My granddaughter attends KU. She lost a piece of trim coming back from spring break. What wonderful experience we had with Nick. Resolved the issue very fast. I would highly recommend using Kennedy Glass fast, priced right and friendly. Job well done!

I can see clearly now the cracks are gone. Every bit of this experience exceeded my expectations. The call for a quote was simple and quick. Scheduling was even easier with a date and time that was convenient for me. Their fresh remodel made the wait time an inviting and comfortable experience. The friendly staff made a huge impact on me. Employees greeting me as they passed through the waiting area. While I didn't catch her name, the front desk associate nailed it in terms of engagement, communication of details, and responding to requests from me. Then on top of that the installers only took roughly 30 minutes to replace my windshield. I was expecting to spend an hour and a half to two hours there today. I think that speaks to installers knowledge and professionalism. I think a person would expect to pay more for this top notch service. They were the best price among their local and national competition. Saaay what?! Best price and best service? Thanks, Kennedy Glass. I'm glad I chose you. Keep being great!

Loved that they could come to me for my windshield repair. Fast, affordable, and high quality is a must, but their level of care was amazing. The technician carefully removed and reapplied my Ktag so that I wouldn't have to order another one. Would recommend for anyone who needs a windshield replacement, especially if they can't get their car over there and leave it.Service: Auto windshield repair

Kennedy glass got my car in and even set it all up with the dealer on the windshield replacement as it had to be calibrated (who knew) by the dealership. They took care of everything and had it all scheduled and done quickly. I was able to pay online my deductible and they worked with my insurance company on everything else. I only had to make one stop at the dealership and it was all done. All the other companies I called only did the window replacement and did not work with the dealership on the calibrating. It was going to be such a hassle to get all done. Kennedy glass made it easy.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I went in to order a windshield and fully expected a couple day s wait, however Jake took the initiative to see if they might have a windshield in stock for immediate replacement. Less than 35 minutes later I was out the door with a beautifully installed windshield, AND without asking, they secured an unsecured rear view mirror at no charge!

% satisfied with service and humanity of Kennedy Glass. My vehicle was broken into and it was devastating. My purse was stolen and this company took my car stored it inside out of the weather. They replaced the passenger window in less than 24 hours AND swept up all the glass. One of the employees was looking on Facebook lost & found said to other employee so and so found a purse on the side of the road. It was identified as my purse. So in conclusion this company fixed smashed out window and found my purse.THANK YOU SO MUCH to each and every employee involved. Side note trusted me to settle up. Kind wonderful people are still out there.

They came out to assess the damages taped up the glass and never heard back from them. I was told by someone never use these guys. The other company came out and within a day had a quote to me. Guess who I went with.

Customer Service and communication was terrible. It took an extra week for my windshield to be repaired due to poor communication. I called to schedule a mobile windshield repair and I told them the make and model of my vehicle. Day of repair comes around and turns out they ordered the wrong piece of glass. I'm told they will call me back to reschedule. I don't hear anything for 2 days, so I call them. Nobody seems to know about my ticket, and when I explain the situation they get me scheduled as soon as possible. Day of reschedule appointment comes around and I get a call at the time they were suppose to come, saying they would have reschedule in 2 days because they don't have the glass. They didn't call at beginning of the day when I figured they would have known this, but at the time they're suppose to be there. Luckily the third time worked out and they did it quick and efficient, but the communication between them and the customer is terrible. Would not recommend.

Before completion I can say that the customer service has been extremely pleasant. I appreciate the home town atmosphere and gentleman offering up a ride home when dropping off my car. The estimate was easy and quick as well as getting scheduled in.

My family was Kennedy Glass loyal customer for thirty years. With the recent change in ownership we were wondering if the new management will live up to the old owner's standards. In the last few months several services were provided to us by the new team.We are very impressed by the quality of their work but mostly their level of customer service. I can't say enough of good things about the new manager Stefan Garrison who took on our challenging and complicated mirror project. On top of that, he made a special effort to find in their warehouse and provide several hard to buy window handles we needed. Huge thanks for Stefan and his team!

6/28/2021 the person that takes calls for specialized orders yelled at and hung up on me Bc I did not agree with the price and when I call back won t answer my voicemail. I don t know what mental issues she may have, but I hope she gets the help she needs.I had custom-made tops for my fish tank, and they were a reasonable price before. Now that they have new place their prices have gone up by 200% and their clerks have mental issues. I hope they get to feeling better. That one seems strung out.

I took a broken window screen and frame to Kennedy to be replaced. Long story short, they messed up and lost my screen. To fix the problem they sent someone out to my house to measure the window and made me two replacement screens. (One for another screen that had a broken latch.) The workman also brought them back and installed them. They did not charge me anything. They made an error, but went above and beyond to remedy the issue. I appreciated that.

Darren changed my windshield on my accord , was done quickly and professionally at affordable price, I m glad that I used local business ( big local business supporter). Happy with the service, certainly hiring them again for a window in my house needs glass. I gave them a shot and they delivered. Highly recommended.THANK YOU

Sadly have to give this longtime local business a less than positive review. We needed to have a bathroom mirror removed and scheduled a time to have this done. Two service gentlemen (who were great BTW) arrived and took down and removed the mirror in about 5 minutes and then left to their next job. We were billed approximately $210.00. This seems excessive. Nice folks at Kennedy Glass, but charges are too much.

