[More updates will be provided post-court trials.] Instead of responding to any formal communication through proper and legal channels, the business's only reaction is to a Google review with a wildly inaccurate and meandering story in an attempt to save face and mask any wrongdoing, which is yet another display of the team's lack of accountability and integrity in their basic business ethics. Businesses like this tend to resort to stonewalling, intimidation, and badgering with hope that victims would just let it go. Statute allows years because it is designed to protect the consumer rights. This is where you hear the famous phrase, "I'll see you in court."----------------------------------[0 star]: Without bothering to belabor the point of the worst repair experience in my life, I say steer clear of this fraudulent business, from trying to pocket the difference of the insurance payout without getting the proper parts and repair done to lack of accountability and communication to deliberately making an entire vehicle inoperable for a minor repair to holding a customer's vehicle hostage for months on end with no guarantee of repair or estimated delivery date. Check out the court case and filing history and public record, you'll see their name.All good reviews are either from family and friends or paid reviews by their marketing department. Typical. We all know what goes down at a bodyshop, but this one deserves to be shut down.

Bryant Collision Repair recently rebuilt my totaled vehicle from collision with a deer.It was a slow process due to a lot of factors, but every time I called (almost every day or two) they were able to give me an update as to what step they were working on and what the next steps would be. When I picked up the vehicle they were friendly and professional and the car looked (and smelled) great.After driving it around for two days, I'm very pleased with the work they have done and would recommend them for your collision repair needs.

I had to have my truck repainted after an incident. Tyler and Luke took excellent care of me. They were great on communicating time line and did amazing work. It will use them again for sure.

I am very happy with my experience working with Bryant Collision Repair. Luke was an efficient and effective estimator. Communication throughout the process was excellent. My car looks great. When I had a small problem with the door not closing well, they quickly tweaked it and it works great now. Highly recommended! Thanks, fellas!

I would not recommend this place at all, went in to assess minor damage and was quoted over $2000. Went to other places to get more estimates and most of them said the damage is only worth $200-400. Another place even fixed it on the spot for $250. These guys just want to scam for money.

I got into a fender bender, and Bryant Collision repair was wonderful! They always kept me up to date and were so kind! They also got into contact with the insurance companies, so I wouldn't have to. They were very good to work with!

These guys made my car drive and look like new again. A foolish mistake on my part turned my car into a heap of junk. Was a very long and financially challenging process getting it back to its former glory again. The first time I brought it in they did work on the subframe, steering knuckle, rack and pinion, etc. to get it to drive straight again which they accomplished. The second time they finished the cosmetic aspect of it, replacing and repainting the fender and side skirt. Both times I sourced what parts I could and they provided any additional parts. I appreciated that they allowed me to do that which helped me stay within my budget. As far as budget goes, I also appreciated that both times they were very true to their original quote and neither time was I hit with any surprise charges. What they quoted me is what I paid, kept a good line of communication. Marc is who helped me and as far as I'm concerned is the only body guy I will see from now on! Thanks guys!!!

I had a great experience at Bryant Collision after having a crumby experience at a different locally owned automotive shop.1. Fair prices: the estimate from the first automotive shop I took my car too quoted me $150.00 for service. However when I spoke with Luke W. he not only quoted me $60 for the repair I was needing, but it ended up being significantly after the labor!2. Timely manner: I was in and out as fast as they could have me and gave me updates as they continued to work on my car.3.Friendly staff: I felt welcomed coming into the shop and sitting there as they worked on my car. The staff were even polite to offer me water as it was hoooooottt outside and I failed to bring my water bottle.

The price isn t bad compared to other body shops around lawrence kansas. They picked up my unpainted bumper from my house for them to paint it and pickup was free charge.Customer Services:Six months paint start chipping off from the front bumper and they fixed it free off charge and they gave me ride home.

College student here in Lawrence, Ks and got into a minor wreck. Financially was distressed but the guys at Bryant promised to take care of me. Ended up being the best decision I ever made. Getting the car completely fixed and worked around my budget. If your looking for a shop that really listens and cares about the customer outside of their own agenda, you ve found the right place. Great service, great communication, and very nice to work with. I've been having issues with my sun roof on my car, and the crew at Bryant helped me out by giving me options and servicing my car how I needed it. I'm thankful for their good communication as well. Would definitely recommend!

The folks at Bryant Collision took such good care of our truck! We needed the whole door panel replaced and they made it look like new!Unfortunately, about 8 minutes after picking up the truck, I tried to navigate it into the garage and managed to scrape paint on the same exact panel they had just replaced! I could still smell the fresh paint, and BAM!They were kind enough to rebuff it for me so it looked perfect! And they didn't even charge me! (maybe this was a sympathy deal, but I was so embarrased, and they acted like it happened all the time, so I appreciated it doubly!)I will definitely be bringing our other cars in (Yes, the one I backed into forgetting I had parked there the night before.)Great service! A few weeks ago my car got dented from a trailer hitting it. I m a graduate student, and didn t have a huge budget to do a full repair. I took my car to Bryant Collision due to good reviews and I was not disappointed! They fixed my car at an incredibly affordable price. They catered to a crazy college schedule and even dropped my car off to get repaired and back at my school. 10/10 recommend for college students and other clientele!

This place is customer first. Always a pleasure doing business with them. They did a big repair job (big deal to me) on my Nissan Armada. They went out of there way to be sure I was satisfied with the repair, and they were highly detailed with the job, which I like.

Great Place!! If you re in need of body work done on your car this is the place to go. They are accommodating, fastest booking options in town, and fantastic customer service. If you want a place that will make you feel like you re a priority this is where you need to be. The guys that work the counter are very knowledgeable and patient. Luke and his team got me in super from a referral with Kia across the street and they got to business. After being frustrated with services that I had been denied, Luke and his team checked out my car for under 5 minutes and had a price ready for me before service.
