Best car buying experience I ve ever had! These guys worked their tails off to get me into my car with the best rate they could! The culture of the dealership was something I ve never seen before and you feel like part of the Sight family! Definitely highly recommended and will be my go to for every car purchase. Thanks Aaron, Chris and Matt for all your hard work and making it fun!

Got my first car on my own here, and the process was made so seamless by NICK. He responded quickly via text and sent me cars within my price range and preference. They drove the car from Lees summit to my house so I could test drive, which was so convenient. Most things we got done through text and email, so when I came in to complete everything it was very easy. Nick and the team were super accommodating, kind, and very helpful. They made sure everything was in tip top shape on the vehicle before I took it home. I would definitely choose them again.

I would like to leave a story, I have a Ram and in 2020 I had a problem with the transmission, I took it to the dealer Dale Willey here in Lawrence, they changed the transmission and everything was OK, I drove another 20k miles and a loud noise came from the engine, I took it there. again and they said I needed to change the engine. They asked for 23k to make the exchange. I left the truck parked and months later took it to Dallas, where it was discovered that the problem was never with the engine but with changing the transmission. Let's jump to this year, I bought a 2022 truck with 70k miles and when I was on highway 10 it simply lost power and stopped. As it was under warranty, I took it to the Delaer again, the diagnosis was that I would have to replace a part that the warranty did not cover and they charged me 5k dollars, I made the decision to take it to the Delaer in Olathe (who also screwed me) and here they charged me more than 200 dollars for the diagnosis! The problem was that the fuel pump had a problem!!! So, don't trust the LAwrence RAM dealer!!!!

Ask for Austin Calhoon if you can. He was great, no pressure, friendly, and not pushy at all. He let me test drive everything that I wanted. He also listened when I spoke. Dayton the sales manager was also very helpful. He answered all my questions, and always got back to me in a timely manor. Thank you guys !

The worst customer service on the planet. Kept my car for 10 days the first time and then when I scheduled another repair, told me they could not get to it for another eight days because they were having employee problems. Then when it finally went in and they kept it three more days for a simple coil repair .They did not offer a loaner, just excuses . I called the manager and he told me they were having trouble hiring people. And I asked him what does that have to do with me as a consumer? basically, you increase the wages so that people that are wanting to work will come to your business to work. I also called the district business manager (Ryan) because the dealership manager told me too. I left two phone messages, and finally on the third day he called me back. Same thing he just kept giving me excuses about them not having enough loaners, etc. etc. and was rude .basically told me that I shouldn t be telling him how to run his business. I ended with just saying you have lousy customer service and now I see It comes from the top down . Do not take your car there for repair unless you re willing to be away from it for at least 10 days . that has been my experience on two different occasions. Horrible business practices, and as consumers, we don t have to put up with that .look for somewhere else.

If "close" enough is good for you, these are the people you're looking for. Or their term "within spec" give me a *brake* they definitely won't go above and beyond to actually correct problems, they will find a way to put it "within spec" even if another part is clearly "out of spec" some how their labor was 66% higher then the parts. And they can't align worth a damn, they go off the lasers, take your car to a different shop. A ton of local shops are just as certified as these jokers.P. S. The guys at the service desk are great and kind. The manager that sits in his glass office is a problem. And so is their "master tech" will be contacting ownership, definitely going to skip the General manager because clearly this is their standard as well.

While visiting Lawrence for an appointment with a doctor, our car overheated. Called Dale Willey and they said they didn't know if they could get us in. Recommend a towing company but they were currently out of town and couldn't get to us. Finally found someone to tow us. When we got to Dale Willey, we were taken care of extremely well! They did get us in. Found not only the thermostat issue but a hole in some tubing as well. We were told it would take a couple hours so they offered a driver (Skip) to take us somewhere to eat. Great recommendation for food. Skip went out of his way to make things go well for us. Called to see progress on vehicle as we thought we had an hour left and he was going to drop us off somewhere else. But, they were already done and were test driving the vehicle so headed back to the dealership. I didn't really remember anyone else's name but they just took great care of us and made a bad situation better! We will definitely consider this dealership when shopping for our next vehicle. As my husband said, If they take care of someone who did not buy their car there this well, how well do they care for someone who did buy their car there!

