We recently bought our 2022 Toyota Avalon from Dream Nissan in Lawrence KS, and I can say it was by far the best experience we have had working with a dealership. Jason was extremely helpful in getting us a great deal and Madison supported our needs and helped us repair a dent at the dealership's cost that went unnoticed when we selected the car. It was an amazing experience, and I would suggest that if you are looking for a car, truck or SUV, please look at their inventory first. You will not be disappointed.

Jason and Madison were amazing to work with! They were able to give me a really good deal on my trade in and an even better deal of my new car! I haven t had such a good experience with any other dealership before. I will definitely come back if I ever need to buy another car again!

Jason and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and patient with me, and helped with getting a deal on a new car I could work with. The hospitality during the whole process (complimentary water, soda, etc.) was top-notch as well. Highly recommend!

We had such a great experience at Dream Nissan Lawrence. As soon as we walked in Madison greeted us right away and asked what vehicle we were looking for. We then had the pleasure of working with Nanomi who was so sweet, kind and really helpful. We were looking for a Nissan Rogue and they were able to work with our budget to find just the right vehicle to fit our needs. I would highly recommend going here for your next vehicle!

I wasn t happy that when I made it known what my budget was, I was only approved for a brand new car that far exceeded my budget by over twice as much. Then when they showed me what my price range a month would be, once I made it to the financial manager the monthly price was $100 over what they initially told me.At 20% APR which I didn t even find out until I read the fine print afterwards. They never once told me my APR (can t imagine why ). So all in all I felt lied to through the entire process. I would have walked away but I needed a vehicle so I felt I didn t have much choice. I feel like they looked at my age and desperation and decided to rip me off. I won t recommend this place in the future to anyone.

Bought truck one week ago, seemed good on short test drive with limited time and gas. After purchase determined that truck had a transmission problem. According to documents I signed, Dream Nissan was responsible for 50 percent of repair costs in the first 30 days. Called several times attempting to discuss issue, had few communication hiccups at first, but they eventually got with me and made it right. Love the truck, and now that I have it fixed I am a happy camper. Sales manager Madison took care of me. Thanks again.

I will edit my previous remarks and put more input into why I said what I said, as far as taking advantage of an inexperienced car buyer. I came in there, wanting to sell my new car to get an older one to lessen the cost of my debt overall, which was accomplished, but only because the only thing, that s different between the contracts is now I have no bundles or add-ons in the new contract so I m still technically paying full MSRP price for the old vehicle. So now I m stuck with a car that is a little older has many miles on it and I m paying MSRP Price For 2023 car and mine is only a 20 2021. And the value of the car that I have now is nowhere near the amount of debt that I still owe so I m stuck in a hole until I pay off this 21 grand.

I ve had multiple issues with my vehicle from here. Definitely not trusting them to try to fix anything again. Sure, a brand new car would ve had less issues, as they said. Ended up taking it to be worked on somewhere else and heard lots of bad stuff about Dream Nissan Lawrence that I didn t know before. My bad for not doing more research. Good luck to anyone else going here

Dream Nissan is only a name, and not a dream experience. I've been a Nissan customer with Mccarthy prior to the buyout. The best thing the new ownership has done is retention of Paul in the service department. Were it not for him my experience would be a 1 star rating.It may seem petty, but I've come to expect excellent experience and this morning's scheduled oil change did not live up to that. Immediately upon arrival the customer area was not what the previous owners had waiting for us...nothing particular but it was in disarray, no water or coffee, courtesy phone or wifi as I've grown accustomed to. Originally I scheduled my oil change as I received a coupon for $29. Hard to beat that. However the total charge was almost $45. They have added a 3% fee for credit cards, yes it's now legal, but if I would have known, I'd have cash or check with me. The coupon came with a free car wash, wich McCarthy had always washed my vehicle after service anyway, but the wash bay was broken so just as dirty leaving. My seat was moved & the memory wasn't set in correctly any longer...just a pain (I know privileged problems). Just each little thing added to the disappointing experience. I used to like the inspection videos the tech would send but that evidently is no longer part of their system either.There did seem to be an abundance of employees, hopefully this is still a transition wrinkle, but not sure the dealer will continue to see my car for service.

We made an appointment and had several conversations even the morning of only to show up onsite to find out the car wasn t even available to look at and was in fact in transit and would not even be available to look at until later in the week. Big waste of our time and a big disappointment when we were looking to support local business in Lawrence Kansas.

Shelby was my sales lady, and she was very kind, answered my questions professionally and quickly. The entire team was fantastic and helped me to drive away in a brand-new car. I told them what I wanted my monthly payment to be and they worked with me until I was happy with the number. I would recommend this team to anyone!

Made huge promises and were great to work with in the beginning. They have horrible communication skills. Don t hold up to their promises. Paperwork came in late. Gave me mismatch floor mats.

Maisy helped me purchase my 1st brand new car! They are so amazing here and very down to Earth! This place is so relaxed and didn't make me feel pressured into buying a car. Absolutely will buy another car from them if/when I need! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!!

The work was completed as stated. The service department did a good job, although the price was very high for the work. The problem with the engine is a known design problem with this model. This is the second time in the last two years the vehicle has been in for same issue. My guess is it will recur and be back next year. When this happens, I will sell the truck and never buy anything Nissan again.

Everyone was so kind! My appt that I made online didn t go through for some reason, even though I received text reminders about it, so they were not expecting me for an oil change yet they honored the appt anyways. Paul in servicing was very understanding and courteous. They got the full synthetic change and inspection done within 45 minutes!!! The quickest experience I ve ever had! Also, as a single mom, my youngest has to tag along quite often and he is constantly moving/running around yet staff were so sweet to him. He kept sharing cars with the front desk staff and they obliged enthusiastically. They even washed my car as part of my oil change. I have nothing bad to say about this dealership service! Thank you, Dream!

The most horrid experience in purchasing a car. I was lied to over a period of several days both on the phone and texts by Brandon Golden, and Eric from Dream Nissan. These representatives of your company told me the Nissan Altima I was looking at had 0% financing, that the car was in Lawrence, and that they were having a sale 10-31-23, and when I made an offer they said they wouldn t lose my business over cost.. Additionally, the sales manager I was working with after driving 2 hours on false pretenses acted as if he could care less whether they sold me a car or not. I will NOT refer any friends or family to this low class dealership. It s a sad day when you can t trust the representative and are lured in by false advertising!
