I was very happy with my experience at Dale and Ron's Auto Service. Very competent and nice people. Best of all, they are HONEST, something I value. I think their prices are fair, way better than going to a dealer. They deliver a high level of service, easy to deal with. I reccomend them for your auto needs.

Dale and Ron's is reminiscent of a shop from the good old days: the building itself is basic and small, which translates to lower costs for customers. The staff are all friendly and the work completed is top notch. Rick works the front and has top tier people skills, always willing to explain what's going on and never tries to upsell like the vast majority of mechanics. They stay busy because they're the best, so be sure to book in advance.

I ve only had good experiences at Dale and Ron s. The mechanics walked me through what needed to be done and they let me know what future work was on the horizon. I really appreciate that I didn t experience high-pressure up-selling like I have at more corporate shops. They are definitely my go-to mechanics and if they can t fix it, they ll give me great recommendations on where to go.

Thank you Dale for your honesty. You took the time to figure out what was wrong with my car and didn't charge me a crazy amount. I had previously gotten a $580 quote and the diagnosis was wrong. You did the job for 1/3 of the price. You were also so friendly and respectful. You have gained a new customer.

Dale and Ron's Auto Service is great. I never question if they are giving me an honest evaluation of work needed. If my car needs something they don't do, they recommend or warn me about companies from which to steer clear. Also, I appreciate that they have some female mechanics.

I decided to go to Dale & Ron's for my oil change based on other reviews and I'm so glad I did! Sometimes it feels like auto shops are trying to get you to pay for things you don't need or don't bother explaining things to you (I notice this especially as a woman), but I never once felt that way at Dale & Ron's. Not only was it very affordable, they also took the time to tell me everything they did to my car and gave an explanation about why they did those things. I definitely will be using them for future work and I cannot recommend them enough!

Inside door handle for the drivers door wasn t working. Called to set up an appointment and they mentioned rolling down the window and opening it from the outside inside of crawling out the passenger door. I felt like an idiot but did the recommendation until it got fixed. Service is awesome.

My car was sadly DOA. But Rick charged me as little as possible for initial triage, and was most helpful in working with the salvage co. to arrange turnover. He was courteous and pleasant. I'll be back once I get wheels again!

The folks at Dale and Ron s have helped us out a couple of times now, once for a burned out turn signal, and this latest time to fix rodent-chewed wiring. Both times their service has been efficient and fast, their staff very friendly, and their prices are more than fair. We will definitely be back the next time we need to have a vehicle serviced!

Took my car in because the steering wheel was shaking so bad I had not driven it for quite a while because of a broken wrist. Rick told me all I needed was new tires he was exactly right the new tires stopped the shaking. I will definitely be going in late April early May to get an estimate on my air conditioner. Rick did not charge me which I thought was very kind. That's very rare for people nowadays.

Rick's crew has basically replaced every worn out part in my 2001 Subaru at this point, and I expect to enjoy another 100,000 miles of adventure with this car that I dearly love! I've relied on and trusted his advice for several years now and highly recommend this shop.

Great as always. Needed to get 13 year old truck ready for a 4,000 mile journey and had a front end rattle over bumps. I would recommend Dale and Ron's to anyone having car troubles. They are honest fast and efficient. They tell you whats wrong with your car before they do any work and how much it will cost. Very honest 100% and friendly. Mechanic's are awesome and honest and friendly also. This is my go to place. Thank you for you do Dale and Ron's .

I took my vehicle to Dale and Rons when I lived in Lawrence 9 years ago. I moved back recently and knew exactly where I was going to be taking my car to for all my mechanical needs. Rick and the rest of the team are always friendly and professional and honest. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

I took my car into Dale and Ron s after several times over the past year taking it to Ford Service, and Ford couldn t figure out what was wrong with it. The very knowledgeable employees at Dale and Ron s figured it out right away, and I had it back good as new the next day. Highly recommend them! I needed to get my car inspected for an out-of-state registration renewal. Dale and Ron s was one of the few places who could do the inspection on relatively short notice. The process was honest, quick, and the price was reasonable.
