Hite did a fantastic job fixing my 2014 Camry following a collision with a deer. Customer service and work done on my vehicle were both 5 stars! Don t have an after photo but she looks like new! Will recommend this shop to all my family and friends.

Sent my truck there after I hit a deer. The folks at Hite did a thorough evaluation and determined that there was too much damage to do a proper repair. As they said "We could fix it, but it would never be right." I'm sad that she was totaled, but appreciate their professionalism and honesty.

When it comes to my vehicles, Dave and his crew are the only people I trust to work on them. Great customer service, quality work, and very affordable. They are also great with insurance and take the time to make sure you re getting high quality products for repairs and replacements. If you have a collision and need repair services, Hite Collision is the only way to go!

Did an excellent job on my 1997 Z71 pickup. The body work was as straight and true like it came out of the factory. Paint match was 100% on a dark green color. Five star for sure.

Hite did a great job repairing my daughter s VW. There were multiple issues throughout the repair process including backordered parts and issues with the insurance companies, but Hite did a great job communicating throughout the entire process and ultimately did a fantastic job. I am very skeptical of a lot of places and was initially worried that my brand new Telluride would never be the same. I was totally blown away by the repairs done to the car. It was in showroom condition when I picked it up. I was so impressed that when I picked up my car (The shop was not open), I had to call them and leave a message on the answering machine because I was extremely pleased to say the least. Thank you to both the body work and paint guy(s).

Every once in a while you find a small business that provides not just good service but great service. One of those businesses that took care of you so well, you look forward to the next time you need their services. That is how I feel about Dave Buller and Hite Collision in Lawrence, KS. There's a reason that Hite gets the Best of Lawrence award every year and I think it is due to Dave's customer centric friendliness and professionalism. On top of that, the work is perfect. I hate car body damage but Dave and Hite makes it a painless experience.Service: Body & Trim

Yesterday I went in for an estimate concerning a previous collision. The man up in the front office walked out, took one look at my car and said, "that will be 980.00 dollars tax included. When I asked for the estimate in writing to present to the individual that hit our car. He simply said, " there are 10 customers ahead of you and I don't have much time for that"? But yet, I was the only customer in the office and there wasn't even anyone outside waiting? Instead he wrote the quote on the back of one of his business cards and said, that would have to be sufficient. He went on to say, they could call him and verify that the quote was legitimate... I don't think Hite will be getting my business now, nor any time in the future...

They did a great job on my truck and were exactly what they quoted. I'm definitely going back for any repair needs.They helped work out the insurance stuff too, which I knew nothing about. They took the pictures and did the insurance claim. I really didn't have to do much except drop it off and pick it up. Thanks!

These guys are WONDERFUL! I did not grow up in the Lawrence area and have been trying to find a shop I trust to repair a few issues and finally have with Hite Automotive. A friend recommended me and I felt completely taken care of while dealing with professionals. Can t recommend them more!

Went there for an estimate. Staff was so rude but my insurance agent suggested that place.Finally after several trips their manager or owner talked to me, very attentive. Willing to help and get the job on time.

I'm sure they do great work here, but I never got a chance to find out for myself.After using their website to set up an estimate on my hit-and-ran car, I showed up during the specified time. The guy (who never introduced himself) looked at me, apparently unaware his own website had the power to schedule appointments. He (understandably) wanted me to go through insurance When I finally got him to spit out a number value for the repairs, it was MORE THAN DOUBLE of what I eventually got it done for, without going through insurance.They may be awesome, but they are full of themselves.

This place is great! As a young woman, I am always afraid that auto shops are going to see me and try to rip me off. This place treated me like I was part of their family. They are so friendly and helpful and worked with me to give me what I needed at a more than reasonable price. I will definitely come to them for anything that comes up in the future!

Someone hit my car in a parking lot in Hutchinson. A kind person gave my brother and I bailing wire to pull the losened dust guard off the tire. It was late night and pitch black so all this was done in the dark while using a phone as a flash light. Called Hite next morning. They said they would estimate it free. Took it in and a young guy who I spoke with on the phone came out with me looked at the damage and said it would need to be replaced and showed me the giant crack. He then checked the wiring job my brother an IT guy from Chicago did. Said that it was exactly how they would have done it and charged 50.00 for. He said I was fine to drive it till I saved up the money for my deductable. I will be bringing my car back to them once I have the money set asside. Did not charge me for anything and praised my brother for a job well done in the temporary repair. Thanks for being honest and awesome.

Took my car in with minor front end damage. looked great, but engine cover screws missing and transmission was whining??? They had no business under my hood. 3500$ to fix the transmission
