Laird Noller in Lawrence offers excellent customer service. Car shopping is never any fun. With pushy salespeople that are not listening to customers, and a runaround of how that dealership finances a car, is frustrating and discouraging. Todd Kelly and the staff at Laird Noller in Lawrence , KS, is the exact opposite of that, offering a geat experience from the moment of test drive, and asking what we are looking for (not telling us what car to get) all the way to the transparency of pricing and financing. We purchased a car, with great confidence along with ongoing customer service. Laird Noller, by far, has been our best experience of buying a car.

Sales woman was great, she had good response times when I called with questions before driving out to see the truck. I took possession of the truck on March 26, 2024. Three days later on Friday night, the first night I drove the truck and used the headlights, I noticed that the headlight beam was moving a lot. When I got back home to look it over, I noticed the headlight was broken and held together by some tape and zip ties. I called my sales woman first thing the next morning and she said she would check into it for me to see what she could do. She called back the same day and said they will not stand behind it and repair is on my dime. It's obvious that the headlight had been broken previously and not fixed well. Despite how great my sales person was, I won't purchase another vehicle from a dealership who apparently didn't do a thorough inspection of this pre-owned vehicle, nor will they offer to rectify the situation even when found mere days after purchase.

The staff and Devin at Laid Noller of Lawrence was a pleasure to work with. They made the whole car buying experience as stress free as they could.They approached my car purchase as open and honest with clear transparency throughout the process. I witnessed multiple costumers treated with the same respect throughout the time I was at Laid Noller Lawrence Location. I would recommend starting your car buying experience with them and chances are they will be you first and last stop in purchasing a new or used vehicle.

These guys were great to deal with! Steven and Aaron made me a great deal over the phone. They d have had me in and out in less than an hour except I was visiting. It was the one dealer experience where I wasted their time instead of the dealer wasting my time. Again, great people, great experience, great deal, and I d highly recommend using them for your next vehicle purchase!!

Our salesman, Ali, was great. Easy to work with, responded to messages in a timely manner. The overall buying process was easy. However, there are extremely high administrative fees with each car purchase. If I hadn t really wanted this particular vehicle and driven so far to see it, the fees would have been a deal breaker for me.

I had a terrific experience hunting for a car at Laird Noller in Lawrence, Kansas. Jessica not only listened, but she responded by finding just the right car. I never felt any pressure to buy. Laird noller has been so helpful. I started working with Jaysen and Jorge and ended with Aaron. They did all they could to get me the best deal. They worked with me for weeks test driving different vehicles. Overall, everyone at Laird Noller was warm and inviting. The financing process was smooth and they keep their word. I would buy from them again!

Everyone at Laird Noller and particularly Kai worked their tails off to get me into a newer, better vehicle, and couldn t have been nicer about how hard they had to work. At no point did I ever feel like anything less than a valued customer, and I can t recommend this dealership enough and absolutely will gush LN to anyone who mentions they re even thinking about buying a car. I m a customer for life.

I feel like I have been taken advantage of by your dealership. First, a $1000 charge was added to the price of the car because I was paying cash for it. I caught that and it was removed. Then, after I signed the new invoice, paid it, and took the vehicle home, I noticed a charge of $899 for something called (loyalty prgm). I called and ask what it was, and was informed that it was part of the service fee. I told them I didn't want or need that so called benefit. I ask for a refund because it's something I would never use. Please look into this matter, and get back to me as soon as possible. Thanks Doug Dawson

Sales, management and finance were all very easy-going and great to interact with! My situation was unique in that the used car I was purchasing threw a last minute engine code. Laird-Noller made sure that the issue was resolved completely before delivery, and I had a safe and uneventful drive back home - which was over 500 miles! Thank you Laird-Noller for providing me with a reliable vehicle and a quality experience! I give them my highest rating, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. There is so much to love about this dealership, where we were most fortunate to pick up a fantastic used car for our daughter.Staff: Friendly, attentive, honest and courteous - They stayed late to let us come and check out the car that we purchased and were incredibly good natured about it. In terms of negotiation, they were fair, clear and provided an all-in price that allowed us to make our decision quickly.Finance Department: we were able to complete the paperwork and get the tags and keys within about 20 minutes and the Finance manager himself was no-pressure and super efficient too; no hard sell on additional items here, which I m personally very happy about.Other things:1. This is the only dealership I know that offers a 6 month warranty at time of purchase at a VERY reasonable cost. Obviously I don t want to have to use it, but it s incredible peace of mind when making a big purchase decision that they have faith in their own service team.2. Detailing: The car was incredibly clean from the inside out - Their team care about every aspect of the vehicle.3. Nitrogen in the tires and a one year guarantee on them, as well as a paint protection package too.4. Oh, their coffee machine in the Finance area is pretty damned amazing too.It s sometimes hard to trust car dealerships as so many have a bad reputation, but this is an organization that you can and should have faith in - you should definitely check out their inventory if you re looking for a used car!

These people are amazing I would recommend them to anybody. I literally drove with my mom 40 mph sometimes 20 uphill about 2 hours and 45 minutes give or take because my car was so bad and I needed a new one and the car I got from these guys was totally worth it. I honestly did not expect it to go as well as it did knowing how car dealerships screw you over but not these guys. When I tell you on Tuesday about 11:00 we called up there to see what our options were and left 10:00 Wednesday morning to go get this and drove home with my new Fusion these guys are godsend. If anybody at Laird Noller in Lawrence Kansas are reading this right now I cannot express how thankful I am to you all and wish you all the best.

I am one that gets overwhelmed when it comes to car shopping. Laird Noller s staff was absolutely amazing to work with and the made the process less stressful for me. They worked with my budget and what type of vehicle fit my requests. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful and willing to do what it took to get me a deal and make it a great experience!! I will be purchasing all future cars with Laird Noller!! I was in search of a vehicle since mine was lost due to an accident. We encountered Erika and we looked over two Ford Escapes. We had always had a sedan and this was a switch to move up to an Escape. She showed us the features of each car and we test drove both. Both were excellent. Erika was one of the nicest salespeople I have dealt with in a long time. The finance manager was also a pleasure to do business with as well. I have been to a couple of Ford agencies in my lifetime and this is one is the tops. This one treats you like family and not just another number. I highly recommend getting an auto from Laird Noller.
