We had two batteries go south on us during the most recent Sub-Zero cold snap. LB jumped all over the jobs and had us in and out and back on the road in a flash. I have purchased batteries from LB for many years and have never had a sub-par experience. They know how important good service is.

I came in needed a new battery. Was even explained what the difference was between the 2 batteries I was considering. They had my battery changed in less than 15 mins. Very friendly and helpful group of men working there. Will definitely go back in the future.

They have done a great job for the 30 years I have used them. You just pull up to open bay. They will load test your battery and if need replace your battery no extra fees. They honor the warranty.

Needed a new car battery and they got the job done. I was in and out in like 10 minutes. Donald and Andy were very nice! They didn t try to upsell me on it at all, just explained the 3 options they had. If you need batteries this is the place!

I came here when my battery died, and the folks at Lawrence Battery were amazing, helpful and so kind! They took my battery to test and try to charge it, and it was completely dead. Done! We ended up realizing my dead battery was still under warranty somewhere else in town, so Lawrence Battery let me borrow a loaner battery overnight until I could take my battery in to be replaced at the other location under warranty. They did it free of charge. I would definitely recommend them, and will be back there the next time I need a battery!

I have been trading with and sending others to Lawrence Battery for over 40 years. I have Never! been dissatisfied. Pull up to an empty bay, tell them you're trouble pay the lady drive away with a smile. Price is always competitive! SERVICE is EXCELLENT! Every time!

These guys are the best. This in some ways is a locals place. I say that because it's a gem of a place run by honest knowledgeable people. It's not a chain or big box but instead a place where you go in get a diagnosis and if you need one a new battery at a really good price installed in less time than you could eat lunch. I bought a new battery from a chain because I needed a new one on a Sunday. My mistake. I'll wait next time. That battery lasted all of 7 months.Just bought a new battery today and it was painless. I wish all business made things so easy.

Our battery had died in one of our cars. We went to a big box store and they couldn t install the battery but they suggested Lawrence Battery. Lawrence Battery is a small place but they have the best prices and service ever. Forget big box stores, this is the place to go to. Excellent and friendly service! Thank you so much!

These guys are always helpful and do not try to upsell. They are straight shooters. They did a complete check on my battery and alternator to make sure the AAA guy was right and I for sure needed a new battery. They gave me my options and no pressure to get the most expensive one. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Super friendly, helpful, good prices. My battery quit unexpectedly and I came in without an appointment. They checked my alternator and battery and after determining my battery was bad, gave me two price options on a new one and installed it for me. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

I went to Lawrence Battery today for the first time because my battery died in my car. I pulled in and everyone was ready to help and very kind! They had my car in and out of the shop in about 10 minutes. They fixed my car and saved my day! Thank you Lawrence Battery, your employees are wonderful!

Our car battery was dead, and we had no way to get the car out of our garage. I contacted Lawrence Battery and asked if would be possible to come to our house to check the battery. I spoke to a technician, Josiah, at Lawrence Battery to see if this would be possible. He said that this not part of the service, normally offered, but would ask his boss to see if it could be done. He called back shortly and said he would come by within the hour. When he arrived, he removed the battery and took it back to the shop to be charged and determine if it would need to be replaced. He said that if the battery was still useable, he would bring it back and reinstall it again for us.I can't express how impressed I am with Josiah. It is rare to find someone who cares this much about his work, and is willing to go out of his way to help. If I could, I would give him 10 stars for this review!

Lawrence Battery is Legit!! Last Saturday morning my car barely started. Took it by there where Josiah came out and helped me. He did some testing with a test light to see if it had any juice left... It did not, he quickly got me a new batter and installed it with care. He was really careful while working on my car, took his time and did it the right way! Battery is still going strong. He was awesome. Thanks guys I really appreciate the hard, honest and careful work yall doo. I'll be back for sure.

Called ahead to make sure they had the battery I needed in stock. When I got there they assured me an exact match for my car. Technician started changing it right away. In less than 30 minutes I was back on the road. Battery price was $139 plus tax with installation included. Quick, easy, to the point. 10/10 recommend.

We drove our truck, which needed a new battery, up to the front of the store. Someone was out, checking the battery, giving us quotes and installing a new battery and on our way in 15 minutes. Great FAST service and great prices!! Dont waste your time going anywhere else.

Had an amazing experience this morning. Pulled up at 6:50 to be the first person in line when they open at 7:00. As soon as I pulled up they opened the garage door and had me out of there with a brand new battery before their open time. I will always go to Lawrence battery because of that impeccable service.

Great group of guys. I came in with a dead battery, they tested the alternator and the battery for me for free and immediately helped me find the proper battery for a reasonable price. The whole process probably took 20$ and everyone was very friendly, informative and inviting. Thank you!!

These guys are truly amazingly awesome. Honestly I wish I had a fleet of cars with which to support them, as it is I recently bought a $1,000 car that's been acting pretty sketchy. I took it there because I was told by Auto Zone that they are stand up guys. Mike (and an unnamed but equally helpful dude) spent 20min checking & tightening & tinkering on it knowing they had little to gain financially by doing so. They made my day by demonstrating that there are indeed a few shops left that understand customer service. If you are worried about getting the run around because you know nothing about what's under your hood take your vehicle here: they will do you right. Guys: thank you & if my ship ever comes in I'll buy the yacht batteries from you!

I drove past this ol reliable shop today and it reminded me I never left a review for the work they did a year or two ago replacing the battery on my car and let me say they are very polite professional and fast. And most importantly the battery lasts
