Thank you so much for fixing our van. We took it in knowing it needed some serious repairs. They had it fixed by the next day and she drives like a dream. We put lots of miles on our vehicle hauling groceries for our grocery store. Last year we needed new tires and bought their legacy tires. This time we bought the same tires and had to have extensive work done on the brakes and under carriage. It's a long haul for us to get there but it's so worth it. I feel so much safer on the road now. I highly recommend Big O tires in Lawrence KS.

This is my second positive experience at Big O Tires. As a shade tree mechanic, I generally know my way around a vehicle and typically do all the maintenance and repairs on our cars. After doing some steering and suspension repairs on my truck over the last several days, I had a front end noise that I simply couldn't eliminate. I dropped my truck off for an alignment and requested some assistance in finding and fixing whatever was creating the noise. While I waited, I sat in their lobby and listened to other customers' issues and the proposed repairs/suggestions. This is my second time observing the recommendations of the Big O employees, and I'm blown away with how honest their recommendations are. I've listened in as their employees explain a host of issues they found on a customer's vehicle, and I never felt like the Big O employee was pressuring the customer to add services or extraneous things. They're simply educating the customer on their findings. They never tried to upsell, nor did they make recommendations that were unnecessary to maintain a safe, reliable vehicle. Quite the opposite was true. I listened in as a technician tried to find creative solutions beyond the typical, "let's throw expensive parts at your vehicle" that many mechanics are guilty of. In my case, they charged a small fee to diagnose and fix an annoying problem in record time. I would not hesitate to send any of my friends, family, or coworkers to Big O, as I feel like they are a reliable and trustworthy option in Lawrence. I will certainly be using Big O in the future.

It was great to get a text reminder of my need for an oil change. And being able to book the appointment through that text exchange was soooo helpful. On the day of the appointment, the Big O guys were just as awesome as I ve come to expect. Especially Steve Aldrich. He s one of the main reasons I keep coming back! Thank you!

Been going to Big Os for nearly a decade now. Always happy with the service. Prices are fair and they are probably the most honest team of professionals I've worked with in the auto-repair industry. They've always led me true when saying something needs to be done soon, or if I have another year before I need to start looking at it.

Exceptional service and Experienced technicians and customer service. Big O tires provides a variety of tires for a vast majority of vehicles on the road today. Chances are if you need new treads they got you covered. Their selection of premium and value brand tires is amazingly affordable and generally in stock and out of stock items can be shipped so fast you won t have time to finish curling your beard hairs. Five stars ladies and gentlemen.

I love this place. The guys are super nice and knowledgeable and they bend over backwards to accommodate you. I had hit a pothole and had an emergency trip pop up and needed a full set of tires at the last minute. I called them at 8am, they located my tires and had them brought to the store and had them mounted in under an hour. Highly recommend Big O!!

The team communicated the issue clearly and how to resolve. Replacement part was available and installed before the close of business. Big O is great at problem solving and I appreciate that.

Great tire shop plus. They treat women & older people really well & they don't try to pull any fast ones. Clean waiting room. Everyone is always in a great mood. Great communication. You can't beat the prices & their package deals.

I took my truck to Big O tire with a leaking tire expecting to wait for hours. I was pleasantly surprised when I was called and informed that it was completed in little less than an hour. Everyone was professional, pleasant and friendly. The tire and the pressure sensors are working perfectly.Thank you Big O.

Excellent service!!!! I live 2.5 hours away and my KU Students car had two flat tires on a Sunday and wouldn't hold air. Used our road side assistance and had it towed to Big O Tires. Called them on Monday morning to explain. They had his car done by Monday afternoon so he could get to work and classes and took the time to do an oil change too with their busy schedule. Called me with anything they found before doing it. Great service and even could pay over the phone. Hard to pay things when you live so far away. Definitely will take his car here from now on. As long as he is in Lawrence.

I got to my appt a few minutes early and they were able to get me in right away. It took less than an hour and they came out to discuss what was going with my car, along with pictures of what my alignment looked like before and after. Great service.

I had a leak in a tire. I came in before they were officially open on a Sunday. They were able to get me right in even though I had no appointment. Had to get a new tire. They got it done in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price. Much appreciated.

I love this place. Excellent service these guys are honest, efficient, and no nonsense. Even though Big O is a chain, this locally owned franchise definitely has the feel of a small town shop. I ve been taking my car here for years and have always felt well taken care of.

Exceptional customer service. I was so happy to find this business. As a fairly new citizen of Lawrence, I didn't know where to get tires and other maintenance services. My sister resides in Kansas City and recommended Big O's to me. Grateful for her advice

They aired my tires up, gave me tire condition information, and were very cordial, all for free. They were also willing to tell me that my tires didn't really need to be replaced, which I was uncertain of. When I do replace my tires, ill probably go here.

I have always been Happy at Big O Tires in Lawrence Kansas. I just call and they get me in ASAP, or let me know if I am not in a hurry, just drop it off and it's done by the end of the day. Great folks and hard workers. I pull in to have my tires checked and they always make time for me.I have a Subaru Crosstrek that I hope can last me a long time and I won't hesitate to go back! They also put new tires on my car , changed my windshield wipers and I am happy with those as well. There is always a follow up call ,email or text to make sure that the service I received was good and was there anything else they could do for me?

Big O Tires is great. I had a dead battery on a Sunday. They were great to take my car in this freezing cold and get it fixed the next day. Very courteous and efficient. Highly recommend

These guys were able to get me in for a bulb replacement, oil change, and tire rotation without an appointment. My wait was only a couple hours, and the waiting room was comfortable and clean. All the employees I spoke with were friendly and professional. Prices were fair. I'll definitely be back!

I have been to this location three times for issues I ve had on vehicles. Devon has taken great care of me every time. They have been fairly quick to do the job and do it well. I will continue to go here for service.

Called them to buy 4 new tires. I was given a quote over the phone that was reasonable. When I arrived, I was told I only needed one new tire and a tire sensor. Ended up saving me hundreds. Stephen (who I believe is the manager), as well as all of the employees I came in contact with, were very professional and extremely honest on all fronts. They've got a customer for life now with me. Thank you all! You can be sure I'll send everyone I know your way.

Devan was a big help. He explained everything in a manner I could understand. He jumped through some hoops to get me the tires I needed for my BMW. The car rides like it should and I ll definitely use Big O again for my needs.

They always try and get you in and out as efficiently as possible! I had new bulbs put in my 2013 Buick Enclave and they were not straight, they got me back in and fixed it, I take all of our vehicles here for work always.

I had such a great experience here. I called 45 minutes til close on a Sunday. They kept my flat tire overnight, worked to replace it for a new tire, then by the time I came back at 7:30 on Monday morning, they were ready to install it on my vehicle. They friendly and helpful, and the price was great!My only personal caveat was that by 7:30 on a Monday morning, they were already so busy. I m not sure if they take appointments but this is good to keep in mind for future reference. Not a business flaw, I think it just speaks to how great this place is people want to go here!

The workers at the shop are very friendly and work as quickly as possible to get to the next patron in line. The times that I have went there they managed to squeeze me in despite being swamped that day .

Rotated tires changed oil and fixed the brakes. I haven t been to turnpike speed yet but will soon. This car was totaled several years ago and they have kept it going just fine.