Terrible customer service. My wife and I bought a car on Monday. I was promised a specific interest rate and then jumped a full point after the paperwork came time to sign with little explanation for our understanding. Daytona, the sales manager made promises he couldn t deliver. Less than 48 hours after purchase, we had found out about some personal obstacles that could hinder our ability to fit this payment in our budget. We called immediately and tried to explain that we wanted to find a way to trade back for my previous vehicle thinking this was the responsible choice to have less miles and damage in the car we just got. I understand you cannot simply trade keys at that point but Daytona would not even give us an options to buy our previous car back. We asked multiple times to speak with the General Manager but no contact could ever be made stating he was the highest in the building. My wife attempted to call just to hear some other options for us and he raised his voice and hung up on her. We were trying to explain our situation and work out a deal with them understanding that there are procedures that needed to be followed but he didn t care whatsoever. The way in which he spoke to us, ran us around, and treated us following the purchase is a deal breaker for us. We as well as our family that have purchased from the dealership will not be back to do business with these people again. You do not treat willing customers with such disrespect. They do not care about you whatsoever! You are just a number to them.

The staff at Dale Willey Jeep were amazing. Austin was very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to put me first as the customer. He was very patient and even showed me how fast he could drop and put back the soft top on my new 2022 Jeep Wrangler Willys edition which was huge selling point for me. I would recommend Dale Willey to anyone! We will definitely be back soon to get Jeep number two when my wife is ready! Thanks again!

The communication between the service department and myself was nonexistent. Dropped my truck off at 7:30 am on a Friday, never heard a word till I called at 3 pm. Service manager told me it was the next vehicle in. I asked if it would be ready that day and he said he wasn't sure because they close at 5!. Never heard a thing so at 4:30 we had to scramble around and rent a vehicle at the last minute for the entire weekend. On Monday at 1pm got a call telling me it would $900 to change the plugs! So they changed us 200 to tell us that, l plus the cost of the rental. So $500 to learn it would cost another $900. Turns out a bottle of fuel treatment cleared the misfire code and the check engine light went off...so much for shopping local with this dealership.

I got the pleasure of working with Austin Flory and Chris Charay. Austin greeted us in the very cold parking lot and asked if he could help us. We had driven through 5 different lots and never approached once. Austin was a GOD SEND!!! I was really cold. lol. My car was totaled and we had to purchase a new one ASAP. We fell in love with a 2022 Honda Pilot and purchased it. The whole experience was wonderful. Austin's excellent service and Chris's knowledge made them the perfect team!!! I would 100% buy a car again from Dale Willey!! Great job guys :)

Had a recall on a rear latch came in with my kids . Service was great and the kids enjoyed the snacks and playroom while I napped in a comfortable chair in until Job was done. Just wish I would of been driving away in the new Ram 1500.

Go see Austin Flory, he will work to get you in your dream car.Been in here to look at vehicles several times over the course of all the years we have lived in Lawrence. The salesmen have always been friendly and informative about the inventory. Austin Flory is a great young man that is willing to help get you in a vehicle of your choosing and get all the details worked out. What a great time to drive home something you have always dreamed of. Have yourselves a Merry Christmas and be sure to look up Austin. He will take good care of you!!!

They lie. And will try to get as much money from your insurance. If you get into a car accident I suggest not to go here I had to return 4 times. For over seen problems. Now Amircan family has removed Dale from accidentle services. My car will not start at when applying gas they refuse to check it out after they had worked on it. I had no problems with my car before the accident. But luckily America family had allowed me to go somewhere else that will not only be respectful but do the work that needs to be done.

I have been to this dealership three times now and have had two negative experiences. The first was last summer when I purchased four new tires--after waiting two hours longer than I was told for the service, I was also charged more than what was quoted. While I was waiting, I had to be the one to inquire about the longer than expected wait time, which is poor customer service in my opinion. When I received the bill and noticed a higher amount, they did nothing to correct the issue. The manager was asked about it but said that was the price of the tires. I have not had my tires even a year and noticed poor wear on one tire only. I figured this was a defect in the tire since it was only one. I was asked to bring it in and the technician said it was due to over inflation. Not my fault (I was told) but the fault of the dealership who services my vehicle. Now I have two dealerships blaming each other. I was told the manager from Lawrence would call me to discuss options. His service adviser called instead and told me there was nothing they could do, and when I asked questions, she admitted she did not know the answers to them but still said there was nothing they could do. When I questioned how only one tire had this problem, she then said it could be due to a burn-out. I am a 45-year-old woman and have no desire of doing a burn-out in my vehicle. What a joke! I am tired of companies passing the blame and not trying to help customers.

