Quick efficient and friendly! Guy running the bays and taking care of it was doing call outs on everything. Was glad to listen and hear a store doing the job correctly!Will be back and highly recommend for your next quick and convenient oil change!

Randy and the dudes were awesome. I was past due for an oil change and they got me in quick and accommodated me having my baby with me. They understood my financial situation, offered services, and didn't try to pressure me when I declined certain extras. Too often mechanics feel like sales sharks and that was not these guys. I have never taken this car in to Jiffy Lube before, but the place I usually go was booked out. I ll definitely be back though, thanks y all!

After two years of dependability, this location has lost its way. A routine oil change resulted in a filthy interior left by the technician , a damaged console panel housing the vehicle s central computer receiver, and an improper spark plug repair that resulted in the vehicle shaking violently once on the road. Definitely recommend finding a local mechanic versus these quick, in-and-out spots.

I had an awesome experience with the group of guys working today Wednesday (10/25) around 5pm - Nick was the primary attendant that talked through the prices and estimations for my vehicle. Great group of guys and did everything in a timely manner. People don t typically like paying a little extra for someone else to do their oil change but if I happen to need another one - I d gladly come back to jiffy lube on Iowa.Service: Oil change

My vehicle was serviced at the Jiffy Lube on Iowa St in Lawrence, Kansas. It was around 3 pm on November 3, 2023. Nick was my attendant, who was excellent, polite, and professional. There was another technician there wearing a black t-shirt with the sleeves cut off and an Army logo on the front left area; he was great, too; he took the time to explain some of the issues discovered during the service. Got my oil changed aat Midas since Jiffy would not honor their coupon they posted even though it says it expires December 31st plastic guy who answered the phone was not too pleasant. I was very pleased with Midas.

Update: made my mom go get her oil changed here too and she got 5 start service! They even printed her off a paper showing what needs attention on her car. Thanks again #jiffylubeisbestA little expensive $106 but they explained everything. Now I feel like I understand what goes on during an oil change and why I need the synthetic oil and a new air filter. They were nice professional & very patient. Thank u Jiffy Lube! #Jiffylube

They no longer allow you to stay in your car. That is why I went here was for convenience to not have to get out of my car. Definitely not going back just for this reason.I had to go home and Lysol wipe my interior and exterior door as you can see the grease on the car. Yes definitely made it on the inside of my car, which would not have happened if they would have let me stay in the car and move it into the bay.Service: Oil change

I would like to thank the guys at jiffy lube on Iowa street. Very efficient and friendly. Also want to say .. one of the guys name is Jay. He is very knowledgeable about the business. Took the time to explain different tasks they do there. Was a pleasure to do business there. Due to Jay's professionalism and kindness I will definitely do my business at jiffy lube on iowa. Oil was low so I added some but knew car needed an oil change etc. Went to Jiffy Lube two days later. Three minutes of it being back there I was told oil dip stick was broken. Of course acted like they found it that way. Ended up going to dealership and paying too much. Don't trust this place with your vehicle.

Took my work truck here for an oil change. Don't believe they drained my oil, or the guy that filled it back up, had no idea what he was doing. Over filled my truck by about 6 quarts of oil, causing the engine to leak oil out of a seal. Will not be going back here for any service

I came into this location after a long road trip because my maintenance required light was on and I thought I should check if I needed an oil change. The guys that work here are the kindest people on earth! I explained this to them and they topped off all my fluids, turned the maintenance required light off in less than 10 mins. They didn t charge me a dime. They are good people and are great at their job. They are a strong hard working team and I will definitely come back here! Thank you Service: Oil change

I bought a battery at O Reilly s, but they refused to install it for me. I went to this Jiffy Lube and they took care of me free of charge. Definitely my go-to place for my car-related business. Super great personnel. This group was on the ball. The place was packed with 2 lanes of cars 6 deep, but they got everybody in and out in no time at all. My whole waiting time seemed to be less than 10 mins (but it was it really longer) because they had whole teams working on cars, but 2 particular fellas would work on a car, then come talk to all of us in line individually to let us know what's going on, multiple times. That one small action reduced customer's anxiety and impatience before anyone got mad about wait times and blew their stack. Very nice team, gals and guys alike. This is my new Go-To Jiffy Lube. I LOVE THIS LOCATION!!