I received a quote for a new window, (via voicemail) and when my husband called Kennedy back to give the go-ahead, he was advised that the quote we were originally given wasn't correct. My husband was advised that they would give us a new quote in a week or less, but it's been over a week now, and we haven't received a call back. I understand that things happen, but at this point it seems like Kennedy doesn't want our business, so we will go elsewhere.

I swung by to see if they could fix what I thought was my windshield seal -- it came loose some time ago and I was worried about whether it would cause problems during an upcoming road trip. The fine folks at Kennedy Glass assured me it was just cosmetic but went ahead and fixed it while I waited. Ten minutes and NO CHARGE (!!!) later, I was good to go! Wonderful, top-notch service and caring employees -- thanks, Kennedy Glass!

I just recently had Kennedy Glass company do work for me. When I had someone come out and estimate the work, I had requested some wood on the window to be replaced as well as the glass. I was told that they could do that so I asked them to do the work. After the time frame that they said it would take to get the windows ordered I called and set up the appointment to get the work done. The day that was scheduled, they didn't show up. I called and they said no one wrote it down. I scheduled it again, that time was cancelled after they were supposed to be there due to weather. On the rescheduled date, they came to install the windows but they didn't do the specific wood work that I had asked to get done. The installer said that he did what was on the job order, when I said that it isn't directed at him but I am frustrated that the specific items that I had asked to be done and was told could be wasn't, the installer said we aren't making any money off of this job anyway. When I called the office about the work that I had asked to be done, the person said that he needed to talk to his workers because he had no documentation of what was requested and he would call me back. I didn't get a call back. I got an invoice in the mail. The window glass work that they did was fine, they lack of not doing what they said they could do and terrible customer service, I would look for other options.

I went to get a chip on my windshield fixed. Fast service, affordable prices, and a comfy couch to wait on. I could not get serviced for like 4 days but my problem developed right around Christmas where short staff and hours are a common thing for any business. I would definitely go back for any future glass issues.

I had a simple project I hired this company to do making 4 pieces of plexiglass cut to specific sizes. After I ordered it, I waited about a week and never heard from them so I called the front desk and it was indicated to me that they never started on the project but she said they would have it done the next day. So the next day, I made a trip from Eudora to pick up the pieces and when I got them home, they were all made the wrong size. The one I inspected was cut very poorly with cracks and chips all over it. The next day, I drove in again and they said they would remake them. A few days later, I called to see what was taking so long and this time they said that half were ready, the other half would be ready tomorrow. So, I went in to get the two pieces that were ready and brought them home and they were AGAIN the wrong size. The next day, I took them back and told them that I had wasted two weeks on this project and cancelled my order and asked for my money back. It was a very frustrating experience and I will not be going back for any future projects.

Fast, friendly affordable service. Joe had my new windshield replaced in under an hour. They arrived on time. They came to my location and worked through my insurance. Great, high quality shop!

The first time we called to see when our window would arrive, the front office person said 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks came and no one gave us a call when will the window arrive. So we call a second time. Same story is it will be 2 weeks. The weeks have gone and now the same person at the front desk said 10 weeks!! By that time there was snow on the ground and the only thing protecting my mother in law from the cold was a piece of plywood covering the gapping hole in the house where the window was supposed to sit. I called AGAIN, the front desk person still didn't bother to call me back. Window people finally show up. Install it done. Why did it take so long and why were we lied to many times over to the point of staying in a freezing house. The installation workers arrived were nice and did a good job but the front desk person needs to be Fired.Service: Window installation

We had been struggling with an issue in our commercial building door for a long time and no one seemed to know how to help. Someone recommended Kennedy Glass and they came out and the door now is like new! They were fast, decisive, competent, and fairly priced.

About two years ago they replaced the windshield on my car. It appeared fine at first look. I got into my car and found disintegrated rubber pieces from my old rubber molding/trim all over the inside front of the car and in the vents. I decided to get out & take a closer look at the work they did, and saw that they had not used enough of the new rubber molding to seal the new windshield. There was about a three inch gap on each side that allowed you to actually see the interior metal frame. I brought this to their attention & asked them to redo the job, not wanting the elements to get in, and it looked bad. When I returned the next day I saw that all they did was put silicone glue on one side ONLY. The old rubber pieces were still there. I spoke with one of the owners I won't name here, & was told that "The water is just going to get in anyway". I was VERY upset. It's hard to describe being treated like that, especially by an OWNER, one word would not suffice. I decided I did not want them to come near my car again & left. I saw one of their trucks today & it triggered the terrible memory. I hope my review will help you to go somewhere else.

Extraordinarily positive experience with this company. Everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful. The price was outstanding compared to other quotes I received. Installation by Darren was punctual, professional and pleasant. Will be using them for all my glass needs in the future.

Kennedy glass is not the company they used to be! I paid for a window replacement, only to find out weeks later, they "lost or broke" the window and failed to inform me or reorder. No discount offered for their mistake, really, not even an issue that management could be bothered to discuss with me. Bad customer service! Bad follow thru!

I had a broken glass pane on my china hutch door. I showed up at Kennedy Glass without an appointment but that wasn't a problem. The next day the door was finished and the price to fix it was much lower than I thought it would be. I highly recommend this business!

I would just like to state that I have never written a review in my life anywhere. Recently someone hit and ran my car and it broke my back windshield. Having called several sources, Kennedy Glass was by far the cheapest, and fastest company that could have helped me. I literally saved $100 by going through them, you won't be disappointed.
