Best customer service I ve ever received! JD And Jackson are great guys. I m traveling cross country and got a flat late at night. They got me in first thing the next morning and had my tire patched and back on the road within 30 minutes. The best part, NO CHARGE! The tires weren t even purchased from them either. Can t say enough great things about the guys at discount tire!

This is a top notch tire store in Lawrence. The technicians are friendly and professional. They did a great job mounting and balancing the new tires. The manager and his staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The shop is spotless. Highly recommend

They managed to make a free tire patch into a paint correction job and a massive headache and also made me unbelievably late.Maverick Quoted me 4:15, didnt pull my car in until 4:10, left at 4:45.While they did use jacks instead of the lift like i asked they also let a dude train on, as his first car to train on, without supervision, and drag a airhose across the front of my ctsv wagon; when i had asked them to put someone experienced on it like one of the off duty managers had told me. The guy training him made a billion excuses.Going to go to big o and pay the 26$ to get it patched by people who actually know what they were doing because i cant trust the patch they put on.

This establishment is literally the best tire establishment I have ever utilized I will never go to another business ever again I have been with them comfortably for about 5 years now and I tell everybody I meet don't go anywhere else but discount tire not only do they have quality products and excellent staff but their level of personable care is absolutely outstanding they will go above and beyond to make sure that you leave with a smile on your face their ability to go out of their way and take care of people in special circumstances is absolutely out of this world there is no reason to shop anywhere else discount tire is absolutely

Love discount tire. The list of services the do free is impressive, the staff at every store I've been to have been pleasant to deal with, the act like it's a pleasure to provide a service for you and explain what any problem is. Any service sold at one location is honored at all location.I'm always go here now for anything involving my tires.

JD was awesome and helped us out right at closing with a blown tire on a trailer. He and the staff on hand were extremely professional and courteous. We don't live in town, but will travel the hour plus from now on for their above and beyond service.

I've been to this location several times. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The unfortunate aspect of my visits has been that they consistently appear to be in a rush and my vehicle has been returned multiple times with black greasy smudges on the inside of my car door, as well as scuffs and gouges on my rims near the wheel nuts.

Had a bubble in my tire and they were able to get me in quick. The customer service was great, they were transparent with pricing, and the service was relatively fast given the circumstances. I recommend.

Huge shout out to the guys at this location! I brought in my brand new wheels for my 1972 Nova and they mounted and balanced the new tires! Took care to ask what exactly I wanted and didn't scratch or scuff them! Highly recommend them. My Dad sent me here as he is a old customer of theirs and I'll continue to go back. I just sat in the line to check tire pressure at this Discount Tire in Lawrence, KS for more than 30 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. I was finally able to wave down a service person to ask why it was taking so long. There were no apologies or good explanations. I was having a tire issue causing unsafe conditions, otherwise I would have left. Guess it just makes me so thankful for my Discount Tire locations in Texas!

This is probably the best experience I've had getting tires. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. When the staff are looking for products you see the same display on a screen for full transparency. I was able to get in as a walk in and get in and out within an hour. Huge shout out to Carl for explaining things in way that wasn't demeaning or pushy. I'll never shop at another tire place

This last weekend, my son blew out a tire. I happened to be in town visiting and went to this store to make arrangements for new tires on his car. Carl was fantastic, he greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. After agreeing on the tires I wanted to purchase, I expected to schedule an appointment for the service. Carl said I think we can get you out of here by 11:45 a.m. I was not expecting same-day service in the world we live in today. The technician communicated with me and they got me out of there at 11:30. Fantastic Job by this team.

I normally have a great experience here, but this evening I did not. I had an appt and called to explain I would be late the nice man said I had fifteen minutes which I did get there on time and had an hour wait which was not bad but since the lady in front of me took a little longer time to finish up and then I went on the walk in list because I was now late past my time. Now my wait time was 2 and half hours! I definitely think they could of done more for me due certain family circumstances, but did not. I will no longer go to this location unfortunately

If you have a flat that can be patched they will do it for FREE, and their tire selection is extremely responsible, I'll never go anywhere else for tires!