I've never had someone try to get me to spend $130+ on an oil change and the most expensive motor oil until now... I'm assuming that's because I'm a female and they thought it would be an easy sell. I never respect businesses that try to take advantage of women because they assume we know nothing about our cars.After asking why I would pay that much when I could go somewhere else and pay less than half of that amount, the tech proceeded to show me more reasonable motor oil options. I gave them two stars instead of one because they were quick and had my car's oil changed in about 15 minutes.Service: Oil change

This place is amazing! Had 4 people working on my car and they had my oil changed and coolant topped off on literally 7 minutes! I m still blown away how fast but still thorough they are! Jeremy was PHENOMENAL! He saw that I had a flat tire leaving Texas Roadhouse from the street! Him and 3 jiffy lube crew members helped me air up my tire and even fix my bumper. They were amazing and so kind.

Sadly I have to update my review to only 3 stars this time. I usually have all my vehicles serviced at this location but I will be changing to a different company now. This is the second vehicle we had to have serviced in the last month and we used to love this location because we can stay in our vehicle durring these services. With me being pregnant and having a one year old who doesn't do well in lobbies, this worked out well for us. But this is the second time we have been told that the new way they're doing things is to make us go to the lobby and wait for our vehicle to be completed. Guess we will start going back to getting full services done at big-o tire then, since we will now have to uproot and remove our happy child from her personal zone in our vehicle to an unfamiliar lobby where she will run and scream and make a ruckus.5 stars 7 months ago, I left this review: I love this location! Seriously, the most personable people work at this location. I like that they tell you what is recommended, but they don't try to sell the extra stuff to you even though they mention it. They're super fast, so I bring all my vehicles to this location.

Despite there being a busy atmosphere that would surely be stressful for staff, everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional.My partner and I spoke with a staff member on the phone who was encouraging and helpful. They clarified that we could drive through and receive services while in our car! We drove through with little to no wait.While we got our oil changed, we spoke with Nick and Joshua. They were so kind and respectful, which made our visit very comfortable. Thank you Nick and Joshua for all your help and support in a stressful situation.PS: To whoever honked their horn in line to pressure employees to rush for their sake despite staff being on their feet all day and servicing multiple people at once go change your own oil. Have some patience and some respect for the folks who are trying to do their job.Service: Oil change

They were able to help me even though they were refilling their oil. If one location is busy the other one has space. They are quick when I m in a hurry and friendly. If I am in the area I can get a free top off anytime on my tires and fluids. I went to another Jiffy Lube location in town and was told they were out of filters. Dejected, I drove home until I realized there was another location nearby.This store was amazing.They professionally assessed my vehicle, communicated any issues to me directly, asked for my input, serviced the vehicle, and had me out of there in no time!Great job to the whole team! Never been to a Jiffy Lube before. Went to get my oil changed here after work. Not busy at all. It maybe took 20 minutes altogether. LOVE that I don't need an appointment and they didn't try to convince me I needed other stuff done too (like other places I've been). The lady working was very nice and really knew what she was doing. I will definitely go there again.

(Their rating has to be a fluke)Was trying to get an oil change at this location and was turned down because I was told it was gonna take thirty mins to do an oil change, and they had three people working with two cars in the shop, one was doing an ac recharge while the other two were acting busy.I use to be the assistant manager at this store, and what I learned was, that when my guys/gals didn't want to do an oil change, they would come up with an excuse to turn people way which is just lazy if you ask me, but what do I know about oil changes lol (15 to 20 mins tops).There employment system is also garbage,due to the fact that they will take anybody,..literally anybody which hasn't been working out for them, I would know because they hired like two of the same guys that got fired when I started there.I have a lot more to say about this place, but I will leave it at this point.
