanks again guys for a job well done. I am enjoying my 2016 Hyundai Sonata sport.

This was such an awesome car buying experience. Everyone I encountered made me feel like they were happy to accommodate me. Nimomi was very helpful and empathetic to my needs. My credit is not the best but they never made me feel bad for that.

Noah was by far the best! Your finance gal was outstanding and so was your insurance gentleman. All around amazing! I loved it! We drive 2 1/2 hours and was in and out! Noah was top notch In knowledge and overall customer service! Thank you for making our visit effortless! We have had very poor experiences with our hometown dealer. We appreciate the love we received!

The whole experience took way too long. Even for someone with good credit we were there for about 6 hours. Salesman Dylan was great tho and kept us updated on the status of things and answered all of our questions. Dylan also continued to bring us an endless supply of water bottles and even pizza for lunch. Thank you for keeping our comfort in mind. It made the whole car buying process more bearable.

I had my first car buying experience at a dealership, and every one says dealers are always a nightmare, but my experience was wonderful. I would just like to thank Nick Williams as he took very good care of me and my wife. He was very down to earth and easy going. We never felt any pressure during the entire experience. He answered all of the questions we had. Overall, I would highly recommend Lawrence Kia and if you have the opportunity to work with Nick, you will be in good hands!

We worked with Nick and he definitely put in the work to give us the best deal they possibly could. He was friendly, genuine, and never pressured us to move forward with a sale we weren t comfortable with. He provided us with impeccable service and we ended up with a Subaru Forester that we are ecstatic about!

I must revise this review: in the end, neither Lane nor the rest of the men who worked on my car deal were in the least helpful, and I ended up paying more than I wanted for a car I didn't want. No one at Lawrence Mitsubishi was willing to renegotiate terms or correct what seemed to me to be their misleading offer, and they wouldn't buy the car back for what I paid despite the fact that I asked for this less than 24 hours after realizing that I'd been pressured into the purchase. I don't recommend this dealership. I would give no stars except that, if you don't give at least one, you're not allowed to post.

Nick Williams is such a great person! He was so friendly and professional. I purchased my first new car, 2017 Kia Rio through him and knew Nick would take good care of me again when I was ready to trade. Hoping for an upgrade with another Rio, but what a blessing to find Nick got me into a 2019 Optima! So much more room and upgrades. Thank you so much for your diligence and great demeanor. I highly recommend Nick Williams and Lawrence KIA!! 5 stars.

We had a great experience with Nick Williams! The dealership has a huge inventory and Nick was so patient and not at all pushy! I looked at so many vehicles and ended up choosing the first one he showed me! My husband is still blown away with their competitive prices and the lifetime warranty! Thank you Nick!

The dealership was cool, clean, and comfortable. We were referred to Nick B by my a family member who recently had a great experience with Nick. Nick is very professional and knowledgeable, but also super friendly and laid back. He answered all our questions and helped to guide us through this process smoothly. He understood our needs, and our challenges in buying a car. He was even great with our kids! We left with a beautiful new car that will serve our family until we come back to Lawrence Kia and Mitsubishi for another.

Huge shoutout to Nick Williams! Thank you so much for helping my Auntie out! He showed amazing patience and showed my Auntie and I two cars. He even chauffeured us around town so we could get the best possible experience in both vehicles! There was absolutely no pressure, and he was so understanding and helped us get the best deal! I worked with Nick Williams when I went in looking for a new car. He was fantastic to work with! I told him everything I was needing and the price I needed to be out the door with and he made it happen. Very fast service, top notch people, and they take care of everything! Not only my new car, but they also got my car insurance payment reduced! I will be sending everyone to Lawrence Kia from now on.

Came here to look at a 2016 Charger and Dylan was great at accommodating us and making sure we were comfortable. He was never pushy like some sales people can be.At the end we had a fairly strict budget and Dylan was able to work with us to have payments in the range we needed to close the deal.Overall it was a good experience.

Nick Bozino was welcoming and helpful. He was able to meet our budget and get us into the car we wanted for our family, even got it a year newer than we planned. Very happy with Lawrence Kia and with Nick's service. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase and finance a car. Note, the whole process took a few hours with the trade and purchase so come with snacks. :P

My boyfriend and I were interested in one specific car they had listed. A salesperson named Andrew called me at 9 am this morning telling us that we can come in today at 2 pm to test drive and apply for the car. My boyfriend drove 1.5 hours to this location for the appointment and now all of a sudden the car is in the shop for two weeks? I don't understand why they couldn't have told us this when we called at 1 pm to confirm. We wasted $50 in gas to get there and the only reason they kept the appointment was so they could sell us different cars on the lot. Even though they knew we were only interested in this one specific car.I am extremely frustrated and disappointed and will never purchase a car from this dealership.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Nick Williams. We were not able to make it in until late afternoon and Nick stayed with us at least 2 hours after closing taking care of us. He was honest, straight forward, and went beyond interacting with my 2 kids. Came away with a great vehicle working with great people. Thanks again for everything Nick!

Nick Williams was absolutely amazing. He made the car buying process easy and painless for me as a first time buyer and full time student. They really worked with my mom and i on pricing and what type of vehicle would be good for my lifestyle.They also were great about making sure i actually liked the vehicle i bought and kept me up to date on the whole process so i didn t feel like i was being left out on anything.I recommend this Kia dealership to any students or just people in the lawrence area that want great service and excellent communication and customer service.

I wanted to share my experience with Everett Bisby! I bought my very first car on a tight budget and he went above and beyond in helping me along the way! He was very friendly and did an amazing job at helping me find the right price and what would be best for my future credit score! I will DEFINITELY be back with friends so I can share my experiences and ask for him again! Glad to have my first car! :)