I usually leave this establishment knowing a good group has taken care of my vehicle and I like to think they enjoy it. I would not be surprised if some of the techs leave today feeling defeated. Gary definitely needs lessons in leadership. I did not appreciate his taking a harsh tone with the WORKING associates. This display makes me want to look elsewhere for tire service. Does Discount value it s employees or just customer s money? I am glad I had the opportunity to tell Dante he did a good job today. At least one of the technicians heard an encouraging word during their shift.

Someone slashed my tires in the night. The staff at Discount Tires really helped me find a quick solution to get me back in the road as soon as possible. Will 100% come back next time I need tires

Have always gotten great service despite the crazy crowds they get. Pricing is reasonable. I do recommend if you dont know jack about tires to research it before you walk in there, based on what I've seen, customers walk in there and do. It's just going to cause frustration for you and other customers waiting in line patiently.

I was heading out of town, my tire pressure light came on. Found a screw in the right front tire. First place I went to gave me an estimated 5 hour wait time. Discout tire quoted a 2 hour or less wait time. My car was ready at 1.5 hrs. They were pleasant and professional. I will definitely go back.

I ve had the most professional and understanding experience at this store. I originally came in with a donut on my car due to a flat tire. They got me in the same day and were very helpful. In the shop while replacing tires, Carl brought me in to show me an issue with my wheel that I had 2 options to fix. He took his time explaining to me until I understood. The next day I returned due to hearing a grinding noise, I walked in the store but there were so many people I left. Carl ran out to my car in the parking lot since he remembered me, and was able to pull it in the shop within a few minutes after listening to the car noise. He was able to get me out 10 minutes later. That was what sold me on this place. I ve never had a car tech go out of his way to be this helpful and compassionate the whole time. As a girl in auto shops, I have never felt so comfortable or confident in the service I was getting. I would recommend and return to Discount Tire because the care and comfort Carl provided me.

If you call to schedule appointment ask the manager to go back and make sure the tires are there, I bought 4 and received 3 had to go back the day I was leaving town for the 4th tire. Poor management, should have gone to K's tire they are cheaper anyways

They sell their road hazard and free tire rotation and balancing saying it will cover you tires till they are bad, this is not true. A couple months ago I went in to get my tires rotated and balanced and they refused to honor this because some of the tires 5/32, which is still okay but not great. They said I had to buy new tires which I refused. I just went in to get a hole repaired as I paid for road hazard and they found that the tire was worn on one side more than the other and was showing wire. The reason the tire was worn on one side more than the other is because they would not balance and rotate them last time. They use tricks and tell you the tires are worse than they are to not honor their agreed rotation and balance policy and then make money when your tire goes bad faster due to it not being balanced.

Great experience! Went in to get one tire replaced that had a staple in it and ended up needing all of them changed. The guy was able to give me a deal for getting all four changed. Great service!

This place was great. I ve been here 3 times before for tire replacement. I was in a bind because I had a blowout and they were able to fit me in their schedule, which was already booked full and they were short-staffed. They were professional and friendly! I will never go anywhere else for new tires. If you want a friendly experience and quick turnaround this is the place!

Customer service is top notch! I ordered the tires by phone and when I got to the store for installation a couple days later the price was about 20% higher than what was quoted. The guy who was helping me resolved it quickly and cheerfully. An hour later I m on the road with good tires at a great price. These guys are legit!

I bought my rims, tires and fancy valve stems here. There was bit of a mixed experience on the front end, but the manager, Gary, resolved it completely and I was totally satisfied and impressed with the service, like he really went out of his way to hold up their end of the service agreement. It really does amaze me, especially these days, when a manager of a corporate store makes sure the customer leaves without feeling like the exchange was unfair. Just five freakin stars here.
