Crown automotive has the BEST body shop/collision center around. I was scared and confused being I have never had a vehicle been damaged / wrecked and they handled everything flawlessly and efficiently. Can t thank Josh and Justin enough for how quickly they got the work that needed to be done on my vehicle in motion. To the body shop crew who worked hard to make my vehicle look like it did when I left the lot the day I purchased it. If you want a friendly staff, quick and efficient work done/needed on your vehicle, this is the place to go! Thank you again Crown Automotive collision center! They will do you right! Very happy with my experience and even happier with how quickly they were able to get my ride back to being/looking new! Highly recommend! My vehicle went from this... to this in under a week. I'm waiting on a Seat belt from them and they have had my vehicle for going on 8 months now. They tell me it's a seat belt they are waiting on. This is ridiculous and I would never bring a vehicle to them again. Oh still till this day I don't have my car. I'm making payments on it and don't even have the dang thing. I've been stressed and getting rides to and from work.

Never ever bring your car to this dealer or body shop, they had my car for almost 3 months, always tell me they will call me back to update me and they never do. Also, worse customer service ever. My family and I had been loyal customers for yrs. This is my second brand new car and all together around 7. So disappointed and I regret sooo much my decision and business with this company. If I could give you 0 stars I will.

Had them replace my windshield that was badly damaged. Had my vehicle back the same day, great repair and in a timely fashion.