They showed great thoroughness with inspection and went over each line item on the invoice to make sure I didn't have questions. One of the items (was getting an audio system error even though it worked fine) the said I needed a new radio. They should have retested it after doing the software update on the vehicle as the error indicator is gone. Overall, very pleased with this 1st visit and Devin was great to work with.

Purchased my pre-owned vehicle here back in October and had a very pleasant car buying experience. Nick was friendly and knowledgeable and they got me into a vehicle I loved at a price I could afford. Went back a few months later with my girlfriend and she bought a Jeep through the same salesman (She had also bought a G6 brand new here back in 2008). The experience was even better the second time because we knew what to expect and got the same service we had returned for. Great place to buy!

A wonderful experience buying a car. Nic and the whole staff were very helpful and made buying a new car fun and easy. I love my new car and appreciate how everyone at the dealership worked to get me the car I wanted.

Very poor experience I had with the Dodge Briggs dealership in Lawrence this week. Had called ahead day before and they knew I was coming before I drove 4 hours to look at used minivan they had on their lot for month and a half. I arrived and they had the van in shop and tore apart because a broken handle they knew about. When told they would have it fixed within the half hour-four hours later I see them pull a used handle off another van and I finally get to test drive it. The "car-shower" was very nice and honest with me, but the manager Mike Wright showed very poor professionalism. He lied multiple times to me over the phone prior to showing up and while I was their at his dealership. I even heard him making comments that he did not want me or my business. After being at his dealership for four hours and no business was discussed we finally talked price on the van and three minutes in I already made a second offer and they did not make a counter offer so I just left. That manager Mike Wright was very unprofessional and dishonest...not at all what I expected out of a big dealership in a big city. Guess it is too much to expert when I go to a dealership that I get honesty and non-salvaged parts being used on cars they sell. If we are looking for that we would look to buy from a person for a lot cheaper price. We didn't buy the van from them, and I would much rather make a good honest deal somewhere else.

Not impressed with this dealership. The salesman I was working with was nice but I wouldn t recommended to my family or friends.. location lacked good customer service and the finance guy was not friendly at all. I Purchased a vehicle yesterday was told I would receive a call this morning to let me know when the vehicle I purchased would be out of service, never received a call so I called to check in and the guy tells me it will be Friday maybe one of the managers told me he was going to make me a deal on the vehicle so I wouldn t go elsewhere and he wouldn t even mark the vehicle down one bit. Cars are priced on the high end! If you are looking for a good experience car buying I would recommend going elsewhere.

Great staff and listens to what you want. The dealer was 2 hours away and I wanted the best price and car I wanted before I traveled that far. They worked with me over text, as I preferred, and beat the other dealers price every time. When deal was done, they drive the car to the nearest deal by me to complete the sell. My sales rep, Jacob Thomas went above and beyond to make this the best car buying process yet.

EDITED on 2-17-2022We purchased a 2013 jeep grand cherokee for a family member from Dale Willey Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Lawrence on December 31, 2021. We also purchased, through the dealership, an extended engine and powertrain warranty for $2370. Within the first 5 weeks, the PCM (Power Control Module) failed and left my family member broken down on the interstate in Dallas. $2000 later, that part was replaced - was NOT covered by warranty. First time my family member engaged the 4wd, it didn't work (lite came on to service 4wd). Told the Transfer Case Actuator was bad - and the part alone (not installed) was $1800. Oh and that is NOT covered by the warranty. If you chose to purchase a used vehicle for this dealership and they try to sell you a warranty from GWC Warranty, understand that the engine and powertrain warranty will NOT cover many items that are required to keep the vehicle running. My husband and I purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee for our daughter. Our experience was excellent from sales through financing to service. Austin is a terrific salesman - laid back in his sales approach which we really appreciate. He was able to hold back the vehicle until we could talk with our daughter and then he helped us navigate all the bells and whistles on the vehicle. Our daughter was long distance and we were able to esign the documents with her without any difficulties. The next day, we hit a cold snap and the vehicle wouldn't start. Once it warmed up, we were able to get it started. Colin the sales manager was very accommodating regarding our concerns and we were told to bring the vehicle in to be checked. Service got us in immediately. There was a loose terminal connection on the battery and the battery wasn't charging well so Colin had the battery replaced for us.We're very happy with our experience!
