It was wonderful! The men were extremely polite and respectful. They explained everything easily to me so there was no pressure to upgrade or sell me things, just the importance of keeping my car running smoothly.

Needed some air in my tires. Izzy was able to get us in fast and checked our tires and sent us on our way!!! All staff (Izzy, Bobby and Sheldon) was professional and knowledgeable and kind.

I remember now why I don't use Jiffy Lube anymore. Their sign says they will match Valvoline price so I thought I would give it a shot one more time. Big mistake won't do it again. Read the fine print. Ended up costing me almost double what it would have been if I just went to ValvolineLots of choices when it comes to getting your oil changed. I suggest you don't choose Jiffy Lube

The one on 23rd street has nice people but they don t know what they re doing. Me and my girlfriends cars stopped starting a month or so after a simple oil change, and my car is very new. The girls there have no clue what they re doing. Don t go to the jiffy lube on 23rd.

Excellent service. I have been to Jiffy Lubes in Sacramento, CA and other states. Lawrence KS employees are consistently excellent in executing the best customer care.

The customer service was lacking in professionalism in my opinion. Lady had her speakerphone on for a personal phone call she also had sports talk radio playing while talking to me. Both employees claimed to be sick.

Dee and jock thank you for your excellent service and for providing help above and Beyond my expectations it did a great job checking my fluids and tire pressure but beyond that you provided valuable information about the condition of my engine underneath the car. Finally, I would never have expected the kind supportive and much needed help after my muffler pipe disconnected when I exited the garage. Thank you for taking the time to help. I'm always confident that I will get prompt , courteous, and affordable service from the knowledgeable and helpful people at Jiffy Lube. Thank you, Dee and Jock!

Atrocious - no cars in bay but still took over an hour to change oil. Didn t have an oil filter for F150 but sure didn t convey that to me. Change itself was $40 higher than place just one block away.Much better places in town to get oil changed

Stopped by to get an oil change and talked with a young gentleman. He was very nice and courteous. The $120 for an oil change was much higher than I anticipated, and he was understanding and even suggested other places I could go. So though I didn't use their services, I felt the professionalism was worth giving praise. Thanks!

I had a positive experience at this Jiffylube. Alex, Jack, and Lucas were working on my car and they were quick/efficient! Very polite and made sure they fixed up everything that needed to be repaired with my car.

Just had an excellent experience at this location! Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the service was mega fast, without feeling that the job was rushed. It took less than 30 mins and they even made me coffee while I waited. I can't remember everyone's name, but Shawn, Alex, TJ, Corey, and everyone else were great. These guys are amazing. They were super friendly, practiced excellent customer service, and really made me feel like they really were knowledgeable about what they were doing. The managers were on point, getting just as involved in the process as their techs. The service was quick, from the time I pulled up. Joseph and Riley out here killing it. Hot day lots of people and they're plugging away. The guy in the bay beside me refused to shut his car off for the hour we waited (they let us know the wait from the start) and they still took care of him with great service even though everyone knew that car was hotter than pools in hell. Absolutely blown away by the professionalism and customer service I received today! Aaron M, THANK YOU for being so great! As a woman, I m often treated like I don t know anything when I walk into an auto location and I m often told what I need. But Aaron was informative and so kind when explaining my different options. Came in from out of town to get my daughters oil change done. The guys (Adam and Roy?) were so nice, kind, and communicative! I would highly recommend this place! I was all done in 30 minutes!

This Jiffy Lube (the one on 23rd) is one of the best I ve been to. The employees were very nice and had really nice attitudes even though they were super busy. I pulled in and was immediately greeted. They were quick to get my vehicle in and get started on everything I needed done. Workers were super friendly and had a smile on their faces. I've never had any issues with Jiffy Lube.
